[Resolved]  DishTV — Wrong VC Recharge

Dear Concerned, I have Recharged my Dish TV On 6th 0f August 2014 Via Online (Paytm) of Rs 300/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong VC ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/EmailUs/email-us.aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. and followed the same and sent all the details on same mentioned link. After some times got a call from customer care and demanded a referral no Starting From Z... Then we asked the same thing from Paytm and got the mail from paytm after some days with referral no. (Z[protected]. Then we tried to mail the referral no on the same link (http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/EmailUs/email-us.aspx) but showing, "THIS SECTION IS CURRENTLY UNDER MAINTENANCE". since last four days.We contacted to customer care and again told us to mail the referral no on the same link. but still the link is not working. Since Last 10 days we contact many times via mail and Number but no satisfied return got from the DISH TV Customer Care. Kindly do the needful for the same if possible, otherwise we will do further complain in judiciery. we are not satisfied with your service. Thanks Rajesh Kr [protected]

Dear concerned, as our previous distv normal setup box got damaged so we called to customer care they send a staff and he changed the setup box with the hd plus setup box we agree on the condition that it wil not charge HD plus channels recharge until and unless we start the service of hd plus channels till then it will charge normal so we recharge with family pack on 6th March 2015 and our recharge ended on 26 of nov 2015 when wecomplaint on this regard they said that they charge for HD plus channels which we from our side have not activated we have complaints several times and we still have not get any result as told them that I will not pay the charges of their fault it was their duties to inform us correctly not us.now they are taking their step back by saying that u have activated the channels now what i should do .should i remove the connections..?
