Receiver now on, but showing one message "please wait loading".Actually we are not used tv before one month.Two days before we start the tv at that time the above message is showing. Now two days continusaly tv and receiver on .But showing above message only.Kindly do needful help.

    Last 3 months HD channels are not working properly.Although we are recharged of Rs 599, HD royal pack..but only 5 to 6 days in a month we are getting the HD channels properly .We escalated the issue on Jul 28, 2014 regarding the same issue but no proper resolution. We are really helpless, Hope We will get the proper help from your end..We are really in big trouble ..Help us.         Firstly calling dish tv from mobile phone is very expensive and use less. Now the matter is that, when i contacted them they told me which channel do u not see i told them 80% Channels like max zee tv etc etc then they told me give ur mobile no. Email.after that they told me is switch to zee tv and tell what is displaying on tv i told them their is nothing apart from dish tv logo at the bottom corner of tv. Then they asked me to Plug off the set top box cable and then plug in and re insert the smart card, doing such nothing happen and problem was still un resolved.and suddnely call was disconnected.few minutes latter i called again and same was told me to do but nothing happen .nd then suddnely once again call was disconnected nd i was harmed again nd i was help less.and then i follow this step to tackle my problem.and plz give me a dish tv toll free no. if possible, becaz tolled numbers are usless and expesive as well.plz do some thing sir.and plz activate india england one day series channel also yhey neither call me nor emailed me thank u sir

          I'm Balamurugan from Chennai A/c no [protected]' I tried calling up number of times, the customer care to manage my account and channels status.It was not only a waste of time but also money since it costed me around 10Rs/ call.I just want to know what is your problem in attending the clients request or else is there any other way I can speak to your customer care person.

              VC No [protected] (child ) Parent VC No [protected]. Since last one week NEWS NATION a subscribed channel is not being received in these connections. This is a deficiency in service, causes mental harassment due to persistently complaining to your customer care executive, is unethical practice not to provide such channels that has been paid for both the quoted connections.
              In Haridwar, a consumer petitioned in consumer court for non provision of channels subscribed/paid for.and Dish TV was penalised.
              Please restore the NEWS NATION CHANNEL FORTHWITH failing which the under named will be compelled to initiate appropriate action.
              Your website for complaint is not responding and still under maintenance. Email has also been sent to nodal officers o[censored]ttarakhand Mr Yogendra and Ms Shalini for action but there is no response.

                  Hi my dishtv VCC # is [protected]. i had called dishtv and booked a tech on 16th of august and i was promised that a technician would be there within 24 hrs, its 20 august 2014 today and i am still waiting for a technician, its very hard to understand how they calculate 24 hrs... every time i call them up they are just of no use, no technician came to my house and i am still waiting...My account is recharged upto 2nd Oct and yet i am not able to enjoy or view my services .My STB No has been changed by their distributor Arihant Telecom, Bhuj - Kutch without my permission.I also called disttv asking for help and everyday they say it will be started the next day. i really feel very harrassed by their inhuman attitude... I hope anything can be done now via consumer forum...plz help .My dishtv Complaint No. is 14253140 dated 16 Aug 2014.Must say really pathetic service, because of providers like this we have to face this problems

Since 2009 i am a regular customer of DISH TV but after this problem I am so afraid about the your service.                       I had been using dish tv for last 7 years, and had been loyal to the company as a consumer however ever it seems the company has been fleecing consumers of late . I took a new HD connection and was guaranteed a great service while installation but every month the set top get an issue and the phone call to dishtv call centre has one rote reply " Sir we will send you a technician to completely resolve the issue and will charge you RS 175 for the visit " This has been now for over 5 times in last 9 months and no one in dish tv management seem to bother on fixing the issue rather the 3rd party technician only fleeces us by Rs 175 every alternate month . A sad consumer now and am looking to disban the services and association with DishTV for ever unless the management gets in and resolves the issues ... Akhil

                      I Usharani panda, VC No: [protected] I had been using this connection last 9-10 years now I facing some problem like last one month before is TV display the message is your VC inactivated pl recharge it when my V C is activated that time and customer care also confirmed and ask me that the VC is out from set top box and wipe then secondly insert that and then problem was solved, but now from 24th Aug 2014 TV Display same problem when our VC also activated up to 06th Oct. 2014 and I flowing like last time as VC out from set top box and wipe cleanly and insert more then 4-5 times but not getting any good result, Customer care also refresh more then 2-3 times they told and today some channels (2-4 only) are playing others are not playing pl help.

                          Dear sir, other DTH services have more Kannada channels upto 22 Kannada channels like videocan has 22Kannada channels. But Dish TV has only 14 Kannada channels. please add more Kannada channels to Dish TV. Dish TV is cheating for Karnataka & Kannada peoples.

                              Dear Sir, I draw your kind attention that we recharged gold pack on time but you deducted our balance in every month without notice.We are watching before few months, several channels are disconnected by your side.Recently we add Hindi regional channels 812 and pay Rs 10.Why should I pay regional channels because your browser have shown channels 812 only pack of Rs 220 pm but we paid every month Rs 280 pm.                                 Good Morning,

                                Yesterday dated 15-Aug-2014 and @ time 08:46 P.M. from mobile no :[protected] . They had call us from Dish TV H.O. as per they said. and they had promised us my problem will resolved and also tolled us you are in right place ( mean me are in right place ).

                                According to his promises whatever the part will changed by the service Engg. It will mentioned with serial no or parts no on receipt and also mention the guaranty period and charges.

                                And also he was promised me you do not get any trouble any more in future .


                                Today again I had call from your local Dish TV Service Center at @ 9:45 Am from Pune ( Guru Enterprises ) : According to his statement, they will not give us any mentioned ( parts no, Guaranty period ) on concerned Receipt. And Also they will charge parts amount with visit charges.

                                So that I refused his offer because of whatever conversation with H.O's person had promised us. It showing some deference in both had statement.

                                So Please guide us what to do.. to fixed this existing problem..

                                Hello Support,

                                In Previous mail I had rise my complaint, But still not getting any response from your side through phone, mail or any media.

                                So What to do ?

                                In short again I have to explain my query :

                                1) I had upgraded my SD box to HD box 6-8 month before. and I am paying contiguously HD services ( through HD recharge ). After one and one and half month later we had facing with HD channel. All HD channels has problem.

                                It now Showing all HD Channels. I had raise my complain in customer care it was solved but after 2 -3 days it was again rollback to same problem.

                                I had raise so many times my complain to Service Engineer as well as Customer service via multiple media and sources.

                                Service Engineer was came at my places and changed my dish location in multiple times at my same building and tuned HD channels. After tuned HD it would be started displaying . But after 2-3 days again it is roll back to to the same problem.

                                recently again it was tuned by service Engineer after he went from my placed I checked after 2-3 hours again we had viewing same problem and immediate informed to the Service Engineer. He promised me I will came and see this issue . But Still he is not visited at my place. After 1 day I had phone call from customer service / feedback center. I had explain my problem again. But Still no response from them.

                                So Dear Support, What to do finally. Shall I pay HD service charges without viewing any HD channel.? Is this a good Service from your side.

                                  Hi, I have been a customer with DishTV for over 5 years since 2008 and hold 2 VC numbers with them namely[protected] and[protected]. Since the last 6 months, both VC have been facing severe technical issues and the problem is that one cannot even report them since the customer service number is constantly BUSY. However, being patient i have tried calling them multiple times over multiple days. I finally managed to speak to them and they sent across a technician to check into my connections. The error that i am getting is 301-No Signal found and this cannot be rectified by the call center, a technician has to come and check. They charge 225 to just come and visit and check or rectify the issue. The technician who came in was extremely rude and had no idea what he was doing. He first stated that as per his observations, the LNB receiver is faulty and would have to be replaced costing Rs.650. Knowing the ignorant approach by DishTV i decided not to argue and asked him to change the receiver. After changing the receiver, he could still see no network. So he decided to refix the wire connections. He changed the connections and still no network was found. Finally, the technician says that the entire Dish assembly would have to be changed since it is rusted and cannot be aligned. Is this a joke? And why should the consumer keep paying for things when inspite of multiple options being tried, the problem cannot be resolved. The total cost of service, receiver and Dish assembly as stated by the technician is Rs. 2000. Why should i pay it? DishTV should be responsible for providing proper resolution pertaining to their equipment. The next issue that i have is that i have been with DishTV for over 5 years. What is DISHTV doing from their end to reward my loyalty with them? Why cant they do something for customer delight by installing new equipment for free for a customer who has been with them for so long? My entire building has other brands fitted and i am the 'ONLY DISHTV CUSTOMER' in my society. I would really love to change over however am binded by a 3+2 year offer that i have subscribed to and paid in bulk. I paid a total of 30000 rupees and should be getting services until 2018. I treat this as blackmail. DishTV understands that the customer is stuck and would have to replace the equipment to continue using the service else can suffer if he does not. Instead of providing customer delight, customer plight is the focus. Please help. My service has not been utilized over the last 1 month. DIshTV should either refund my balance payment that they are holding or resolve the issue for free themselves for such a loyal customer.

                                    Free Channels are not available after recharge due date

Its every Indian's right to view the free channel like DD National, Whether they recahrge it or not due to any financial problem.                                     [protected] I have a written acknowledgement from the company stating that my account is recharged till 01 April 2015. Inspite of that every one or two months, the system displays, recharge due and gets deactivated. Now for last more than a week the connection is lying de-activated. No response on complaint sent to their email id. Can someone respond. Regards

                                    after multiple calls i have found out that they have transferred balance from my account to another account.
                                    No reprieve as of yet.
                                    connection is still remaining deactivated.
