I had ordered 2 products from their website, one dubai pista kunafa chocolate and a biscoff protein brownie. It was on sale. Ordered it on 20th september, rn it's 3rd October. They're not responding to any messages i sent via whatsapp, email or their website. Also tried to contact through instagram. No response at all. It was a prepaid order, even though it's small but i did pay for it so i hope necessary actions are taken and i get my order with a proper apology or a complete refund. I'm also completely unable to track their order. Atleast give proper responses. Even their website says calling them "scam" or "fake" will cause a ban. Why such irresponsiblity?
