Ditch The Guilt — Have not received the product

I state that on 22 December 2024, I purchased a product worth Rs. 540/- from Ditch The Guilt Company through its website, to which I was redirected via Instagram.

I successfully completed the payment of Rs. 540/- through Paytm, and Ditch The Guilt Company generated an Order Confirmation Number #RC8VNK6VA. Proof of payment is filed along with this complaint.

Even after successful payment, no product has been delivered to me, nor have I received any shipping details, tracking number, or order update from Ditch The Guilt Company till date.

After waiting for more than one week, I shared the payment screenshot with Ditch The Guilt Company through the available communication channels. However, there was no response from their side.

I also sent an email to the email ID provided on the website of Ditch The Guilt Company, but even then, I did not receive any reply or clarification.

The above acts of Ditch The Guilt Company clearly amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the company has received payment but failed to deliver the product or respond to my communications. I need refund of the amount payed.
