I placed 8 separate orders on the Ditch The Guilt website on 8 January 2026, all of which were successfully paid for and marked as “Order Confirmed”. At the time of purchase, the website clearly indicated quick / next-day delivery.
The affected order numbers include (as per confirmation emails):

Order #217012
Order #216997
Order #216999
Order #217007
Order #217010
Order #217006
Despite receiving confirmation emails for all orders, no shipping update, tracking ID, or delivery communication has been provided till date.
More concerning is that all these confirmed orders have now been completely removed from my order history on the website/app, making it impossible for me to track them or raise a ticket internally. However, I still have email confirmations clearly showing the orders as confirmed.
Key issues faced:
Orders confirmed but never shipped
No delivery or tracking updates
Orders removed from app/website history
No proactive communication or resolution from the company
Payment taken in full for all orders
This behavior is highly concerning and amounts to deficiency of service and misleading business practice. Removing confirmed orders from customer history after receiving payment raises serious trust and transparency issues.
I am requesting:
Immediate clarification on the status of all 8 orders
Either immediate dispatch with tracking details OR full refund for all affected orders
Written explanation for removal of confirmed orders from my account
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through consumer protection authorities and other appropriate forums.
