I would like to raise a complaint against Ditch The Guilt (online store) for failure to deliver my order.
I placed an online order for a Ferrero Rocher Protein Brownie from the Ditch The Guilt website on Jan 10th 2026. The payment was completed successfully, but I have not received the product till date. Despite waiting beyond the expected delivery period, there has been no proper update, delivery, or resolution from the seller.
I have tried contacting Ditch The Guilt through their available customer support channels, but there has been no satisfactory response regarding the status of my order. This shows negligence and poor customer service.
As a consumer, this has caused me inconvenience, mental stress, and loss of money. I request the concerned authority to take necessary action against Ditch The Guilt and help me get either:
1.Immediate delivery of my order, or
