I ordered a bunch of brownies and chocolates from Ditch the Guilt on two occasions, 15th Jan 26 and 22nd Jan 26 for the amount 403 rupees and 300 rupees respectively. It has not been delivered even though it's been more than a month since my first order. I contacted them through email to enquire about my order. There was no reply. So, I contacted them through Instagram on 4th February 26. They replied the same day saying it will be delivered in 3-4 working days. The order was not delivered with 3-4 working days. I messaged them again on 16-Feb-26. Instead of replying to my message, they simply blocked me on Instagram. I am attaching screenshot of my orders and the Instagram message for your reference.
