I placed an order for 3 brownie chocolates worth ₹267.00 on March 9, 2026, through the official website of Ditch The Guilt. The order (Order #52303) was placed under an offer that explicitly promised “FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING – PREPAID ORDERS SHIP IN 1 DAY.”
As the payment was made in advance via Google Pay on the same day (March 9, 2026), there is valid proof of transaction. Based on the shipping commitment, the order should have been delivered within 1–2 days. However, even after waiting for an entire week, the order has not been delivered.
Additionally, I attempted to contact the company through their WhatsApp support to inquire about the delay, but I did not receive any response. I also requested a refund due to non-delivery, but that request has been completely ignored as well.
This lack of delivery, absence of communication, appears to be a case of fraudulent conduct.
