Hello, On 15 Nov 500 rs deducted due to you. You're executive officerd me free service and told me there is no charge for this. You're executive lied given wrong information please refund all amount and deactivate all my services please do it on priority. Very bad feedback for ditto TV as wrongly assisted. However, each time I tried to do it, it was taking me to the monthly schemes like Platinum, Silver, Gold etc.
Now that I was unable to find out the link for free trial, I decided to go for a 30-day subscription fro 9.99GBP which is the platinum plan.and accordingly tried to make an in-app purchase from my apple device.
Each time I made a payment by clicking on the Platinum plan subscription, it asked for a confirmation whether I want to buy all Live TV for 4.99 GBP(Gold package) and as a result I could not proceed further.
I contacted customer care and they asked me to write to the technical team at this e-mail address.
So, I would need help on two things.
1. How I can sign up for a free trial for 2 days and how I can access the shows during free trial.
2. How I can purchase a platinum plan without any fraud(as the ditto-tv website's complaints page is loaded with such complaints on frauds) and view all recorded episodes successfully for different channels(I see some complaints on that as well where the money was debited but no links for the recorded episodes were available).
