Ditto TV — ditto tv subscription paid, still showing unsubscribed and not working

I have subscribed ditto for 1 year subscribtion and received a confirmation message.
But my ditto tv is not working, is there any further process or activation or something?

The ditto tv app. Shows you are not subscribed.
I don't understand why my ditto tv is not activated.

I expect the positive response in the matter.
