I have subscribed to ditto tv on 3rd of this month by paying r's 240 through my paytm wallet balance. An amount of rs 240 has already been deducted from by paytm wallet balance.
The txn i'd is [protected].
Till now the subscription is not activated. When i try a channel available in your app, it is giving a message "not subscribed".
Pl look into urgently.
