Ditto TV — regarding subscription

Recently dittotv is migrated with zee5.
And i have dittotv platinum access pack till[protected]:06:24.

My dittotv account is also migrated to zee5 but they didn't migrate my subscription.
It is unfair.

Now zee5 team is asking for transaction details so it is not possible for me to give you 1-year-old transaction details.
