On 27 may 2019, i ordered 2 numbers of the 'arctic air' cooler for 3000/- (As there was a inr 1000/- discount if we buy 2)- the order number is rc234500 also, there was a 500/; money back offered for an additional product. So, i ordered a 'daddy duster'. I was impressed by the promo video and the positive feedback comments by users (Which i now doubt, could be fake) for these products.
It took nearly 10 days to deliver but once i got the goods it was a big disappointment. The air cooler was not of very good quality and when i filled water as required, it started leaking profusely inspite of placing it in a flat surface. To further add to my dismay, the air throw was also very less and not as cool as promised in the promo video.
The daddy duster also looked like a cheap product that could be bought on the roadside shops. Also, it is a vacuum cleaner attachment and not an individual duster as the name implies. I would prefer to return these products as i was clearly cheated by the company, by providing misguiding information.
