On 24th sep 2018 i hv ordered one painless hair removal gadget i hv paid 989 rs online but i dint recieved my product yet i m trying to reach to diva deal but none answers......

I ordered eyebrow trimmer in apr-19 which was damaged when delivered so have returned the same asap via courier (Refund amount inr 999/-+160/- (Product+ courier charges)
They have received the product but has not refunded the amount till date

After ordering in apr-19 have made several complaints and asked for money in my paytm or bank account because the product quality is pathetic and don't wanted to order again but...

On 27 may 2019, i ordered 2 numbers of the 'arctic air' cooler for 3000/- (As there was a inr 1000/- discount if we buy 2)- the order number is rc234500 also, there was a 500/; money back offered for an additional product. So, i ordered a 'daddy duster'. I was impressed by the promo video and the positive feedback comments by users (Which i now doubt, could be fake) for these products.
It took nearly 10 days to deliver but once i got...

I had made a purchase of back support belt from online website of divadeal on jan'19. Order no #dd129254.
I have initiated the return as i had recieved the product because the size was large. Everything went well through mail. And they had recieved the courier of the product also. But till now i haven't recieved any refund of my amount.

I had ordered 2 products
Order #rc222487 & order #rc222443 from red crate.in on 18.05.2019.
Along with online payment of rs.2300/-. But till now i have not received any update on delivery. I tried contacting the phone number mentioned in the website [protected] but no use always busy. Even tried with email-id.

As per communication with company I have sent the product return to them but now they are not sending refund in my bank account and forcing me to buy another products....

This company is a fake and the products what they are selling is also very cheap products and it's price is tooooo high than your expectations.

I would suggest to each and every customer not to buy any of the product from this website as i had already been through this situation and they are now not agreeing to return my product.

I checked on this website for an offer on vacuum cleaning product which was of rs.999 and it said that on online payment there will be a cashback of rs.500 and rs.90 off on the product. Its a simple plastic brush which is of costs inr 199. Thats it!
I have even better brushes then this plastic garbage.
U cannt even return the item because they dnt have any procedure to follow.
Their return policies are also not genuine....

I had purchased an item posture corrector but due to dissatisfaction in the size and quality going by the price have returned the product as per the company rules but it has been more than 72 hours of time promised there is no refund nor are they replying my emails even the phones services are not available. I have waited for days but there is no reply no good customer services....

Accidentally ordered portable steam iron and i want to cancel and refund. I tried calling customer number but it doesn’t work and emailed several times to the given email id ([protected]@divadeal.in) till date no response and i want cancellation and refund. Please help! Diva deal is fraud company and needs to be taken down...

I placed the order online and after checking the reviews i cancelled the order within 5 mins by sending them a cancellation request email. After few days they replied stating that order has been already shipped and can not be cancelled.

Mistake is on their side as they didn't check the cancellation email on time.

My wife ordered highwaist slimming panty. But she got a product different in size and shape. For cancellation she sent a mail to the respective mail id but they rejected the claim and confirm that inner wear cannot be returned. We have paid rs.800 for the product. At the time of order placed their customer care executive confirmed that we can cancel the product. So kindly take the action against the seller....
