Diva Deal — no update on delivering the product

I had ordered 2 products
Order #rc222487 & order #rc222443 from red crate.in on 18.05.2019.
Along with online payment of rs.2300/-. But till now i have not received any update on delivery. I tried contacting the phone number mentioned in the website [protected] but no use always busy. Even tried with email-id.
I received mail giving the tracking number of [protected] for order #rc222487. But i see the there is no change in status of shipment from past 10 days. Also there is no update on order#rc222443. So let me know the delivery status as soon as possible.
