I ordered eyebrow trimmer in apr-19 which was damaged when delivered so have returned the same asap via courier (Refund amount inr 999/-+160/- (Product+ courier charges)
They have received the product but has not refunded the amount till date
After ordering in apr-19 have made several complaints and asked for money in my paytm or bank account because the product quality is pathetic and don't wanted to order again but they were adamant of refund in the divadeal wallet so after several emails finally i asked them to return the mount in my divadeal wallet but have received no reponse
Please help get the money back
