Diva Deal — handy portable stitching machine

I purchased the handy stichting machine from diva deal and it came into pieces totally damaged product.. I emailed about the same and called 1000 time to diva deal customer care for informing about the same.. But no response at all.. I need full refund of 994/- of what i paid for the # received to me.. Its a fraud company which needs to be sued for cheating the customers...
