Diva Deal — fake product

My wife ordered highwaist slimming panty. But she got a product different in size and shape. For cancellation she sent a mail to the respective mail id but they rejected the claim and confirm that inner wear cannot be returned. We have paid rs.800 for the product. At the time of order placed their customer care executive confirmed that we can cancel the product. So kindly take the action against the seller.
