The airway bill no is[protected]. The product was for 2093 paid through credit card. The iron is not heating up and not ironing clothes as shown in the video!! I would like to return the product as i am highly dissatified but inspite of sending mails and reminder, they have not answered yet. Also, the phone no mentioned on the site is switched off.

Kindly help get my money back.
