I had purchased a handy portable steamer iron on cash on delivery from Diva Deal. The product sent to me was damaged and broken. I had mailed them within 48hrs as per their policy of refund or cancellation, also tried contacting but the number is beyond service area. Its a fraud that has happened. I need my money refunded as soon as possible. If possible I want to sue this fraud company.

Hi I too revived a damaged broken product... emailed in 5 min of receiving the product ... no response from the company. I have also logged a complain against Divadeal.

I ordered one handed steam iron. Today only delivered. 1499 but it's not that much worth. I want return the product.. But I don't have any details where I have to go and cansel that one it's very cheeting. Plz help any one.
