Diwakar Travels — Cheating with customer

Hii, I booked a tour package(which includes 2 night stay at coorg hotel) from banaglore to coorg(3 days) from saturday 18 july to 20 july for cost of Rs.14000 few days back(15 days). I called my parent to bangalore from maharastra first time, so wanted to get all the fun at that place by getting good driver who has nice experience and can guide us at coorg. But one day before the journey (on 17th july) he diverted from his worlds and asked me for some more money as he is not getting any profit in the deal. he was not keeping his words when I visited him 15 days back for booking. So after discussion I asked him, dont give me accommodation, just give me good driver who can guide us nicely there and speaks hindi nicely. so deal got settled. I have given him good deal, but he send the driver who was not knowing anything in coorg. Even he want not understanding my hindi completely(I got to know letter). He alwasy urse google map to go at any place as he dont know anything there. Also I did not plan it nicely the two days at coorg. So fun got spoiled by just doing driving as he was taking so many wrong directions. Finally my tour is ended sadly after dealing huge amount. I did not paied him full amount. Please help me? Shall I paid this travel agent full amount or what? He will cheat to others for the sake of money, without thinking the importance of time. Our time was precious, he spoid by sending wrong driver with us? Now I dont want to pay him the full amount as my tour did not go well as expected.
