Dear Sir/Madam,

This is very unfortunate that in response to my email dated 22.05.2021 which was addressed to the followings DLF company/team is totally failed to give me the physical possession of my plot i.e. No. HPE-R3-A408 in DLF Hyde Park Estate, New Chandigarh.

It is added here that I was misguided by the DLF Staff (Mr. Bishal Singh on telephonic conference call with Mr. Kuldeep Tanwar dated 25.05.2021) that the matter has been resolved with the farmer whose land is adjoining to my plot and I can start the construction work any time. As well as this matter has also been considered by the DLF Survey DLF Team visited from Gurugram.
With response of DLF Staff members I entered in contract with a Building Contractor and Structure Engineer to start the construction of my house. I also paid advanced payments to these professionals to start construction work. I also booked Bricks, Sand, Bajri and other building material as I have already submitted the copy of layout plan of my house duly passed by the GMADA, Mohali to the DLF Authorities.
On 30.05.2021 myself with Building Contractor (with labour), Structure Engineer and a JCB Machine reached at my plot for digging of basement area. However the local farmer whose land is adjoining to my plot again came there and stop/interrupt all the work and threat to labour and JCB machine operator to stop the work.
At the same time I made calls to all the following officials of DLF Company to came there and help me by handling the matter as it is between Farmer and DLF Company, but it was very bad experience with DLF Team that nobody came there except 2-3 security guards which were unable to do anything.

All the persons told me to come on next day i.e. 31.05.2021 to their office and they will sort out the matter by forenoon of 31.05.2021 positively. They assured that my construction work will not suffer at any cost but on 30th they can't do anything.
After that on 31.05.2021 my elder brother and my Chacha ji visited your Site Office at Pocket R1 and meet Mr. Manpreet Wahi. He also assured that the matter will be resolved by 3:00 PM today i.e. on 31.05.2021. But still I am empty hands even after paying approx. 88 Lacs to DLF.
I am facing mental trauma as well as great financial loss only due to bad management and irresponsibility of DLF Staff members. I had already informed all the facts and position to DLF officials on 22.05.2021 which are reproduced below:

"It is to inform that I have purchased a residential Plot No. HPE-R3-A408 in DLF Hyde Park Estate, New Chandigarh and offered Possession vide letter no. 1000 dt 27/04/2021. Today myself with the DLF team went to site to take Physical Possession/verification of boundaries of plot but unfortunately a local farmer whose land is adjoining to my plot came there and stopped/interrupted the demarcation work, as he was told to come with Govt. Patwari for demarcation and he will only allow after satisfaction of Govt. Patwari."

But DLF officials are failed to perform their duty and protect the rights of a consumer and have not taken any action in time, otherwise the matter was resolved in time.
Any how, at last I wish to intimate the management of DLF Company that I must be given the physical possession of my plot No. HPE-R3-A408 in DLF Hyde Park Estate, New Chandigarh by tomorrow (i.e. 01.06.2021) positively with 100% assurance from the farmer's side whose land is adjoining to my plot that he will never interrupt the construction work at my plot due to any kind of issue with DLF company.

It is also requested to compensate me on account of : -

1. Delayed possession charges (possession offered vide your letter No. 1000 dated 27.04.2021) till physical possession given to me with 100% assurance from farmer's side that he will not interruption my construction work due to any issue with DLF company.
2. Approx. Rs.20000/- on account of loss occurred due to wages paid to the contractor/labour, structure engineer and JCB machine charges without completing work as interrupted by the farmer as he has issue with DLF company.

otherwise, I have no option except to knock the doors of Court at your risk and responsibility and in that case litigation charges as well as other misc charges is to be borne by your company.
