Domino's Pizza — Already existing complaint id : 1524765, which is not being responded/Worked on.

Hi Akriti & Team,

I received a call from your customer care executive named Akriti, regarding my complaint ID : 1524765.

Brief description of my complaint :
I placed order on 25th March, 2017 20:35:40, Order ID : 202, @ Address : Aparna Cyber Commune, Nallagandla, K-303, Nallagandla Road, Hyderbad, of Amount : 3810 INR. using Dominos Android Application.
And my money was deducted twice 1) Through Paytm and 2) through my Debit Card.
I see transaction success through both Paytm and ICICI Bank, and I do not see refund amount on either of them.
On the Dominos bill I received it placed order using my Debit card. So ideally i should receive refund of Amount INR 3810 on my Paytm Account.
I emailed and raised complaint on Paytm but they said Mercent i.e. Dominos has deducted the money so it was success so need to get the refund from Mercent. Attaching the email i received from Paytm.

I talked to Akriti your customer care executive who said the order was placed using Paytm.account from the data, which means i should receive refund on my ICICI bank account because my amount was deducted from there too and order was placed successfully after using my Debit card, on the contrary I was not successful in placing the order using Paytm account even though amount was deducted.

I am attaching, screenshots as mentioned below :
1) Paytm amount deduction (Successful transaction ID)
2) Email received from Paytm.
3) Dominos Order through App
4) ICICI Bank amount deduction transaction screenshot along with Trasaction ID.
5) Also a copy of my previous email sent to Dominos Customer care.

Akriti gave me emailed id : [protected]@jublfood.com, and asked me to email all the attachments on that ID, but that ID doesn’t work and she did not even bother to call me back again, after not being able to receive email from me, which shows how responsible you people are in taking care of customers.

It's been more than 10 days now, and my money is stuck, I would like to hear back from you asap otherwise I am escalating this issue to Consumer Court and Social sites. Hope you would respect my patience so far and act on it on immediate basis. All that you need to refund my amount is attached in this email. So please work fast and respond.

Please, refund on either of my accounts - ICICI Bank or Paytm, I cannot pay twice for same order.
