Order amount deducted from freecharge account but order did not place successfully. Used [protected] phone to place order and paid 879 rd via freecharge account. Dear Sir/Madam, I used Freecharge account "[protected]@gmail.com" to place an order on Dominos.in of Rs. 879 and amount successfully deducted from my account but Order at Dominos not placed successfully which I confirmed with Dominos call support at my area Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088. Transaction Date: 21 January 2017 Transaction Amount: 879 Merchant Name: Dominos Freecharge Account: [protected]@gmail.com I have been following with Freecharge and Dominos on this issue to refund my amount of Rs. 879. I have sent them lots of Emails and also escalated to "[protected]@freecharge.com, [protected]@freecharge.com" and also dropped email at Dominos support email. but still there is no response and solution from them. its been more than 7 days and still there is no help from Freecharge or Dominos.
