I have order pizza on 8th march 2019 but due to problem on dominos server order was unsuccessfull. My account got charged for the amount of order after that i am trying to contact so mnay timea with cuatomer care no but evwry time i am getting reply that the amount will be refund in 7-8 working days today on 22nd march the amount still not received in my account
Kindly check and refund my amount as earliest

    I ordered a farmhouse small pizza and my money got deducted from my debit card but order failed. Then i again tried and ordered failed and my money got deducted twice i. E. 294 +294=588.
    Now kindly refund my money rs 588 asap. I ordered from garg trade centre, rohini, sector-11, delhi 's dominos.
    Do resolve my query please as i'm a regular dominos customer and facing such issue wasn't expected.

      I have ordered above items and received after 2 hours. Garlic bread was rotten because of which i got food poisioning.. Its unhealthy i want serious action. All the food stuff was old and after half an hour of consumption i got vomiting due to poisioning.
      I have paid 364 rupess and i want full refund and demand for legal action due to the health issue i got after consumption

        Have ordered dominos pizza thru mobile website on 21st march. First they accepted the order and the payment is deducted. Then it showed that order is failed and i have not received any refund message also. Have akso tried calling customer care, but these people dont receive the call. Ruthless service.

        Need serious & immediate action on above.

I order 2 pizzas of 836 rs from dominos pizza bellandur bangalore on 21st march and paid 836 rs via amazon pay but order got failed as the restaurant didnt confirm from there side and no one is picking call on customer care number and my money is stuck. i want my money refund. I am attaching the proofs here so that they will see and refund my money.

            I ordered pizza at 8:21pm on 21st march 2019. Its 9:46pm and i am yet to receive pizza. But your order tracker shows the pizza is delivered. Tracking id:qbq[protected], order no.172. I got a message that the order is out for delivery with fairoz at 8:43pm and at 8:53pm i received message that order number 172 has reached your location. But the fact is i am yet to receive my pizza. Deteriorating service day by day from dominos. Last time it took 2 and a half hour to get me the order number charged me 4 times. This time you ate my pizza and dont even care to call or respond. Please arrange to refund my money. Your numbers are not working. Any which ways, i am planning to go to consumer court as this is continuing for the 3rd consecutive time.

              Placed an order for 523 rs via Domino's app and prepaid the order through Amazon pay. The order 'failed' not cancelled and didn't even get an acknowledgement message for reversal of amount. Neither do I have my refund nor my order. Please look into it. Placed two other orders which got accepted but this one was failed, not cancelled. I called customer care and they bluntly said that system is down so they can't help.

                  I placed an order on 28th feb, 2019 worth rs. 1, 721 using amazon pay. After 5 minutes, domino's called me and asked me the details of the delivery address.
                  I mentioned and that guy told me that domino's is not delivering to this location and their policy has been changed recently. I mentioned that i ordered more than 15 times earlier and never heard this and also, my home is within 2 kilometers radius from the store and within the same town then where is the problem. I also mentioned that i am fine if the delivery gets delayed but the guy was very rude and he cancelled the order.

                  I believe this is not what domino's would never appreciate and will try to improvise further to provide better customer experience in future.

                    I had placed order for 3 small pizza order number 78 through swiggy on 21st march 2019.

                    After 1 hour 40 mins also there has been no response and update from dominos.

                    They have switched off the phone as well and no one is responding.

                    This is thoroughly unprofessionalism and not acceptable.

                    I want to register a strong complaint against domino's for such acts and want them to be more considerate.

                      Dear team,

                      I have always been a great fan of Domino's due to its excellent taste and quality but I recently visited the store in jaipur vaishali which was a nightmare for me as first I placed an order online and the store happens to be just 15 mins away from my house in panchyawala... The first confirmed the order and then I received a call saying we don't deliver the food in your area... When asked why, they said it's too far for us to deliver... I agreed(however, was sad that despite being so near they can't deliver) then I myself took the bike and went there to get more dissappointed as the staff there looked not bothered at all... I spoke to the lady at the counter to pay by PAYTM to which she responded u can't scan the QR code as we work through OTP and because of that I was not able to use my PAYTM postpay I still went ahead and said forget it!!! I told the lady place the order with just one item less please and I'll get cash from my wallet and the minute I said that... There is another guy who takes over and says sorry i can't cancel your order and re-do it i[censored] want u can take this... I said my PAYTM is not working with your OTP and he said aapke Paas balance nhi hoga... Who is he to decide whether I have money or not!!! I am a territory sales manager with Maruti Suzuki and do you think I won't have money?... Sorry to say this but this is the last time I am going to Domino's as this is the only store near me and it is filled with ###!!!

                        Hlo. My name is komal. My this complain is regarding my recent order i place a order for cheese burt pizza but they delivered me a normal regular crust pizza.. Other than that i ordered a onion pizza who's crust was soo bad and over baked and full of flour.. But that thing is also fine because sometimes it happens. But i found 2 hairs in that pizza which was about to eat. I can't tolerate it. I have thrown both pizza when i found that hair in that.. Refund my money back.

                          I placed an order with Domino's at 12:53 pm today but have yet not received my order. Also, I couldn't track my order. When I tried to call the given assistance number, they did not receive my call. I paid for the order through paytm. I lost my money, wasted my time and too didn't get my order.

                          I want refund of my amount as soon as possible. Worst customer service I've ever experienced is from Domino's. Kindly refund my money ASAP.

                            Ordered for a bill value of 729/- on 10th march and the order failed, as i was patient for 7 days since they said it might take up to 7 working days to reflect in my account but its been 10 days now and no progress yet, customer support executives also keep saying we'll transfer your call to the supervisor and they will speak to you but they don't. I request a refund as soon as possible coz its already been more than a week.

                            Order no 158 the pizza was out for delivery message was received. But order was delivered after 30 min from that time. Box was open and it was not hot. And status was delivered befor even order has reached. It took more than 20 min from the time status was updated as delivered. ????

                              I bought pizza from domino's, v square mall bhiwadi on dated 7 dec, 2018. Pizza quality was so poor then i inform to their manager but he also doesn't respond positively. I also write the feedback in their feedback register. Then in evening i got a call from [protected] & ask me about my experience. Then i told about their poor quality. Then this person told me that when i visit next time, my order will be free after once talk on the above contact no. I was agree. Then i visit domino's, bhiwadi & call on the above domino's person no, then said that you need to pay now. This way domino's customer care makes fool of the customers to close their complaint call & cheats too. I request not to go to domino's, bhiwadi as it is a cheater store. The store manager is very arrogant. If someone have any query, you can contact me on [protected].

                                I have buy pizza from Domino's on 02 Mar 19. I pay from my card. At first attempt, After entering pin transaction got declined and in second attempt it got successful.But when I checked my phone.I got 2 msg of deducting same amount i.e RS 1249 money from my account.I get assurence from the staff it get back within 10 Days.But still not get my money back.

                                No updates about refund of the money.still didn't get my money back.
                                I have ordered pizza 2 times from dominos. It showd 30 min delivery on App and both the time pizza got dilevered after 1 hour also it was cold... this is highly disappointed and unacceptable from such a reputed brand "DOMINOS"

                                  Mene palanpur branch me pizza ka ordar diya tha bt vo bol raha he ki order delivery nai hoga lekin mene officially esa suna he ki branch k 3 km ke andar hota he to deliver hotahe mera gar branch se 2 km hi padta he lekin vo bolta he ki delivery nai hoga aapko branch se collect karna padega, mene bola ki esa karo aap muje raste me deto par ho manager bol raha he ki raste me delivery nai hoga. Bolo bhai o ab kya karna chaie...

                                      I had ordered pizza worth rs.319 on march 17th 2019 through domino's website. Payment was made via free charge wallet. Money was debited and transaction was shown as successful but order did not get placed. On contacting domino's customer care and call was not connected. No refund has been received yet, neither has any intimation made regarding the order or the refund. Please initiate the refund asap.

                                        If you don't have enough men to serve people then you should close your store the worst ever service ever experienced of a restaurant. Am not having my dinner today just because of domino's

                                        Just moments before there 30mins offer applies they call me and say your order have been cancelled i said i want to talk to your manager, they put me on hold for 10 mins n them simply disconnect the call. I went there n they started showing other bills they cancelled why do i care about those bills how did u confirmed my order if you can't deliver it. They stated it was a technical glitch like seriously am i fool don't i know the glitches the store can face.

                                        I swear to god if this doesn't get resolved i won't eat at domino's n neither let my relatives and friends eat too.
