I go with online order, website captured delivery address and my payment also cut from my account, order status shows as your order has been confirmed... After that i received call from dominos they said me we are not delivered pizza to your location. But whlie searching i can see they delivered pizza to my location. Improve your service. Staff behaviour very rude they need to learn how to talk with customers

    The issue that i have experienced was: when ordered pizza online from domino's pizza site itself, after getting my money got deducted from my card i got a message stating that order failed! Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to place the order, please try again or call [protected]. When i called customer care they said my money will be getting refund in 5 to 7 days now its 9 days where i have oredered on feb 25 2019 and to day it is march 5 2019 still it is not refund to acc

    It occurred on: 25/02/2019

    This meant that i lost money with dominos mistake

      Domino's claims to deliver pizza within 30 min but in my case it was not delivered. When i contacted them asking about the refund they just sent me a ref no. Saying someone will contact within 24 hrs, no one contacted and my refund is still pending, been more than a week now. When called their helpdesk they just say will call u in 10 min, no one calls.
      Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have ordered a pizza on 28th February from dominos. I have done the complete payment by Paytm. The order still remains pending though the money is not refunded. Please look into the matter so that I can get my money back as early as possible.

      I have placed order for Domino pizza for Rs 623 via free charge amount got deducted from ICICI Bank but order failed to be placed at Domino.

        Have ordered couple of pizzas and desert items from domino's couple of days before. Delivery boy missed to deliver pepsi and cake from the ordered menu, its unfortunate i haven't noticed it during delivery as well as i had to rush up into something. Once i realized, i made call to delivery boy and he cuts the call and tried to call local store and no body picked up. Called customer care atleast 5x times to explain this issue and resolve it. But they were simply saying "i'll connect to local store and you explain it". This is really not good service. Ok. Atleast i waited to connect to local store and after 2 mins call gets disconnected every time i call customer support and they connect. Will all frustration i thought of leaving the followup and escalate it later to some level. Hence, i wanted to share this feedback with all of you in this forum. @dominos - please ensure that your customer support team working to fulfill customer needs else there is no point to have such support team or contact methods.

        Rash driving by Dominos Employee today at RT Nagar, Bangalore branch. When reached out To the shop they were highly arrogant and irresponsible. Could have been an fatal accident because of his rash driving.
        Employee name : Venkatesh and his license plate is mentioned above. Such behaviour and attitude must be condemned.

        On 24th Feb, I tried ordering Dominoz pizza which was cancelled. The payment was made through paytm, however I have still not received that amount back in my wallet. Amount paid was 347. The phone number is [protected] and the Email I'd is poulomi.[protected]@gmail.com.

          We want our whole amount of 1100 to be paid back, as technical issue mentioned by domino's is not our fault and order should not be accepted.

          We had to call multiple times before delivery and each time it was mentioned that order is ready and will be delivered in 10 min.

              I ordered from dominos on 24th feb...but it didn't get delivered on time after called to customer care thrice i got my order after 2 hours and one oc ur customer support executive promiss me that because of late delivery my bill amout would be credited in my bank account but till date i didn't receive my money...

                I ordered my pizza by 8:27 and i waited for 2hrs and contacted resturant they ask me about the address by than and it got delivered by 10:35 which was already a cold pizza. I tried to reached customer helpline number and phone was not answerd by anyone. Is these the service you guys are providing

                    I ordered pizza from dominos phase 10 mohali on 02.03.2019 at 7:43 PM. The lady who took the order told me that it will take 1 hour to deliver due to heavy rush. After 1 hour 15 minutes I called to inquire about the status of pizza. The lady at dominos told me that it will take a other 15 minutes. I offered to pick up the pizza from store. And I went to pick. Upon coming back home with the pizza in 10 minutes I was shocked to see the cold pizza. It was the worst experience of ordering pizza from Dominos.

                      I had ordered a pizza (Chicken dominator) on 14th feb 2019 and paid the amount of 635/- through my debit card. The amount got deducted from my account but for some reason the order got cancelled. I got an email stating that your order got cancelled and amount will be refunded in to my account. 16 days have passed and i have not yet received my refund.

                        Did not receive the below mentioned order at all. Details of order below.

                        The store did not pick up the call for more than 30 min as i kept calling them after your 30min period.

                        Later, i called your toll free number asking them to check on the status of the order but the representative was also unable to reach the mahim store.

                        After 2 hours the status on the app displayed as delivered but i did not receive the order at all.

                        This is a repeated issue with the mahim store as the order is never received within 30 min and sometimes not received at all. I have been following up with the store manager since the past 1 month for the refund of my earlier order and now this is a new issue.

                        All screenshots attached for your reference. Please note the date and time in the same to understand the issue.

                        Need a refund of both my orders asap as this is a horrible experience as a customer.

                          Had ordered a combo and the delivery boy came in 32 mins and i said you have a scheme of 30mins, so instead of giving it free he started arguing and they called me and started convincing next time would be on time.
                          Domino’s doesn’t give free all fake offer, so i ask all the people not to believe and staff is very rude.
                          Order it from borivali west lic colony branch.

                            On 14th february, 2019 i ordered pizza (Order 254) which was prepaid through mobile app in basavanagar, bangalore location. My house is opposite to domino's outlet.
                            I have a few complaints:
                            1. It was delivered after 40 minutes (For which still amount not refunded)
                            2. Delivery boy was not in domino's uniform, it was some random person
                            3. Delivery boy was not carrying pizza in the bag which they usually have and he didn't give me any oregano and flakes (Given this situation you will have hygiene concern)
                            4. When called the store about this one week later since i didn't get any refund, the manager was very rude and he didn't want to take any responsibility.

                            I have been customer of domino's from a long time and don't understand how you cheat the customer with 30 minutes or free policy since it's a scam if you have prepaid for your order. I want to escalate this issue and want someone to take responsibility for the action. Expecting response asap.

                              I had ordered pizza and chicken wings on 14th of february 2019 by name supratik de number [protected] where the order was not placed but money have been deducted amount is rs 302. After that, on calling the customer care they says refund will be done within 7 to 10 working days. From then to now it is 27th of february today and still the same response is here. Thats very dissapointing for being your company's customer. Please kindly refund my money, 7 to 10 working days are over now i guess.

                                unwanted smell coming from pizza's outer box

Some time the same smell also be there in pizza itself... I am coserned about safety of the products and the effect on our health.                                 Your services representative name is manish, they people are serving very unhygienic product to me, it very dangerous for kids, because my 4years baby is saying that papa this is not good rather than earlier product when i saw this so it was not not cooked proper.

                                  Hi last week I ordered a pizza from mobile app ...payment deducted from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 7 .I given order on 7th February ... but I havent received any amount...I need a revert on the same...my total amount 1590 Rs.I atteched mail receipt about confirmation order.

                                    I placed an order on 2 feb the payment was first made from amazon pay but the order was placed. I again did the payment from google pay for the same order post that i received order confirmation msg on my mobile. The order was late by 1 hour. Its more that 18 days still waiting for refund of 1444 for payment and 300 for late order.

                                    No resolution till date from dominos customer care they are just passing time.
                                    They are not even confirming which payment option they considered for order since money got deducted from both.

                                    Never going make upfront payment in case dominos i think cash payment is best for these king of thief's

                                    Preparation of stuff garlic bread is not cooked properly. Burn in taste. I had a photo of that.
                                    I used my Paytm Wallet to pay for an order at Dominos Online. Money was deducted from my account but the order failed. I have already contacted Paytm Customer Care and they replied that the transaction was successful at their end and Dominos will have to initiate the refund process. Please find attached the relevant screen shots.

                                      I am vivek. I was place my order dt 18/02/19 and dominos accepted my order. After half & hour i was call to domino and call attended lady say to me sir your order delivered after 30 mints. I was call again to delivery boy his name is mr raj kumar he was saying sir your order deliver after 20 mints and after 20 mints i was call again mr raj kumar he saying sir your order is cancelled and without any reason he cut my call. Than i was call to dominos customers care center.. She says sir your location is out of area. If my location is out of area than why dominos accept my order. And if the accept my order by mistake than why not they cancelled my order within 5 mints.
