On 27th february i had made an order online. The nearby dominos store called back saying they didn't have the order in stock so i cancelled the whole order... They said it would take 7 days to refund... Its been 12 days (March 11) and i am yet awaiting refund... I called up dominos customer care and the customer service at the palakkad (Kerala) store. My customer reference complaint number is 8667194.

They said the manager will call back and hung up. So far i have not received any call or any follow-up. All are equally pathetic and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I wouldn't order again... Never again...

    Order no 77 mobile no [protected] danish khan. Order cancelled by dominos restaurant on 22nd feb 2019 and today on 11th march 2019 they said we have already refund the amount but i didnt get any money... Totally fraud they are harrasing like hell. I am chasing them for around 2 days and they still have only those words we cannot do anyting now whom i have to call i dont know exactly

    Sir i order online and my payment is online paid. sir i didn't recive the order and your android aap is showing delivered, my order is 45 min late, then i said to the delivery boy they told me if you don't want to recive so don't recive i can't give this for free. then i will call in resturant the manager was misbehaved i have attach the proof

      I place an order by app and had done payment by paytm and order was in pending status, and after some time it was cancelled and my amount was debited i didn't get the pizza.. I lost my money...
      I call to customer care they connect call to store and he said to wait for 7 days but they are not giving confirmation

        Have order confirmed online, we got confirmation for the same, after that we got a call from domino's panjim that we are transferring order to domino's porvorim. We waited till next one hour after that when we called panjim domino's they gave us domino's porvorim number, store managers number is going busy for next 5 minutes and after 10 minutes he answered the call and said he has not received the order, when we called again panjim store "pratibha" answers the call and talk nonsense to us that it is not our responsibility call porvorim store, again we talk porvorim store then "tukaram" answered the call and said we did not deliver to your location. We placed an order at 11:45, now it's 12:26, i will not get food anywhere, we are hungry here, due to hunger i had headache now, my friend needs to take some medicine but she cannot take it because she didn't had food because of such carelessness from the domino's team.

          I have been facing regular issues wirh domino's pizza delivery policy as they give commitement of deliver in 30 minutes but the order is not delivered for more than an hour. Recently i had placed order 251, name - abhik biswas. The order was placed on 3rd march.

          The order was delivered to me almost after 2 hours and was informed that the order has been tagged as late delivery.
          But there was no information on the same and this has been happening regularly. Same happened with me for a order on 8th march, order number 434.

          The oder was delivered after 2 hours but still there was no complaint filed for late delivery by the delivery boy

            I placed an order and just after 2 seconds only i told the person that i need to modify the order. He denied.
            Secondly, i had ordered pasta which was pathetic in taste. The dominis table says that “100% satisfaction” whereas i have received 0% satisfaction. I hereby request you to refund my money back as soon as possible. Thanks

            Fyi i had placed the order in dominos nagawara, bangalore.

              I placed order yesterday my first payment got declined in second attempt it was successful but amount got deducted twice. I want my refund of 197. I received this mail :-
              Hello! Your A/c no. 699570 has been debited by Rs. 197 on 09Mar19. The A/c balance is Rs. 32771.68.Info: INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. Call [protected] (if in India).
              But this transaction got declined when I was placing an order. Please resolve it.

                  Order was placed around 11:30 received message order has been placed.. One of the swiggy representative called and got the confirmation and informed that order will be delivered.. I waited for an hour but no updates and upon checking in swiggy app it was showing food is being prepared. Then i get a message that order has been placed to different location and when called they did not give me any details instead hung up on me 3 times.. They were not helpful and my money has got debited after asking the response received from dominos was to do “nothing “ they litterally said “do nothing” i wanna raise complaint and dominos restaurant number is [protected]

                    crinkle fries

                    One should never buy this pathetic item from Domino's. Chinkle fries for rs 60 and u get 15-20 potatoes fingers only and each finger is a size of a baby's finger. Not long as one they provide at McDonald's. Trust me waste of money. Not even too tasty to consider. The one i have got was raw and pathetic. Beware - Never buy it. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself ordering this crinkle junk....

                    I had placed an order on feb 24, 2019 on dominos website. The money was successfully paid by me. However, the order status showed unsuccessful. When i spoke to customer care, i was told that i will get refund of this in 7 days.in light of this, i again placed an order immediately. The second order was delivered much after 30 minutes. The customer care person as well as the delivery boy told me that i will get refund of rs. 300 for late delivery. However, i have not received any refund.

                    Therefore, there are two refunds domino's was required to make to me within 7 days. However, i have not received any refund yet. I have spoken to the customer care 3 times. However, no resolution has been provided.

                    I am considering making necessary consumer complaint as well as take other necessary legal actions against jubilantfoodworks in the event i dont receive my refund within 3 three days at the sole cost and consequence of them.

                      I placed an order on swiggy for domino's pizza. They accepted order and money was deducted for same. Status was showing confirmed for my order. Domino's executive called me he said we will not deliver on your location and we are cancelling your order but on app it is showing confirmed. They didn't cancel on app and neither food is delivered nor money is refunded. 🙁🙁

                        The store has always has problems. Each time we visit either the vending machine is not working, ac is now working, short of staff, uncooked stuffs etc. Today 9th march 2019 at 1.30 pm we waited in store for 1 hour for 1 garlic bread and large pizza order. They didn't deliver. When apple to sandeep (Supervisor) he said manager is not available, they are short of staff and finally the said gas has exhausted, then there's temperature problem etc. It's pathetic. I don't understand why you people close doors and go. Why do make customers suffer for your problem.??? It's pathetic and worst experience ever. Can i get an explanation why we had to wait for 1 hr and suffer??? Waste of time?? Crap customer service

                            I placed a bulk order on 8 March 2019 at 4pm from swiggy. I received order after calling 20 times at your store after 1.5 hrs. Rude behaviour of delivery boy and store manager. Spoiled pizza received with broken boxes. Also delivery boy did not call and said he went back. Customer care is giving us wrong info and Store is giving us rude replies. I[censored] cannot deliver Bulk orders kindly don't take it. It spolied our image in front of our guest making us embarrassed. Pathetic behaviour and services. Completely disappointed. Not suitable for corporates.

                              Hi i placed an order for single peri peri chicken pizza medium size.
                              I placed order at 1:05 pm today but i recieved my pizza at 2:12 pm.
                              This is very pathetic service by dominos group
                              My self also from hotel industry working in jaquar as a food and beverage manager previously worked with pizza hut as a rgm.
                              My order no was 69 after calling many time to customer care at the end of story restaurant manager told me that your area is out of trade area map
                              It's only 20 min difference in my company and your delivery trade area map.
                              This is the worst service i got in my entire 15years hospitality carrier.

                                I have ordered 2 pizza from dominos online app on 18th feb 2019 of rs. 309. I got a call in return regarding my order saying they are not supposed to deliver pizza in my nearby location and cancelled the order. They assure me to send my money back in 3-4 working days but i didn't get my money back till now. I am very unsatisfied with the services. I need my money back as soon as possible and also take the required action as soon as possible.

                                  I m living in gururam (Haryana) sector 9. I called on the number [protected] at around 10.31 pm, the call lasted for about 4 minutes on 7th march 2019 and ordered two medium pizza on normal base at everyday value offer of rs 385 pizza at rs 249 and ordered two medium pizza, and i m writing this complain on 8th march 2019 around 00.19 am that is on the same night on which i have ordered. Its about 2 and half hours and still i haven't got my pizza. So my request to dominos team is kindly solve my case and do justice to yourself and to me. I ordered from my nearby store which is located in gurugram sector 4.

                                    I had ordered a pizza on 28th february 2019 through dominos app twice from dominos pnm mall patna worth Rs 208 for which the amount got debited but order not placed.I had placed order two times but both the times order got failed but amount debited from my bank account. When I called the dominos customer care they told that to wait for 5 to 7 days to get the refund.Its already been 7 days but i didn't get any refund. I request you to consider this matter seriously and update me ASAP. Thank you.

                                      I order pizza in first week of february 2019. But my money got deducted two times, hence then nd there i informed then to refund the amount of 258 rupees.

                                      I have called them 4 times till date, they always ask me to wait 7-8 working days i have been waiting, but havent recieved the refund yet.

                                      Hence i would like to initate this complaint and hoping that ill get my refund as soon as possible.
