I have ordered on 5:16 pm. It was 30 minutes gurantee. But leave 30 min they delivered me pizza in 2 hours time. My distance to the pizza place is not more than half kilometer. I habe to call them several times & also i have to talk to manager for several time. All they were saying several times it has been dispatched. Later at 6:50 pm. One delivery boy called for knowing the exact location. I asked him where he is right now. He said on the store. So they all were lying they have dispatched earlier
As they have to compensate for it. I am posting it here

    I am muskan intodia, living in bhilwara district of rajasthan.
    I have complained regarding late delivery order for like four to five times but my complaint has not been heard and even the manager told me that he will be giving only 300 rs of reorder over my complaint... I want my total refund other the compensation of the hours spend on complaining about these petty issues... I am very disappointed and frustrated with dominos after such an incident... I will briefly describe two of the cases which i have gone through..
    Case 1:
    Order no 213. I ordered veg paradise and mexican green wave pizza along with butterscotch mouse cake in jaipur... But the restaurant only provided with pizza saying that they are out of butterscotch mouse cake alongwith exceeding the delivery time.. The delivery boy reached after 50 minutes of order... The pizza got so cold we couldn't even have a bite and even the refund of the bill is not yet sanctioned... The order was prepaid...

    Case 2 :

    Order no 96. I ordered a butterscotch mousse cake, garlic stuffed breadstick, chessy dip and crinkle fries in bhilwara, rajasthan... Of which i got choco lava cake instead of butterscotch cake... With a late delivery at 40 minutes approx... The food items got so cold and even the butterscotch mousse cake was not provided... I complained the boy regarding the refund but no action has been taken so far... The manager of bhilwara (Deepak) called and said... Mam we cannot give you whole refund... We can only provide you rupees 300 reorder in case u want to order again and nothing else can be done...
    Is this the way dominos talks to its customers as if it's the customer's fault... This is all # and i want the manager to apologize to me...

    I am feeling so angry of all these matters and i want actions to be taken on both these matters.. I want my refund along with compensation anyhow...

      I ordered dominos pizza which they did not deliver within 30min.. Inspite of service guarantee. When i called back after 40. Min. They tell me order is not placed. I raised a complain on dominos facebook. Page. I got a call asking for evidence. Joker who called wanted recording of the call.. What a monumental piece of crap he was. Whu would i record a call when placing order.. Absolutely pathetic.. A. They don't deliver and post non delivery he is asking for evidence that i placed an order. As if i don't have anything better to do.

        Domino's pizza india domino's pizza

        You guys have pathetic customer service. All the assured 30 minutes delivery is a mere hogwash. It's best when customers don't pay u online as i[censored] ever get delayed by 2 hours, still u don't refund the amount after numerous complaints. I have lodged around 3-4 complaints and was assured of a refund.
        I ordered on 27th december. Pizza was delivered after 2 hours that too after multiple follow-ups with customer care. No one was picking calls at patna p & m mall store. Your delivery guy contacted me after 2 hours and then tried to deliver the pizza.
        Today when i called to enquire about my complaint and refund status, mr deepak, your customer service representative said that the case is closed with unknown reasons. I asked to escalate the complaint and no is given 8243066.
        I will have to approach the consumer court if the case is not resolved. I have all the screenshots of timings. Dont cheat customers. If you have done a mistake, accept it and refund the amount.

        I just received a call from patna p & m mall store and they said they won't give refund. Do what ever u want to. I said i will lodge a complaint with consumer forum. They asked me to go ahead.
        This is the customer service they speak about. Pathetic.

        Sir I made a payment of Rs. 545 on 28 January 2019 for pizza in favour of domino's through my paytm balance but transaction hadn't completed due to any reason. My balance was deducted to paytm but not credit in favour of domino's. When I asked to paytm for deduction they told me that you are holding the amount. Kindly return my paytm balance.

          I have ordered pizza and burger, on Jan 30th, amount of Rs 550 has been deducted but order has not been placed, could you please let me knw how to get refund amount. I am keep on tying to get in touch with customer support but it was not succesfull.             We ordered Pizza from Domino's through swiggy app on 31st December 2018 with Order Number: [protected] with total value of INR 1702. The app gave us the notification of pizza being delivered to our address but the pizza was never delivered. We had ordered at around 9 pm and waited till 1: 30 am but the pizza was not delivered. when called on customer care they said that they had many orders that day and because of which there was some problem, swiggy connected us to Domino's directly because the payment was done to Domino's directly and the delivery was also supposed to be made by Domino's. Next day we called Domino's Customer care and they took our complaint, we even spoke to the manager of the outlet, his name was Javed, they promised us that we will receive the refund within 1 week and now its been almost 1 month, even after calling them several times they have no idea when the refund amount will be credited to our account. This is highly unethical way of doing business. If they were not capable to cope up with the number of orders on 31st December eve, they should not have take the order, plus the delivery executive placed a wrong remark of order delivered. I have attached the screenshot of the bill. We can provide the cc tv footage of that evening showing that the delivery boy never delivered the pizza to our address.

              I live in noida sector 62 area. And the domino’s store around my area is mostly offline. It causes huge inconvenience to me as i am mostly unable to use my online payment offers or anything. Plus domino’s has no facility to order from any other store. This seems unfair towards the consumers and ultimately leads to reduced sales since i do not feel like ordering from domino’s any longer! Please resolve!

                Ordered pizza on 27.12.2018 vide order no 33 dtd 27.12.2018 placed on huda city metro dominos.
                Due to poor packaging pizza and brownie was damaged.
                Sent a mail to company regarding the same on 27.12.2018.
                Till date company is generating only new feedback number and no resolution is provided.

                  On 4-5 days before i ordered 4 pizza around 11pm and by 11:23 i got 2 pizza and odr 2 pizza was smashed. I tld d delivery person to tak d cash of 2 pizza as it was cod he refused to tak d amount and demanded me to wait fr 10min as he won’t get 2 pizza even after 15 min i didt received any pizza oly a deliver boy came with empty tellin som shutting reason again i had to wait for 10-15 min and finally was delivered to me. They wer keep on collecting d amount not even a apology and there was 5 people to deliver 4 pizza such a crap delivery. U ppl literally wasted my tym wic can’t b taken back. I mailed dis issue i got a call frm bharath who gav excuses atlast he was not able to sort the issue and tld dt he ll contact soon after waitin fr half an hour i called back he was very rude l. He literally dono the way to spk to customer such crap people u appoint and lose ur brand status this is the 3rd tym wic is happening to me till now der s no action taken. If i am gettin cal i don’t want a cal frm bharath. I need a responsible, well behaved person to cal me. I have al the details wat ever happend al dese days. Make a standard teaching class for ur staff how to behave and how to deliver it on tym

                    I ordered pizza of 407 rs via app and paid through paytm though it was shown that transaction was successful, order was not filed, i contacted domino's vit vellore they told that there will be a refund in 7 working days, i mailed to paytm and domino's and tried calling them on the regarding issue but there was no reply from there side. Order id: 65db756e7f5aa6e038d1f8245f8daa59 and wallet taxation id : [protected]. I even got a message from domino's regarding "thanks for choosing domino's. We are processing your order. Order details - amount: rs. 407.0 | order date. Jan 19 2019 09:45 pm. We will send you a confirmation once the order is succesfully placed." but no further action was taken.

                        I ordered pizza on dominoz phone app on jan 6th 2019. They took more than 50 min to deliver, i paid online. Restorant boy told that we will refund after 7 days, but it's more than a two weeks i didn't get any refund. Stop blaming customer with your fake promises, stop cheating people. Shame on you.

                        Stop blaming first. First learn how to serve customers. Then open your restorant like dominoz.

                          I have ordered choco lava cake on 11jan 2019 order number 81 from dominos pizza, soul space paradigm marthahalli bangalore. But i received butterscotch mousse cake without acknowledging he replaced it with mousse cake and the reason what he gave was choco lava cake was out of stock. He agreed it was his mistake and would refund me. But i haven’t received money.

                            I ordered pizza on 15th january 2019. I tried to order pizza of net rs.312.
                            Initially i tried to pay by paytm. The amount got deducted but the billdeskfood1 showed that the payment was unsuccessful.

                            I didn't know that payment was deducted. So i ordered by cash on delivery option and paid the cash after delivery.

                            I ordered 4 pizzas worth Rs.459 from Dominos on 15th Jan'19, Tuesday. I made payment using UPI. I haven't received my refund yet.
                            I placed an order in Domino's online website and paid money using paytm in billdesk food1. The money got deducted from the wallet, but it showed a transaction error and the order was not placed.

                              I placed an order at 08:25pm for a pizza on [protected]. Till 0915pm i have not recvd the order. When i called back again to check they told me that restaurant has cancelled my order and he connected me to the restaurant. The restaurant manager said they have not recvd any order and asked me to call the call center again. When i contacted again a lady picked up the call and she reconfirmed that i have placed an order at 0825 and the same has got cancelled and that she cannot help me.

                                  I cancelled my dominos advance order that was scheduled for 08/jan/19 at 12:45 pm order no 5 due to change in plans. I paid through amazon pay (Rs. 208). I haven't been refunded yet but they show the order had been cancelled already. Domino's pizza is my only go-to for pizza and such inconvenience will effect my future orders. Please look into it. Looking forward for a refund soon.

The payment was done through paytm and the amount was also deducted but the order was not placed due to some technical issue.. I got a msg regarding the issue that i will get the refund within 3-5 working days... But till now i haven't got the refund... Total amount was *480*rupees... I need my refund as soon as possible

                                        I have made an online payment of rs.941 and placed order successfully on domino's using my citibank credit card. I have received successful transaction message from citibank, also mail and sms from citibank. However, therewas no message nor any phone nor any email from domino's. The order was placed on 12/01/2019 at around 8.02 pm. The order was for pick up at green park store as the store was not prompting for delivery in my colony. Where as my colony and my place is hardly 1 k. M from the green park store.in order to check my order i went to store, they checked around but indicated that it is not avilable and they cannot see any more details except mobile number. Due to my requirement, i had to book my order again in cash worth, again for rs. 941/- and took the delivery. At the green park store when i asked for complaint register, they indicated that it is not there and we have to make on line complaint only. Any way i had met the same person at the store with whom i earlier also had problem, like i was not attended properly, nor given complete dressing items and service was real poor and annoying. The same person attended my today. My no. With which i have booked my order was [protected] and the email id as [protected]@hotmail.com and while order by cash i have given my other no. [protected], on which i have received the sms for citibank online card transaction. My name is harsh vardhan singh and my cash order no.
