I reside in Najafgarh, New delhi
Location of the store is in najafagarh on gurgaon road near to sbi bank ..
Yestersay my family order pizza from them and soon my family got sick one by one, , my sister is vomiting since yesterday and i too got diarrhea ..the store should be closed immediately or Dominos HQ should check for their quality and service.....

I ordered pizza on dominoz phone app on jan 6th 2019. They took more than 50 min to deliver, i paid online. Restorant boy told that we will refund after 7 days, but it's more than a two weeks i didn't get any refund. Stop blaming customer with your fake promises, stop cheating people. Shame on you.

Stop blaming first. First learn how to serve customers. Then open your restorant like dominoz....

I have ordered choco lava cake on 11jan 2019 order number 81 from dominos pizza, soul space paradigm marthahalli bangalore. But i received butterscotch mousse cake without acknowledging he replaced it with mousse cake and the reason what he gave was choco lava cake was out of stock. He agreed it was his mistake and would refund me. But i haven’t received money....

I ordered pizza on 15th january 2019. I tried to order pizza of net rs.312.
Initially i tried to pay by paytm. The amount got deducted but the billdeskfood1 showed that the payment was unsuccessful.

I didn't know that payment was deducted. So i ordered by cash on delivery option and paid the cash after delivery.

I want the payment done online back.

I placed an order at 08:25pm for a pizza on [protected]. Till 0915pm i have not recvd the order. When i called back again to check they told me that restaurant has cancelled my order and he connected me to the restaurant. The restaurant manager said they have not recvd any order and asked me to call the call center again. When i contacted again a lady picked up the call and she reconfirmed that i have placed an order at 0825 and the same...

Order not delivered. I didn't even get a response or call or order cancellation message. I tried calling the customer care number but still didn't get a response.

I cancelled my dominos advance order that was scheduled for 08/jan/19 at 12:45 pm order no 5 due to change in plans. I paid through amazon pay (Rs. 208). I haven't been refunded yet but they show the order had been cancelled already. Domino's pizza is my only go-to for pizza and such inconvenience will effect my future orders. Please look into it. Looking forward for a refund soon.

Hi... On 10th of january 2019 i have pizza from domino's... The payment was done through paytm and the amount was also deducted but the order was not placed due to some technical issue.. I got a msg regarding the issue that i will get the refund within 3-5 working days... But till now i haven't got the refund... Total amount was *480*rupees... I need my refund as soon as possible

Please look into this matter and solve it....

I haven't been refunded yet but they show the order had been cancelled already. Domino's pizza is my only go-to for pizza and such inconvenience will effect my future orders. Please look into it. I have made an online payment of rs.941 and placed order successfully on domino's using my citibank credit card. I have received successful transaction message from citibank, also mail and sms from citibank. However, therewas no message nor any phone nor any email from domino's. The order was placed on 12/01/2019 at around 8.02 pm. The order was for pick up at green park store as the store was not prompting for delivery in my colony. Where...

I had ordered 2 regular pizzas and one brownie on 31 dec18 but i have not received any pizza spoken on the same day with customer care and he said our order tracking app is not working but you will get your pizza as being our outlet is working late due to 31st dec. But i did not received my order after o asked for teh refund it has been told the refund been processed on 2nd jan 19 but yet i have not received my money... Pathetic service ever...

I ordered pizza using Domino's Mobile application for Android on 31st December 2018 amounting 1357. the amount was debited from my bank account(icici pockets) but the order no was not generated.

As per icici pockets support Domino's have already claimed the amount from icici pockets on 2nd January 2019.

still after 8 days i have not received the refund for the debited amount.

I ordered a pizza online on 31st December and paid online. I waited for one and a half hour and pizza wasn't delivered to me . And now I've tried to get to customer care but they are not helping. I want the refund as I didn't get my pizza delivered. I have been complaining to their customer care since 1st January and I even have the reference numbers they gave me as a complaint registration....

Team, on 5th january i ordered food online by paying rs1827 using my rbl credit card. Unfortunately the amount got deducted but order id couldn’t get generated.
Now am facing issues to get back my money.

I was placing an dominos pizza order via dominos mobile app on 05-jan-2018 but payment had been debited of amount 731/- rupees my from icici credit card account but order was not placed. I had also called dominos customer care but they said there no order placed at mobile number [protected]. Then i did the repayment to place a new order (Order no. 277) of same amount 731/- rupees. Attached are the screenshots of twice payment for dominos order...

In spite of ordering cheese and corn and chicken sausage pizza on 1.1.19, the order was not provided with a puerile excuse.in spite of complaining, no one called back to understand the problem, and we starved the entire night. Further, when i made a written complain, till now no one has called back.

This type of attitude is not at all pardonable that too from domino's. From next time, i will definitely not consider domino's....

- i order via dominos app using amazon pay balance. The app didn't generate order id and i got no response from the app. I contacted customer care they initiated a refund and asked me to place order order again this time pay by paytm. I did same the customer care guy said he received...

I ordered through the app with 30 min guarantee when i called them to tell them that i need change i don’t have change with me as they have troubled me for that before and the guy was i can’t deliver your food before 30 mins i told him that i have a 30 min guarantee and he said very rudely we don’t care about that we don’t have staff to deliver can’t help. Please get back to me asap....

My vipresh from margao goa. I have order pizza in domino's for home delivery on 8/06/2018 and order no. 153 at night and i done my payment online, since the order was confirm i got a call from domino's saying the restaurant is close as it's time up and the order will canceled and will be refunding your payment within 7-10 working days. But i haven't got the refund back.
