This is the second time continuously i am complaining you against the same store of silver square mall, b. D road, jaipur. I have ordered a farmhouse pizza through the dominos app.in the picture mentioned in your app shows the large quantity of mushrooms. I received my order and paid them through paytm for which the total amount was 294. My last experience was very bad with you guys so i decided to check the pizza in front of your delivery executive and when i opened the box i saw a pizza with four pieces of capsicum, three pieces of mushrooms and the onion was not at all fresh. Is this the quality you serve to your customer at this point of time. You are fooling us. You charge 294 for a pizza which is not fresh and roping if 4. Pieces of capsicum and 3 pieces of mushrooms.
I clicked a picture in front of the delivery executive so that you guys should not blame me for continuously complaining for the second time. I will take this to the consumer forum because you guys think that the customer is a fool, you are cheating us by uploading the fake pictures of your products on your app and you serving us third class food.
And the person present at your restro disconnect my call on my face as if i was asking for a 'bheekh' for food at this point of time. He did not show any courtesy that a person is hungry at this point of time and he is facing this kind of problem. I will make sure that i will send you the legal notice and i will take help of the social media as well.
Here are some pictures of the food and the bill. Anybody can clearly count the number of mushrooms and capsicum and the quality of onion and food you serve to the customer. Its showtime. I will make sure that each and every single person should know the quality and quantity of food you are serving to your customer and if you want i can show you the pictures.

    I had ordered Pizza for myself family on 14th Nov 2018 using the Andriod App on my Mobile. The application worked fine till the order selection and payment. The payment was done using Amazon Pay Balance and was collected by "DominosPizza " on behalf of Dominos. Post successful payment which was deducted from my account there was no update in the app and when I called Dominos via Phone they did not have the Order either from my Mobile. I request for full refund which has not been processed till Date. My transaction details are as follows.

    Paid on DominosPizza for Amazon Pay Order #P[protected]
    Amount Rs 326. Kindly have the amount reverted back to the Payment account.

      Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (Vit University) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
      Kindly have a look into this....

      Hello team,

      It's very strange that domino's charged a different price for same order/item at different locations. I have ordered 2 pizzas at WTP domino's center as per their menu, but they are charged 25 rupees more on each pizza . when i have asked, they replied that we have charged extra for base of pizza then i have asked them that i am mostly going to Triton mall and ordering same pizza on same rate which is mentioned in menu it on the same time and then i have complained to Domino's customer care and they realized that charged me unauthorized more price but i want a assurance from them that they will never chare to any customer, also i want a compensation of this kind of cheating.

        On sunday 25th november 2018 i had ordered a onion and capsicum pan pizza which made a total of 134rupees. I had made payment through paytm the payment was successful but order failed and the money were not refunded. I asked paytm about thus they said payment was successful so please check with billdeskfood1 so i request you to look into matter as soon as possible.

          I have paid in online the transaction once complete then the delivery get confirm but the issue is the amount is not paid due rate is showing for you like that delivery man said once again i check nd tell to the man i have paid in online you just check my transaction is processed but the man tel issues is not in our side if money will credit it will be refund to your account.. But till now no response from ur side. Just bcze i wasted money

            Two transactions 208x2=416rs.
            my order was not fulfilled and no refund has been issued.I have verified from Amazon pay that my transaction is successful and my money is deducted while i called dominoz and they said order has been cancelled . It has been four days since and i have still not received any refund. If this goes on i will be bound to lodge a police complain and complain in consumer forum.

              I today (Sunday, 25th november 2018) ordered meal from domino's through domino's android application. I chose amazon pay as a payment option and paid the full amount of rs. 473 to domino's. The amount was withdrawn from my bank account and also from amazon pay wallet. But the order was never placed. Now i don't even have an order id for a complaint. I also received a cashback of rs.75 in my amazon pay wallet from domino's. When i called the customer care number, [protected] the call dropped. Then i tried to call the amazon office of north zone ([protected]) and the guy told me that there was no one present to solve my problem.

                Hi,
                I have placed an order for rs.210 in dominos. But money has been deducted and order has not been placed. I have only the message from the bank on money deducted. I did not receive any confirmation order or bill after money was deducted

                Please help me get my money refunded and when will i receive my refund money.

                  I ordered pizza online (1 pizza mania-2 corn and 1 capsicum, 1 coke, 1potato chesee ball), but the amount of rs.347 got deducted from my debit card and the confirmation message didn't came so i called the helpline no. And customer no. But no one received the call. I placed my order on 22/11/2018 and my order address was flat no-307, ganga hostel, nit patna, mahendru, patna so nearest dominos pizza store was-mahendru patna. And i want my money to be refunded back.

                  I mailed to dominos customer mail about my scene.After 5 days they replied and i was asked to provide my mobile no, address placed and dominos store near me.Within 24 hrs they called and asked about the problem then after 1 day they refunded back money.

                    I place an online order on 20/11/2018, after choosing the menu, i paid the amount 416.00 rps through my sbi internet banking. Money was deducted and after waiting for long time i did not receive any order confirmation from dominos.
                    My phone number updated on the order was [protected].
                    I called up the domino's if there was an order placed, they denied of any order with them.
                    Customer care says my money definitely refunded in 24 hours but till now refund was not initiated.

                    Can you please return the amount to my bank account. I attached screenshot of my transaction as prove.

                      I placed my order via the domino's app on 12th november 2018. I paid via amazon pay. The payment went through but the order was not placed. I contacted domino's on their customer care service. They ensured i'll get my money back within 7-10 days. Today is 24 november 2018 and i still have not got my money back. I have contacted domino's three times related to this. Their response has been poor.

                        I ordered dominos pizza via mobiel app at toraipakkam branch for the amount of 1275 in total, as soon as i submitted the order it deducted the same amount twice, immediately contacted the customer care, he asked me to inform to the deliver boy and the deliver boy will inform to manager and credit back the amount. Informed and he said he will inform the manager too and also asked me to wait for a day, i haven't received anything, called the customer care again next day and asked for the details, customer care asked me to contact branch for it, when i contacted branch they are not even hearing to my complaint first, then somehow i waited for more than 10 mins and he listened to me at last. He just said 'contact customer care' and he kept the phone. I haven't got the money yet.

                            I have ordered pizza on 8th november 2018 and paid through internet banking. It was an advance order and before confirming the order i have to cancel the order. After 12 days i contacted the customer care asking about the refund. They told that they will contact me within 24 hours and gave me a reference number (#7394891). But no one contacted. After two days i called them again. This time they told that they will contact me within five minutes and didn't contacted. These people are wasting time and money of customers

                              I ordered a pizza on 1st november and it was delivered after 1.30 yrs after so many calls to dominoz. Then request to him free the order as per 30 min delivered guarantee policy. They accept and agree to refund 300 on my order. But after 21 days they have not refund anything and when i called cc everytime then give me new date and many more lollipop.

                              It seems the 30min guarantee the fake and making the customer fool.

                                But order got failed in the middle and Amazon pay got deducted the amount and got cash back of 75 rupees to Amazon pay balance.

                                I didn't get any message about order.
                                I called to customer service of Domino's, they confirmed the order not received.

                                  My order no.8 ordered on 20.11.18 received very late after 1 hour & that too in toll free order taking they missed to note my order properly & missed out some portion in noting. Recently ordered all orders received like this only with some or the other missing. Toll free no. voice also very low & no idea whether the other end at dominos can hear ordering person voice. Solution required.

                                    On 29/10/18 i ordered through dominos app, the payment method was amazon. The order wasn't placed but the amount was debited. The order amount was 611. After a week on 05/11/18 i got a message from dominos stating that the refund is initiated and will be credited in 3-5 working days, and today is 18/11/18 and still haven't received the refund.
                                    Pos 99010241 at amazon pay india priva txn#[protected].
                                    Since the order wasn't placed i don't have dominos transaction id.
                                    Please process the refund asap.

                                      Am writing this email to express the worst service from swiggy –cochin (Kerala zone) occurred on yesterday 18/11/2018, i have ordered an pizza on dominos from edapally restaurant, and i have placed the order in the mid night and payment done via paytm portal, after deducting the payment from my bank account, the restaurant partner called up and informed the restaurant was closed half n hour before am placing an order, after that swiggy showed a fake status saying “ your food is preparing “ (I don’t know why this stupid company cheating an customer with those # status). I have raised the complaint to restaurant partner they told they can’t do anything, i need an urgent solution from those partner otherwise this complaint will be role around the world. I am a premium customer of online food delivery service swiggy, hope my issue will be rectify within hours.
