Hi,
I tried to place an online order on 28th October, 2018 7:30 PM (approx), after choosing the menu, I paid the Amount Rs. 483 through ICICI Internet Banking. Money was deducted and after waiting for long time i did not receive any order confirmation from dominos.
My amount had been deducted, for which I got the confirmation message from bank.
I waited on the site but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully" and No Order number was received.
I called up the store where my orders landed up i.e. Moradabad and they confirmed that no order was received for this particular transaction.
The store manager told me that the amount will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but I doubt that.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I'm Pravin Shinde.I was trying to place an order at new Panvel of 2 regular combo pizza (@139 each)+coke through my mobile number but Money has been deducted from my free recharge account without placing any order.
