Hi,

I have placed an order today on 17.11.18, in dominos asansol galaxy mall through online portal with order no 64. I have paid rs 714 through my card.

So after accepting my order and taking my money they calls and give a reply that they have stopped delivery to that address, i requested the person and the manager to deliver it by my nearby location, but they refuses and said to pickup from store and after few minutes i called the call center and they said that i have to pick up from my store but all of a sudden i received a message that my order is cancelled.

That is totally ridiculous and totally unprofessional, such a big brand and working worst. Totally worst customer satisfaction from the manager and the personals, and who gave them the right to cancel my order without my permission after accepting the order and payment.

I am totally disappointed by this and request you to take strict action against the manager and the personnals of asansol dominos at galaxy mall.

    Dear sir/mam,
    On 15 november i ordered a dominos non veg overloaded pizza, which had boneless chicken topping, but while eating i encountered a very sharp piece of bone which scratched my mouth and hurt me. On complaining to their company officials, i don't think they are taking it very seriously.
    Previously also a few months back i had warned them about their falling standards, but i was abused by one of their executives. Because of which i didn't order for months. Now after this, i don't think i will ever order pizza again.

    This condition is so serious, that if i was not lucky, this piece was sharp enough to put me in life risk. Further this can cause someone else great harm. So kindly take strict action. I am sharing photos and videos of the sharp object found in my pizza.

    I have video too that will show how sharp this object is, but i am unable to share here due to 2mb limit of your website. I have kept the sharp object too.

      not delivered after successful payment and order confirmation

      Hi i have already raised a complaint about refund. I have raised several feedbacks, however refund not credited even after 19 working days. Dominos customer service keeps only telling it will be initiated but i didn't get the amount.
      i ordered through Domino's app and my transaction was made by paytm and didn't get refunded amount in paytm.
      here i attached my ordered history. please take action Asap.

        I want to register a complain against a dominos employee who misbehaved with me over a phone call for order conformation. I provided my exact address in the dominos mobile app and when i got the phone call for order conformation i was just providing the employee a landmark so that he doesnt get confused and can easily deliver the parcel to me. But he talked to me very rudely, his words were depressing and hurtful for me. I cant take such harsh words from anyone. I want a legal action against him.           I want to register a complaint against a domino's employee who misbehaved with me during a phone call for order conformation. I was being so nice to him throughout the call but he was constantly being rude to me and was saying that he will cancel my order either. I mentioned my address in the app but still i was guiding him by providing a landmark so that he can easily came to deliver the parcel without getting confused.           Today that is 1 nov 2020 i had ordered pizza from dominos branch sector -11 gandhinagar gujarat. My order was created online and the nunber was 137.
          Now when it came to delivery part one of the staff started yelling and reacted abnormal.
          I wanted to be polite with him, but he started nonsense .
          Please initiate steps to avoid such issues in future.

            I had done 2 transactions on 9th november at 8.33 pm. Fr both of them, the amount was deducted bt the order was nt placed. Even after repeated complaints & mails, no one has bothered to respond. Amount has not been reversed yet. Dominos have one of the worst customer care services. They do not even bother to reply.

            I demand my money to be reversed urgently.

              I placed my order on dominos website on 6:52 pm on 14th November 2018 and I did not receive my order. I have received the transaction slip from my bank but I didn't received any order id from dominos. I have already called dominos helpline twice and still I am yet to receive helpful guidance. Since dominos website redirects the order to nearest branch of dominos, I called the nearest dominos restaurant. I didn't get any response from there as well. They are claiming that I have not placed any order. Please help as soon as possible.

                    I had ordered a pizza on 25th october from dominos vanagaram chennai branch for which the payment got debited twice but website dominos.co.in showed a server error. I finally made the payment through amazon pay the third time. I contacted payu their payment processor and they confirmed that the payment was successful and that the refund claim should be made with dominos. I called the customer care number multiple times and their only response is to wait. Its already been 15 days. I have also submitted my concern through the feedback form but there has not been any response.

                    I request you to refund the amount of rs. 808 immediately.

                      Abominable service provided by dominos. Ordered food through dominos app. After the food was prepared and on being asked the delivery location, the food was denied to us for which we paid. Instead the restaurant manager sheetal (Najafgarh branch, delhi), 9pm at night, rudely told us to collect the food from the restaurant instead. When you already accept an order, dont ur service provide you the gps location for an order placed? When i have always been placing my order here and they have been always delivering. Also when i called the customer care twice i asked them to give me a solution they told me that the restaurant had already told us that they don’t deliver in this area. But we were never informed regarding this. Also when i asked to be connected to a senior in customer care this guy aman straight away refused to connect me. The last order i placed was on 2nd nov 2018, which they delivered. They even started giving vague excuses like after diwali we have cut off this area. I mean like please give better excuses. I had guest at home for whom i ordered and this all scenario made me angry to hell. By far, the worst service, response received without any resolution i am definitely going to escalate it as far as i can. I am truly shocked at how irresponsible and rude the customer service for dominos can be.

                      ( vasant kunj ). I got INCOMPLETE ORDER. Missing item.And Order was Damaged.
                      Ordered on 31st october from debit card but they canceled my order stating they do not deliver to my location. refund processing was reminded to me on 31st. its 7th november and refund has not been received.
                      I ordered food from domino's, but they directly refused to deliver at my location. This is the second time it is happening..They are doing false advertising and misleading the consumers.

                        Worst worst customer service... They call to confirm address after half hour and then tell customer that order can not be delivered to that address... Then transfer your address to another restaurant and custmer has to wait for another hour and plus for order to come... If customer calls to know the progress..                           I received cold pizza. Delivery was very late beyond 45 min. The status of the delivery was showing me delivered when i pizza was delivered to my doorsteps. I called the store and explained the details but i didn’t get any response from them. I called the customer care executive and they have committed me that i will get a call within 15 mins and yet i didn’t receive any call or response.

                          Why did the dominos store official didn’t respond back?
                          Why was there a delay in the service beyond 45 mins?
                          Why did the customer care executive didn’t respond back?
                          Where is dominos commitment of delivering pizza within 30 mins or free?
                          I have also got the proof when the delivery boy arrived at the apartment gate.
                          I understand the reason could be traffic or many orders but why did you lie to me that the delivery boy reached at the gate within 30 mins.

                          This is the third instance i faced this in bangalore. First time i had let that go, but this time you have crossed the line of not responding to the customer. This is sheer negligence and there is no value for money. Being a customer service company there is nothing you could do to serve the customer properly.

                          Look we are not fools and i can’t allow this type of situations to happen in future to anyone when everyone is waiting to eat and one am not getting a proper from any of the departments.

                          I insist do not fool others just to earn some money.

                          Order has given very late. Your Domino's is bad at providing orders. I haven't satisfied with this.
                          It has been observed that the delivery boy who delivered the pizza in mira road was very rude. He did not even have change and asking for change in hurry. Very rude behaviour by a delivery boy.

                              Dominos royal heritage mall pune health hazard alert.
                              Was told to wait at the counter for 10 minutes because the shift manager said he (Mr. Saikh) had some work on his phone. He had a very casual behavior towards his job and just left without saying anything when we asked him to take our order, then after a very long time a lady comes and finally takes our order. Please note at this time the store was completely deserted and there was hardly anybody in the store. As i gave my order mr. Shaikh then went to prepare the pizza. That's when i noticed he wasn't wearing the hairnet and no gloves. When i questioned whether he washed his hands he had nothing to say again. On questioning why he did not wear the hair net the shift manger said and i quote 'he is a allrouder and multitasker and does outside work also.' it was after we made a loud noise did he wear the hairnet. Please note he was preparing the pizza after touching the mobile phone handling some money these are the two most bacteria infected items. I challenge dominos to show cctv footage of him washing his hands. He has till date not apologized for his doings. Also even after telling the dominos staff to wipe the table the tables were still dirty. There was no attempt to resolve the issue the day of the incident instead the shift meager insisted he was right and said a warning against him was more than enough. Somebody could have got poisoned or fallen sick. Is dominos waiting for someone to die to take action. I have photographic proof of all the offenses but can't upload due to file size too large.

                                So today afternoon i ordered a regular size 5 pepper pizza and a cheesy dip at 2:11 pm from zomato order no. [protected]. The order delivered at 3:20 pm after me making 3 calls. The pizza was cold as unexpected and the cheesy dip was not delivered at all. After lodging complaint on the number[protected]Zomato recommended) the lady kept on arguing that the cheesy dip was in the garlic bread box wherein i did not order any garlic bread at all. And when i ask for a refund of my undelivered cheesy dip she had the audacity to disconnect my call thrice and while disconnecting she laughed too. This is how your staff has been trained?                                   I am a valued customer with dominos, my registered mobile number is [protected] and i regret to write this email which has caused me inconvineance and i doubt dominos quality check and control and also inappropriate behaviour by the branch manager.

                                  I had ordered a 2 large pizzas and a medium cheese burst pizza on 7th november 2018 at 8:55 pm on call on the number [protected] (Raju park branch) and placed the order to rohit the branch manager.

                                  Kindly note issues:

                                  - after placing the order i waited and the pizza was delivered after 1 hour.

                                  - the medium cheese burst pizza was not cheese burst and was a normal crust pizza (Kindly see attached images).

                                  - the delivery boy also confirmed that the pizza was not cheese burst.

                                  - the branch manager threatened me to put me on the ban list of dominos and refused to send me a replacement for the pizza.

                                  - he wasted half an hour of my time trying to put the blame on me.

                                  - his behaviour was extremely shrude and inappropriate

                                  In continuation to this i also placed an order on the 6th of november, which reached to me after 1 hour.

                                  If this is the case then i will not order dominos in the future as there are many other options available. Such an inappropriate behaviour and no quality check and control is not expected from dominos.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate actions.

Very disappointing and pathetic service by Dominos even surprisingly in Dominos app order was showing delivered just after one hour of order.                                       I booked an order through irctc vide order details #4349782 dated 24 th october 2018 which scheduled to be delivered in bhubaneswar in 12664 howrah express in seat no.1 of coach no. B3 my order no is 79 contact no [protected] and my name is saurabh dey. Amount of rs. 320/- is prepaid by me through sbi debit card. But unfortunately your delivery boy missed the train and the aforesaid order is undelivered before me. Your officials assured me to refund the aforesaid amount within 7 working days. But till date the amount is not refunded before my account. Please resolve the problem and take necessary action as early as possible.
