I was trying to place order using dominos app on 4th nov. The money got deducted for rs. 627/- but order was not placed.
Already raised 3 complaint and called many times to customer care but everybody says we will call you back in 15 mins. But nobody has yet responded on email or call back on issue resolution.

I think dominos didn't aimed at resolving customer issues.

Hi,
There has been 6 such types of complaints after which I got a msg that representative will call me within 24 hrs but till date noone has called or responded on the email.
Pls let me know what step next to be taken to get my refund of Rs. 627/- Disappointed with such a ignorance behavior and flaw system of Dominos, a jubiliant food product.

    Dear sir,
    I placed an order on thursday november 1, 2018. I placed my order via dominos mobile app. They have a 30 minutes delivery guarantee. My order was placed at 7.14 pm. Technically i should be receiving the service by 7.44pm. However, the food was delivered at 8.05pm. The method of payment was cash.in the app, i chose the correct home location which is my address (The bill does show that).in 5 mins time, i got a call from them...

    Yesterday i visited dominoz pizza outlet situated at basavanagudi (Bull temple road) bangalore..

    I ordered one pizza & made a payment of 631 rupees from my credit card. Immediately i got the payment message also in my mobile but i did not get my pizza.

    As per the dominos representative mr. Devaraju (Emp. Id 856464) payment was not done.
    I checked with my bank immediately and as per them transaction was approved.

    Mr. Devarju & manager chethan, both started doing arguments instead of checking with their bank payment system. They told me to come after 7 days & take your money back. They were very rude & misbehaved with me instead of resolving the problem. When i asked transaction declined receipt, they were not able to provide & even they were not having their i'd cards.

    After paying rupees 631& wasting almost one hour with them.. I did not get my pizza & i came back my home.

      I place order at 11.45pm from debit card. Then 12.15am i show track my order but show store is offline. Now money debit from my account and not deliver pizza now time is 1.20am. Still not get pizza and store is offline.
      Domino's have 30 minutes guarantee delivery.
      But now

      They not give me refund nor free pizza. Please do me a favor solve problem

        There is a problem in delivering the order in hussain ganj lucknow area. It says it is out of delivery and this change has been made recently, earlier all the orders used to be delivered. This has become very inconvenient for the regular customers as they are dependent on dominos for food. I request you to make the area available for delivery as it is leading to starvation among the teenagers.

          I gave an order on 23rd october via domino's mobile app for pizzas. The order got cancelled because they don't have a delivery here and told me that i will get refund the money within 7 working day's. Till now i didn't get refund. On nov 2nd i called the customer care, they told me i will get d money with nxt day eveng. Bt till now thir is no response.

              Sir,
              With respect to the legal system in india in relation to restaurants, all restaurants are required to facilitate and provide free water to all customers as well as non-customers.
              In light of the law in force you are bound to have water facilities installed in al your store but at your bhajan compound gajraula food outlet which is at national highway-24, jp nagar, gajraula, uttar pradesh-244235 the outlet has removed the water dispenser stating it’s the company’s policy.

              I had already written a complaint (Complaint no. 7159622) but no response has been forwarded as of yet. I request you to kindly respect the law and provide with a remedy.

                I purchase pizza from domin's at Lajpat Nagar. When lady at the counter told me to pay I gave her credit card. She told, your payment was decline. So, I thought, card was not working. Therefore took my credit card back and gave her my debit card. After successful payment, I got pizza after 10-15 minutes.
                When, I come back to my home and checked my phone then got to know that money deducted from my both cards.
                I have raised issue to customer care. They told me, in 7-10 business days, I will receive refund back.

                I didn't get my money back. But they offer me to order food for the same price without paying.

                  I ordered pizza and other stuff on line today vide order no 74 dated 31.10.18 to be delivered at d2/602 gh-79 sector 20 panchkula but an hour before it was informed to the recepient that order has been cancelled due to technical reasons. However no reasons were cited. It was a surprise on a birthday.
                  Really shameful for the company. When money has been paid what could be technical hitch?

                    According to the dominos policy, if the pizza isn't delivered in 30 mins it's supposed to be reimbursed. It was delivered to me after 50 mins

                    Called the customer care and informed about the same and they mentioned that it will be credited to the acaount within 7 working days.

                    It's been two weeks now, and there is no reimbursement yet.

                    If they don't reimburse it, why have that advertising at the first place.

                      I placed an order from the mobile app and after the payment of 311 was made from my Amazon Pay balance, the order automatically got cancelled and moreover there has been any refund till date.
                      I mailed to the customer care and no action seems to taken. also i tried calling the given Customer Care numbers but none of them seem to be working. such a kind to irresponsible behavior towards the customer is highly disrespectful.
                      I would expect an immediate action to be taken.

                        Hi,

                        I tried to place an online order on 28th October, 2018 7:30 PM (approx), after choosing the menu, I paid the Amount Rs. 483 through ICICI Internet Banking. Money was deducted and after waiting for long time i did not receive any order confirmation from dominos.
                        My amount had been deducted, for which I got the confirmation message from bank.

                        I waited on the site but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully" and No Order number was received.

                        I called up the store where my orders landed up i.e. Moradabad and they confirmed that no order was received for this particular transaction.

                        The store manager told me that the amount will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but I doubt that.

                        My Phone number updated on the Order is [protected].

                          Hi, this is vaishnavi, i had ordered pizza, online via domino's app, on 16th october 2018, there were less than 5 baked products, for which i haven't been refunded yet. I had called the help line after 30minutes of placing order, i was told by them that i would get refund in 10days but i have not received the money yet. So kindly initiate the refund & do the needful..

                            I order and small size 3 pizza with... Cheessy dip.. But i didnt recived the.. Chessy dip..* hence i call the outlet twice in a day.. But they didnt co operate very well.. Its show how the dominos behave with the coustmer... * i actually wasted my money and didnt get the order properly.. I also had a word with the area manager...                               I have ordered with mobile app for a home delivery order with order no 184.dtd 28/10/18 8.30,
                              At 9 pm i received the mssg that the order has been cancelled by the restaurant, if the outlet was not able to fulfil the order it should not have accepted the order on the first place what is the point of wasting my 30minutes waiting for food, highly disappointing, restaurant was not able to provide the food within 30minutes hence canceld the order instead of wasting their 300rs for the 30minutes guarantee.Highly unethical and irresponsible approach after calling customer care and no one received the call at outlet end .

                                I have ordered pizza by 7.15 but got delivered by 8.00..i called customer care and they told me to raise complaint to get refund of 300rs..total bill was 574 amd pizza was not hot...as it was exceeded beyond 30 min and got delayed by 45 min.. Take this as priority and refund the amount.. I have paid the anount through My debit card.. This is the first time iam experiencing this much delay which causes a bad name.. As its good that you Refunding the amount if it delays by 30 min and hope you will do the same

                                  I have paid bill through debit card at my local domino's store in sangli maharashtra.
                                  The payment was successful by my bank but did not receive to the domino store. I did the payment once again and they said i will get my money within 7 days but i did not receive any money. I have receipt of transaction not successful. I m attaching it with this complaint. Please help me out of this issue and try reverting my money back.

                                    Dominos pizza order no. 520 for mobile number [protected] on october 7, 2018 and order was never delivered.in-charge person of restaurant called that they cancelled order from restaurant side and refund would be given. But the status of order on android dominos app was changed to delivered instead cancelled.
                                    Even after three weeks of continuous calls to customer support, no refund initiated or replacement order placed. The customer support person is different every time and each one of them says he/she has logged ticket for the same. But the next customer support person after few days says no ticket logged for the same. The customer support guys are lying straight to our face saying ticket logged and refund initiated but does nothing. Restaurant in-charge called today but rudely disconnected the on-going call without listening and resolving the complaint. There is no guarantee of delivery from such a big chain like dominos and nothing you can do for items showing delivered even when they are not. They are just scam with no assurance of proper tracking on their own company's android app.

                                      I ordered medium pizza in the evening with a view to enjoy the same with my family, i used a coupon code recieved from dominos via sms on my mobile stating to add a free garlic bread to my order,
                                      All went great
                                      As pizza delivery guy came i was shocked to know that no garlic bread was there as i objected the delivery guy asked me to contact his outlet at sector 31 faridabad as i tried to discuss with them about this i got an answer that no code has been applied and there was this stand alone pizza only,

                                      Forget the blunt taste, medium pizza was # compared to even the pizza mania combo i regularly order from same outlet,
                                      Cant understand they are on cost cutting by cutting down cheese n pizza quality (Might be a revenge against not selecting additional cheese option) or just trying to cheat lure customers to order by sending codes n then removing that from order

                                      Guys just wanna suggest you to be double sure with dominos as this can happen with anyone
