I am Arham, I ordered a burrata pesto special italian pizza worth god damn 1000 INR and I received the product 1 hour 40 mins late, plus to add to that the pizza didn’t have the main burrata cheese and no parmesan cheese packet either, since then I have been trying to contact dominos, they always redirect me to store manager and the manager is fooling around not giving a single penny as refund and not even compensating anything, i had to eat a half cooked cold trash pizza and I paid 1000 rs for that, what a scam dominos. Its address is whitefield, bangalore, store is absolute waste. Scamming robbers they are.

I got a egift card worth rupees 500 from my organization in Dec2022.
When I redeemed to place the order in one of the outlets in Nashik, I received only 41 rupees and remaining balance was asked by the Dominos team to pay. Argument happened between me and the store owner as I order the food within the balance limit, I have been following up with Dominos customer service team since then, mailed them multiple times, there no resolution...

This is to bring to your notice that I have ordered pizza for Amount of Rs 905/- order No 126 at 6:37pm and it got delivered at 8:50 pm and icing on the cake is that the pizza was at freezing point and there was no call to confirm the order and there was no one concerned to tell that my order will be delayed as it was prepaid order still people are very unprofessional and doesn’t bother anything. After ordering pizza there was no status on app so I thought of calling by my self but again same response we will get back but no one responded. I called many times and the answer I got is we will deliver soon.

So, now I am looking for refund nothing else.

Kindly initiate my refund

Note: last time I had the same experience but thought it might be a human error things happens sometimes but now I just want refund.

I was dining in at dominos in madona colony Borivali West in Mumbai. Post my food I requested for a glass of water and was denied by an employee stating its not in their policy to provide drinking water which is basic. Things escalated after my multiple requests to the manager who stated it was against company policy to provide water. If i want water i have to pay mrp + 100% margin. The employee hurdled abuses and i was so embarrassed i just left. It was a traumatic experience for me and my guest.

Hi last week on dt. 22/01, i ordered a pizza on oulet... Payment deducted from my account but from there side the recepit didnt came from transactions machine they said again you will receive msg for the same and said the money will be refunded for your previous transaction. and then the double transaction is made for the same order and it’s been more than 7 days . Didn’t get my refund back yet
I want the refund of the amnt and for this, neither i have received any communication from bank nor from domino's... I need a revert on the same...

On 1st January 2023 I ordered pizza from Dominos and was allotted order no. 519 from Alambagh Store. When my pizza arrived it was thoroughly cold, box was untidy and no sealing of dominos was on the box, yes it was only folded. How can you be assured that quality was maintained during delivering pizza as it was opened. Number of oregano sachet mentioned were 6 on the bill but we found only 4.
I complained through the dominos app on same day (1st January 2023) about this issue and informed them, they registered my grievance and allotted me reference no. 4690058 and assured to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
It happened first time, when our kids complained for the poor taste of pizza, it was hard and uneven crust. Once I was contacted by the Dominos store that they will give me a complimentary pizza. When I called them on 22nd Januarry 2023 for providing the complimentary pizza they smoothly denied and asked to order on some next day.
As I have already a regular customer of dominos and when I had an issue the company should resolve this issue to ensure that customers satisfaction is the most preferable thing to the brand. However, Since then I have complained more that 5 times to the Dominos to resolve my issue, yet it is unsolved. I request dominos to refund my money as no quality was maintained in delivering pizza.

My order was not confirmed but my balance was deducted from my gpay and i was not even directed to Domino's app. So again from the Domino's customer care i was told that my refund will be processed within 7 days but i have still not received my refund.
And i thought that my amount will be refunded within few days so again i made a new order and paid via cash.
When will I get my return for my first deducted amount?
I have my slip for the cash payment done and also i have my gpay slip amount deducted.

I ordered 2 regular pizza and they didn't give any ketchup and only 2 chilli flakes
On online delivery and said that it's company policy. I want to know is it true. They said for 1 regular pizza they will provide only 1 chilli flakes packet and no ketchup is provided for online delivery.Also 1 pizza was cold.

I did a transaction on 25th dec of 1002 rs but they haven't received and it was deducted by my account. They said i will get my refund in 7 days but its now 3 weeks i haven't received

Ordered to Domino's today and i m regular customer of Domino's. But they always despatched cold pizza and never on time. Today's i order and they despatch but after reaching at our society delivery boy refuse to deliver because his store manager ordered him not to deliver. Once they delivered pizaa and all seals were broken and i seen the spot marks on the box. I raise complaint but they did nothing. More then 8 to 9 time they did the same thing. Kindly take action

Order no. 100 from Daryaganj branch in Delhi on 12/1/23. ordered tomato, onion, golden corn pizza. All were uncooked, crust was hard n powdery, sides were completely raw. Made me sick and i got food poisoning, diarrhoea n stomach ache. i raised a complaint. fraud ajeet raj manager ([protected]) called me n told will refund the amt in source acct. i hv his phn recrding. but he didnt instead gave in dominos wallet n abused me, He is fraud.
I want in source acct as promised. i am ready to gv d pizzas back as they made me sick n cant eat more. dis is forced ordering

I fesing this problam multipel time

I have raised many requests for duplicate bill of my order number 153 for Rs 1333 on Dec 16 from Kharadi, Pune store.
I have raised requests through web site and mobile app. I have been trying to raise requests since last 24 days and raised many requests. They send only ticket number and to revert in 72 hours but no response from Domino's.

Very bad customer care service and unethical behaviour from Dominos being a big food chain company. I have attached screen shot of my complain.

I have not placed this order #154 nor have I visited the store on 8-Jan for any carry-out.

Stop using my cellphone number for taking orders that I have not ordered.

Very unprofessional & unethical of Domino's to misuse their customer contact details. It's a serious offence!

Agar is Store ki Koi Achchhe se Janch kren to or v bahut si Ground Level ki baten pta chalegi.

Yesterday I was purchased two pizzas of 49 amount from your vvip raj nagar extension Ghaziabad but the quality was so poor of pizzas and pizaa base was so stale I never suggest anyone to purchase this pizza

I found a hair in my pizza which I ordered from zomato.
