I tried placing on 31-12-22. The money got deducted but the order wasn’t placed. Again i had to place the order and make the payment online on delivery.

I haven’t got any refund yet.

      I ordered pizza from Domino's. They showed pizza delivered but i didn't receive my order.I am waiting almost 2hr30min but i didn't receive my order. Store didn't pick my call i called 30 call. I am very disturbed for Domino's service.

        I have received the order with missing item, I order from Swiggy from dominos. I asked for refund they told me to come to location to get the refund . How is it fair ?
        If I paid online they should refund me online only … why they are calling me to come ??

        I asked customer care representative they are not helping me out . They told they are not responsible.. for this

        So what’s the deal ?? Why we are ordering from Swiggy on faith !?? If they are not ready to take any action . For customer complain .

        This is very irresponsible act

        I will not order from Swiggy anymore

          This is to let you know that I had visited dominoes pizza on dtd. 11.12.2022. When I placed order, money was debited but order was not successfully placed via google pay. So I had to reorder it via order I’d 165. The amount that was debited was Rs 169.

          Kindly do the needful to refund the aforesaid amount back to original mode of payment.

            I placed an order in Domino's outlet on 13th December 2022 around 9:45pm. I made the payment through UPI. Money got debited rom my account but domino nit received. So they asked me to make another payment as the previous one will credit back to me in 7-10 working days as per the dominos employees. Ite now past 10 days. and I am still waiting for my refund.

            Please let me know, if there is any place where I need to make complaint. I am contacting the outlet as well.

              Employee name Mayur Thakre from Nagpur Maharashtra poonam chamber outlet.

              kindly teach your employee to how to talk and communicate with your customer. he is very arrogant and do not know how to deal with your customers. He is making false allegation without having any proof. I am ready to give every evidence, also ready to check CCTV footage.
              His action in front of other customer in the outlet was non professional causing damage to my reputation which is a clear case of defamation.

              Kindly look into the matter and take proper action against the employee

                Almost 20 days back I made an online payment through the link provided by dominos for placing an order. It was done twice as the lady taking orders said that there was some problem with the internet. She also added that the money would be refunded within 48 hours. To my the amount was not refunded even after a week. The lady gave me her contact for follow up. I kept asking her for the refund and almost 10 days later a refund of the first amount was done. The refund of the second amount is yet to be done. I request it to be done ASAP as this kind of behaviour is not acceptable at all.

                    On 4th dec i ordered pizza from city mall kota store. My money has been deducted and still not initiated. Payment was successful but order got failed. As cashier told it'll get refund in 5 7 working day but it not its being more than 20 days. And i also informed to manager of city mall dominos manager but don't got any clues.

                          I ordered a large sized Non Veg Supreme pizza from the Mumbai Andheri West Lokhandwala Branch and the pizza had stale toppings and rotten cheese.

                          To much of my realisation I had two slices and stopped only to discover that I had food poisoning the next morning.

                          I am going to escalate this on twitter and go to the consumer court if necessary.

                          Since when has the greed for hogging money and serving customers rotten food has turned you into monsters with no value for human life.

                          This is really unacceptable and horrible.

                            I have 2-EGift cards worth 500Rs each. When I try to use them it says pin is not valid without even taking me to the OTP/PIN entering page.

                            [protected] this the number of 1 coupon. Let's see if it makes any difference after posting here.

                            I tried contacting dominos through their email but the customer service there is not even responding.
                            And the toll free always redirects too automated IVR.

                            There is no option to contact any person from dominos.

                            After this experience my interest towards dropped and I'm questioning myself why did I even take those E-Gift cards. Thanks DOMINOS for this experience. Let's see if I ever become a customer to you again. ✌️

                              I have placed an order on 7th december, 2022
                              Order number 166

                              I havent received the invoice on asking the delivery man went away. On calling the store number has no incoming.
                              Next day when another representative connected he said that invoice gets scrapped and no invoice can be given. I requeeted duplicate invoice from app which promised 48hrs to send invoice on mail but havent received even after a week

                                  I ordered pizza form city mall, kota store. As i make my payment through paytm, it has been successful done and money has been deducted but due to some technical reason my payment has been failed after money deducted. As they told it will initiate in 2 3 days but it not. And today its being more than 15 days.

                                    We have ordered cheese burst pizza after having it we noticed it was not cheese burst it was like normal pizza. This has happened to me for the 3rd time in this three to four months and all the time I have raised a complaint to them And wen we give complaint after calling to same branch they say sorry it will not happen for the next time. When we have ordered cheese burst thenwhy donttheydeliver proper cheese burst forhome delivery it was two pizza's. I want a action on it give me my refund or whta you are goingto do please look after that. I have attached the pic with every bite so u can come to know.

                                      I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs200) i payed via fampay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further detail at ([protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

                                        I bought a dominos gift card. I tried to use it online and it wouldn't work. I called the store and they said they aren't accepting any gift cards as payment. This is basically a theft of my money.
