I just go through your website for placing an order, but they refused to home delivery after placing my order. I am a regular customer of dominos. Earlier i was in agra now i shifted in moradabad. Today i placed an order for 4 pizza mania. System accepted my order. But outlet person called for confirmation and refused my order.
I am really very disappointed with your service.

I don't got my pizza through online pizza order services within half an hour after I asking to the delivery employee named as Ghanshyam posted as Guest Delight Associate he abusing me with improper communication skills from Krishna Enclave, kalwar road, jothwara, Jaipur 302012 now return my money as soon as possible and collect good skilled people that only have aticates how to talk.
Shame on domino's....

I am writing an email regarding to the order number:168 which was placed by domino's app at 12:00 night.

However eventually i did not receive my order even i clearly mentioned place of delivery address after 120 mnts of delivery time.

The way talking of delivery boy was completely unprofessional and rude.

So i need refund my money: 636 inr and wants a action of delivery...

12 minutes late.
And the delivery guy says he couldn't find the location. Which is not a part of dominos policy
Earlier deliveries were in time. And delivery guy never got lost...

I'm around 55 yrs old female & i called domino's to deliver me garlic bread with cheeze & 2 small bottle of pepsi but cashier said he doesn't deliver below than 300 rs. Is it true...? Firstly, i never got an order confirmation call after placing the order online, once i got a call, the person who called me stated that he wanted to know my address for delivery. I guided him with the address and i told him that i do not have the cash in handy and would have to go...

We order our 6 pizzas at 7:21 pm exact and the order arrived at 8:52 pm they don't want to give us the late remarks and no discounts too
The delivery guy just came and simply went away just like that.
The were abusing within each other and didn't want to take blame for themselves at all.
The delivery boy doesn't even have a phone and the person at the store is blaming us as our phone isn't working...
