Yesterday (2:may:2018) i order a pizza of 431rupees, im ordering a pizza's on 10:15 but i recieve a delievery on 11:10, 1 hour late delievery or pizaa's totally chilled or hard, when i ask for 30 mint policy, then they argue with me and never give me back any of refund... Please get back my refund.. I'm not setisfy with the domino's service.

    I had ordered dominos pizza dated on 8th april 2018 through online of rs.457.
    After 10 minutes i had received a call from dominos restaurant (Sardar patel marg allahabad 211001) and said that my pizza order has been canceled because it cannot be placed in my destination address and assured that money can be refund in my account within 14 days. Still, i have not get the refundable amount. So i request you that take appropriate action such that my refund amount can be placed as soon as possible in my account.

    I have ordered a pizza which has become late by 15 minutes then your store person told me that i am cancelling the pizza bcs you address is not falling in our store address so why it has not infromed me in a previouse and why they have not shifted my order to my locality address

      This is to notice a worst behavior from the fellow in the restaurant, his name is rahul. K. I placed the order at sasthamangalam, trivandrum. After i placed the order, rahul told that there were no change for rs. 2000/- and he also said that "you can cancel the order" as there is no balance money to give. I never expect this kind of reply. The fact we chose dominos was not to get these type of reply and arrogant and misbehaves from the people who have to take the order and get the customer satisfaction.

        I placed an order at vasant vihar
        Plot no-6, community centerbasant lok, vasant viharnew delhipin-110057, ph. No.[protected] at 9:43 with order no 267 by rinki gautam, [protected]
        240 shipra, 240 shipra hostel, jnu new campus, new delhi.
        They didn't revert me regarding the status of my order and i waited for 1.30 hrs. When i am calling them they didn't pick up the call. As i ordered online my money (Rs. 508) is also stuck. The whole ordering process wasted my time, energy and money.
        I want the refund of my order as i order it online.
        This is the worst restaurant service i have come across.

          I am regular customer of your esteemed eating joint .. Today i'hv ordered two pizzas under the daily scheme of buy 2 medium pizzas at 249 each through the Dominos mobile app.. my order number is 252 .. and had placed my order at 19:51.. within a minute after placing my order i recived a message of thanks n confiramtion message with a order number being placed on it at 19:52.. with saying that i can track the order of my pizza by opening the given link below and the pizza will be delivered in 30 mins .. After waiting for almost more than a hour when i enquired about my pizza order on the phone number[protected] the executives said we are sorry for the pizza being not delivered to you within time and rs300/- more will be discounted from the order .. n within 10 mins the pizza will be delivered to you.. but after 2mins i recived another call from the prestigious company Dominos number[protected]n[protected] saying that i didnt placed any order earlier n by placing the order now at the then time 20:51 I'll receive my order at 21:15.. to which i conveyed the all earlier conversations with him and after being harassed and humilitated more than my own self esteem i cancelled my order n said that i'll complaint to the higher authority ... By listening to this the executives said to go ahead in a very humilating n harassed manner to the customer n cancelled my order.. Is this the way to talk to customers??.. Your executives are not even afraid of loss of their own jobs n self esteem.. they tal in a very harrased n unathecial way of communications .. this is the second time i have been disappointed by your company.. Earlier also I complained but in vain.. Though being a regular customers of yours from many years I faced alot of mental harassment n humilation over the years again and again.. And was left hungry for almost two hours... Need a strict action against the company so that not only me but other customers also don't face such type of humiliation n mental harassment again.. Waiting for your early response.. n Moreover I;m attaching the screenshots of the messag received after confirmation of my order for your ready refence

              I ordered around 9:30 pm to 10 pm yesterday a golden corn and cheese pizza and i did not receive it. I already paid for it through paytm. I didn't receive any refund nor any calls or such about my order. I was waiting for my order for 2 hours. I wasn't provided with any number nor did anyone call me like why would you have such a website that isn't dependable

                I have placed an order of 532 rupees in dominos and it was showing delivery time as 45 minutes then i have app was restarted after crashing and now if i am seeing that order it is showing order was successfully placed and in tracking order it is showing order has been cancelled.

                Now i want my money back.

                Am ashok [protected] from kurla visited your chembur naka branch opp to akbaralis with so much of excitement to eat pizza but i got horrible experience after giving order.

                I have seen ac not working properly as no cooling inside and thts y we planned to sit outsite but we have seen all dustbins lying on the floor and tables with full of dust and used pizza covers

                And we have been served an used coke bottle which was horrible and we are planning suggest to use dominos in all social media with pictures.

                Very bad environment no proper fan and ac were broken and staff is unqualified and it was like we are sitting on the dustbins.. very bad experience and i will complain this to food inspector and jago gtahak jago and bmc as it was very intidy place and u are charging for star rating facilities but facilities are wrost thn i have ever seen and i have been given used coke and useless branch. Cal me back as soon as possible or else ill give complain

                The staff who is taking an order is also cleaning the floor and cleaning the table with no gloves in hand and serving the food with same hand which is very unhygiene

                Also there were a staff who is baking the pizza with out any gloves in hand and tables unneat peoples and tables are very bad like we are sitting on road after paying you such as high amount

                  I made an order at dominos on 29th april 2018 at 8:30 pm exact. My order was of 3 medium size pizza & 1 stuffed garlic bread.

                  My address is very easy gettable and i have already plenty of orders which has got delivered on time by dominos. So this time i got an call from devliery boy of dominos at 9:01 pm. He asked me where is your address located. He asked me behind utkarsh petrol pump. I said yes just 20 secs away from there. Just come behind i am waiting outside my house. So he told he will reach there in 5 mins. I was wondering then why he called me that time when he was not near my house.

                  Later he reached at my house at 9:10 pm. So now order got delivery after 40 mins. So i took the order and asked me as per dominos policy i should get an free order if it exceeds 30 mins delivery time. So he told me i already called you at 9:00 pm. I said you called me but what matters is when you are giving delivery. As it was just 10 seconds away from where you were asking my location. So 10 mins is not something i would imagine that it would take for you to reach here.

                  So then he called his store person. Somehow i don't know what happened. He told me no one is picking my call.

                  So i called on dominos number and someone picked my call and i gave to that delivery person my phone to talk. He went outside to talk with that person. So after that call he came in and told that you will get rs 300 off on this order. Rest of the amount you need to pay. So we just asked him what is dominos policy if delivery time exceeds 30 mins.

                  You want imagine what was his reply. He told in a very loud voice give pizza back i don't want to deliver.

                  This is the worst ever pathetic reply any customer would every get. We told me let us take an video of this and let me make compliain of this aganist you. So he told you can complain to whomsoever you want to i don't care.

                  So i took his video in which he was talking in loud voice and that too at my residence where everyone was outside and watching this what has happened. Such a shameful this it was. That guy didn't has single percent of manners on how to talk with customers.

                  Once he went i call to same dominos store person. I told him this is what has happened and i told him that i want to make sure you take action aganist him. He told me yes he will take full action against that delivery person. I asked him couple of times i want confirmation from his end that action has been taken aganist this so i told him please do notify me what action has been taken by droping an email or calling me back as i don't want to let go this thing as i had trust in dominos for so many years that dominos being such an awesome and giant chain won't let go this delivery person worst behivior.

                  So that store person told me that he will make my fresh order an will get it deliver to us as fast as possible. I said okay and then i hang up the call.

                  Later i got an call from dominos and told me that what was the reason i expalined him and then he told me that strict action will be taken on that delivery boy but he want to see the video so i told him sure i can send him and he can have a look. He provided me an number and then told me he will take my order but i need to pay total amount minus 300. I said i just had a word with dominos store person he told me he is extremely sorry and he will serve us the whole order as complimetory & now you telling me that i need to pay remaining amount. He told me he will check the video first and then only he will decide what would be my bill amount. I said i don't care for your pizza, i will do complain of this on my own and will make sure i put this to dominos guys and hopefully they would take strict action on this. So i had to arrange my dinner by my self. So at 10:00 pm i had to go out bcoz of such an worst ever service i had experience from dominos.

                  And then we went to pizza hut & had our pizza's which we want to eat since the evening.

                  This was the worst ever service i had experience from you guys.

                  That delivery guy was standing outside my house and was talking so loudly that everyone who were out were listening to this. Even there were guest at my place who had came for dinner it felt so embarasing for all o[censored]s. The attitude he was having was worst. We were talking with him so gently and i don't know what got to him he told give pizza back i will take it back. Seriously is this the way dominos now works?

                  Really is this the way dominos guy treats customers. Even the store guys are i would say similar.

                  To be honest with you, if this is the dominos is then ofcourse i would be thinking twice before placing and order in dominos.

                  I hope someone would hear to this complain and service which i had to face from dominos and would take action for the same.

                        I don't got my pizza through online pizza order services within half an hour after I asking to the delivery employee named as Ghanshyam posted as Guest Delight Associate he abusing me with improper communication skills from Krishna Enclave, kalwar road, jothwara, Jaipur 302012 now return my money as soon as possible and collect good skilled people that only have aticates how to talk.

                          I am writing an email regarding to the order number:168 which was placed by domino's app at 12:00 night.

                          However eventually i did not receive my order even i clearly mentioned place of delivery address after 120 mnts of delivery time.

                          The way talking of delivery boy was completely unprofessional and rude.

                          So i need refund my money: 636 inr and wants a action of delivery boy on priority which was hamper compliance and etiquette of your ongoing business in india.

                            12 minutes late.
                            And the delivery guy says he couldn't find the location. Which is not a part of dominos policy
                            Earlier deliveries were in time. And delivery guy never got lost

                              I'm around 55 yrs old female & i called domino's to deliver me garlic bread with cheeze & 2 small bottle of pepsi but cashier said he doesn't deliver below than 300 rs. Is it true...? I have not seen any such messages on domino's website nor on advertisements in tv. So why did the cashier refused to deliver the garlic bread. Is that how do you give service to old citizen...? My home is only 5 minutes away from domino's (Gillco complex, sas nagar).

                              I called customer care centre of domino's & they said the same but i want to ask that if domino's can't deliver the order less than 300 rs so why is not the same mentioned in domino's website...?

                                I have ordered pizza at JP Nagar 5th phase, Bangalore at 9.10 pm on 27 April 2018. The concern lady took my order and confirmed my Bagalore address against my register number ( order number was 187). I was looking for medium size pizza with cheese burst but she suggested to take two small size pizza with cheese burst, which will cost me 449. I said ok... please take the order. I waited for 1 hour 15 mins and called the branch again. I tried them for several times and at last on my 6th call a lady picked and said we are shortage of people, maam your pizza will reach in 10 mins and again i waited for 15 mins and after loosing my patient and again I called them.. as usual i tried atleast for 8 times after that again a lady picked the call and said maam so and so person has left with your order, will be reaching in 5 mins and again I waited for another 10mins. I called the customer care number and that also one of the male excutive after hearing the incident he kept my call hold for 10 mins and that was end of my patient. I called again at customer care and explained the same incident again to other executive and at last he replied maam your order has been cancelled as your Bangalore address is not reflecting in our system..This is how you treat to your regular customer. I was not first time customer of JP nagar 5 phase...stop hiring such an unprofessional people...casual attitude is not acceptable in food industry. Please look into the matter.. otherwise you will start loosing customer. I want a apology from the staff member of JP nagar 5 phase.

                                  Its more than 1 month for a proper response : Concern ref #5016042 : We placed an order on the 31st of March online which was delayed for more than 2 hours . It was very disappointing that the party had to be cancelled and kids had to go hungry. I called the customer care the same night and was given the number of the store manager and branch number. But they did not pick the call / return the call.

                                  From that night on I have been following up to get my refund back which I paid online with my credit card. It’s very disappointing to note that I had to explain this situation more than 10 times and each time I have been given a promise of refund within next few hours. Its more than 8 days still the money is yet to be refunded back... worst case the Store manager (Pavani ) gives me a call today and says there is no way they can refund the amount and the only option is to get the Pizza delivered. This is quite different to what your customer care representative stated ... So again, Domino's name is at stake where your representatives don't care about what they say and what they do. I am at this stage hoping that you will be able to take a strict action against this branch of yours and refund the amount to my account at the earliest.

                                    Hi, i ordered 2 regular pizza, total worth ₹292 using dominos website on 25th april, 2018 at around 6:38 pm. I made the payment via freecharge with transaction i'd - y9qgirgpienhkt_[protected]_1. The amount has been deducted and a pop up was displayed on dominos page that payment is successful. Unfortunately, i did not get any message or mail from dominos regarding order confirmation or even order i'd. I did not even get the pizza i ordered. I want the money to be refunded. Please let me know if i need to follow some other procedure.

                                      I have ordered pizza on dated 23rd night at 8:32 pm, money has been deducted from my paytm account but pizza has not been delivered. I asked paytm customer care they replied as
                                      Your transaction of rs 208 to merchant dominos under order no npt[protected] was successful. Delivery of product or services soley depends on merchants services and delivery policy. Kindly coordinate with the merchant for confirmation of serices/delivery..

                                        My name is akshay i made order to dominos in delhi through your app. I made the payment through paytm wallet, the money got deducted rs 257.00 i didn't receive any call or message from from domino's n that too when my payment was successful.                                         Can you please let know when will I get my refund. Please talk to Suresh, he is a store manager at Dominos Shekh Sarai Branch, he refused to get any money by PayTm, which is a sheer lie.His phone # is [protected] talk to him in a strong manner only then he will agree.I need a solution sir, it's my hard earned money.Im again sending you pictures just to make you believe that I paid Dominos India ₹ 257 through PayTm & the payment transaction ID is [protected].Please its a humble request request please help me to get my money back.Aruna is my mother's name which paytm has mentioned in the mail, reason for that is from her PayTm a/c I made the payment.Please call me Sir /Mam.

                                        Hi,
                                        The above statements are sent by Consumer Forum.The complaint number is 70441.I've been harassed by you people I ordered that Pizza on my Birthday.I've also asked to add a compensation for this harassment + your fake things that you called and all. I've lodged a complaint, Consumer asked me to mail you and tell you the complaint # personally and officially you will be receiving a Notice within 7working days from the Consumer Forum. Reference # of my issue which you sent through SMS is Ref #s are 5166790, 5164292. Nobody called me, nobody emailed me to resolve the issue but now its too, I want compensation + the money which I sent through PayTm by the name of Aruna. Sheikh Sarai branch always deliver my pizza, I had a word with your store manage Mr Suresh and I've added his name in my complaint he was not cooperating didn't reply and when I asked him about my order he checked and very slowly he said Medium Margarita and in 2seconds he changed his statement he lied on my face. I need Compensation and my Money.

                                        When I last ordered from dominos pizza the pizza was late on arrival and when it come was cold I rung up and they said something about a free code which I have not received as of yet.
