I placed order no. 157 on 07.08.2017 (Through mobile no. [protected]) and paid amount of rs. 624 through mobikwik app. While getting the pizza delivery, the delivery man said that their branch has not recived the online payment and i have to pay in cash. So i paid again rs. 624 to pizza delivery person.
I lodged a complaint to mobikwik regarding the same. They sent me a reply that the payment to merchant is successful at their end....

Placed an order on dominos app on november 19th. After making the payment of rs. 730 through paytm wallet, i received a declined error message. The money was deducted from paytm wallet. I later selected cash on delivery and made a payment of rs.730 to the delivery guy. It has been fifth day and i haven't received any refund from domino's.

@dominos team: please initiate my refund amount at an earliest....

I complained it to vasnt vihar new delhi outlet they assured me of delivering the right products but in the mean while one of ther executive mihit rajput called up and upon talking to him he started using abusive language. I ordered pizza thru dominos app and payment was made thru paytm but neither the order got placed nor did i get refund of my money.

Rs. 491/- were deducted and no signs of refund yet.

Paytm says they are not responsible as the transaction was successful at their end.

Dominos is not releasing the amount back.

M.) i've had difficulties in obtaining refunds in the past and i hope it is not repeated as i don't wish to take legal action on you're failure to proceed the refund.
