I have ordered from Domino's App yesterday, amounting to Rs 390. And the app was linked by Amazon pay balance. When I placed the order, it showed "something went wrong". And I again placed the order 2 more times, one from my own mobile number, and another from my sister's mobile number (but the wallet linked was the same), but the order was failed again and again. Today I saw my Amazon pay balance and there, Rs 390 are debited 3 times...i.e. sum total of Rs 1170. I need my refund back as soon as possible, as that money is pretty important for me. For the proofs, i am attaching the screenshot of my recent Orders on Domino's app and my Amazon pay Balance transactions.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
