Hi this praveen from chennai.
I placed orders no 4 on[protected] form thousand light.
already order was delayed, delivery person mohammed contact me and asking kindly cancel my order by my side. because of location mismatch.

Regarding this i tried to contact store manager [protected]. no response.

after that delivery guys also no response. this how you treat your customers right?

    I was about to place order via Amazon pay balance through dominos Pizza app it's shows error but the money got debited twice time . From Amazon they sent cash Bach for my order payment. But didn't reflect in my Domino's app .

      I had tried to pay online using the Amazon pay option for online order made from the Dominos India portal. I tried to complete the same transaction twice. The 1st time transaction was failed, 2nd time also I tried paying same again failed. Total amount wrongly debited and to be refunded by Dominos India is Rs948/-. I want to know when can I get the refund for my failed transaction? Even I didn't get any failure mail from Dominoz.But the money deducted from my account

        I have ordered from Domino's App yesterday, amounting to Rs 390. And the app was linked by Amazon pay balance. When I placed the order, it showed "something went wrong". And I again placed the order 2 more times, one from my own mobile number, and another from my sister's mobile number (but the wallet linked was the same), but the order was failed again and again. Today I saw my Amazon pay balance and there, Rs 390 are debited 3 times...i.e. sum total of Rs 1170. I need my refund back as soon as possible, as that money is pretty important for me. For the proofs, i am attaching the screenshot of my recent Orders on Domino's app and my Amazon pay Balance transactions.

            Sunday I ordered pizza on Domino's Pizza app on 11.23 am. I am paid the amount through my debit card and the amount was debited from my account at the same time that's was not shown in your app . I am already talked with your team through the toll free number on your website. They told me the amount was refunded within 2 or 3 working days but I didn't receive any amount from your side. Please do the needful for me.

                I have tried to order veggie paradaise pizza in dominos, but while doing transaction my money got debited which is Rs.387 from my bank account through icici upi but my order was unsuccessful. I didnt got any refund amount or any information regarding this transaction from dominos. Here i’m attaching the reference of this transaction

                  Hi, This is Sagar from Hubli (Shakti colony ) we have ordered 2 Pizzas in the name of Vishwanath, which has to be delivered to home but the delivery boy denied to do so by saying we don't have home delivery service to Shakti colony, but my question is if there is no home delivery service to Shakti colony then why did Domino's accept the order ?                       Ordered food from Dominos. Firstly they did b it maintain the 30 minutes timeframe, despite my place being 0.8 kms from my residence. The delivery boy canceled my order in the middle. When confronted, the manager and delivery boy made lame excuses.

                        We have order pizza Mania yesterday at around 10:15 Pm and we dont get the pizza at 12: Am but we received the call from dominos sector 21c Faridabad from the restaurant Manager and he told us we are sorry for the order after 2.hours they call me for not to deliver the food for which my family waiting for the same but they are not ashamed about to say only sorry. After we argue the manager told now you want the pizza or not then he cut the phone down and we dont get the pizza from dominos I have the order number which is 304 and no one bother about we had something in the rainy time no restaurant is open at 12Am. Shame on the dominos management to not serve the food...my number is [protected] My self Abhimanyu I can attached my bill as well for reference.

                            Sir I was working in your Pune branch. That means I have stopped going to work due to non payment of my last month's salary. The manager at that branch asked me to work on another employee's ID because I didn't have a driving license
                            But what I mean is that the manager asked me to work on someone else's ID and was paying from another ID. But sir I stood in the place of that employee and worked for 10 to 12 hours. Then I should get paid for my work.
                            Sir last month on 30th all employees salary has come. And my salary is due on 6th of this month as a reward for the work I have done but the manager is saying that I will get my salary after Diwali.

                              I'm Kamali.N. I worked in Domino's pizza, Pammal Branch in Chennai. My Employee id : 9112751. I started working in Domino's as a part timer as well as full timer (on Weekends and on specific dates) on June 14, 2022 and I relieved the organization on July 02, 2022. While I'm working, they asked me to regularize the attendance daily because the part time timing was not properly given to me. The timing which I got for the part time is 4pm - 10 pm. And for the weekends 11am - 10pm. Later for some reason the timing for the part time was changed into morning 11am - 5pm. So that I couldn't regularize my attendance properly. For the month of June I didn't get the salary (From 14th June to 30th June) so I asked the GDM (Dilli Babu). He said that it will credit to the coming month. Due to personal reason I relieved the job on July 2nd, 2022. After a month passed again I came to the store and asked for the salary they said it will credit to next month. Again after the month passed I asked the GDM (Dilli Babu) He's just screaming like something that I came late and why now you coming asking? I requested for my pay for my work but I didn't get the proper explanation. Later on the month of September the GDM ask me to regularize the attendance behalf of June month because I don't have a proper attendance punch while I'm working in Domino's pizza. Actually I left the organization on 02 of July they didn't deactivate my account till the month of September. Although I done my regularization from September 1, 2022 to September 15, 2022. Till now I haven't received my salary. I again asked Dilli Babu (GDM) he said that he spoke with the HR and they saying you are absent from 17th to 28th dates of September for those who absent on those dates won't receive the salary wait for next month. After a while I called and asking him what's going why I didn't get salary. He just lethargically saying that we are helping you so be kept silent.

                              Why I need to be silent ? I asking my pay for my work.

                              Please help me to get my salary.

                              I work hard for the organization even though for a short period but I felt bad that I didn't got pay and not even a proper respect from them.

                                I ordered a small pizza from Domino’s as it promises to deliver within 30 minutes and i was unwell so wanted to eat early. The delivery person called and asked me to collect my order from gate but since i wasn’t feeling well ac my house was in third floor i told him to get it to the house which he refused and then said i will deliver all the orders and then get yours to which i disputed. He then told ne to come down again but i kept explaining him i was unwell. And then dominos cancelled my order without telling me, asking me is not even close they did not even bother to ask me before cancelling. They did refund the amount but really, are we promoting such services now?? Horrible service, we have spoilt the services of these places which were known for good service and feedback. Now they do not care of what and how the customer feels they just do it for the sake of it. Horrible experience.

                                  I ordered a Peppy paneer pizza on 9.45 p.m. 05/10/2022 from Domino's outlet at Aliganj, Lucknow. First the order was delivered to me after 1.15 hours and secondly the pizza delivered was cold as if it was baked hours ago. I want full refund of my money as I'm not satisfied with the quality of the pizza delivered.

                                    I've ordered pizza on 5th October 2022 at 11:39am, which delivered at 12:20pm (41 minutes post ordering)
                                    After raising the concern on the dominoes app, store manager called and he denied to initiate the refund and was asking me to co-operate as he didn't had proper staff to cater the services and also store manager was facing issues with the delivery persons.
                                    Although it has been clearly mentioned in the App that refund will be initiated if delivery is made after 30minutes.
                                    Also, after telling the same to the store manager, he rudely said that sir whatever you'll do, we'll not initiate the refund.
