I called domino's on 14th july 2017 at 9.50. Executive received and started taking the order.in middle he asked me to hold and then cut the call. I tried calling again but no one responded. Is this the way they treat their customers? If he couldn't take the order he should have said the same.

we have ordered a pizza on offer and we was told that we will get that on 30-40 minutes, however we have received at about 1 hour and when we have called them. when we ate that was not hot and not at all tasty and we are ate like rubber. I have raised a feedback(attached) but there was only a msg received that the manager will get back but there was no response from manager or dominos for this complaint. that was pathetic and unavoidable behaviour from dominos, in future I might be order anything from them and refer to anyone as well.

The service at domino's pizza manesar is very very worst and bad. Company says 30 minute service or pizza free but they tells lie. I get late delivery two times once they said that you will get 30 percent discount but no free pizza. And today when i ordered by phone to manesar branch they did not respond to my order and put my phone on hold which shows that how domino is serious and helpful for their customer. Very very bad experience.

On[protected] i have made a transaction on dominos liluah, bigbazar via pos machine, but it goes failed. The executive said that it will automatically credited in my a/c. But after 11days over still it not credited in my a/c. Kindly find the attachment for the same.

What should i do now?

We ordered pizza at dominos vasant kunj at vasant square mall, new delhi at 7.50 pm to girl called sonam order number 295 dated 12.7.2017 and after an hour she called back and ask whether we can come to the shop to collect pizza. What kind of professionalism is this?? How can you hire people like her who don't know basic rule of business. My kids wait for over an hour and still no food. If you guys don't improve you should be out. Extremely sad and disturbed by dominos. What's the compensation?? Deepak

Very bad experience, i order on 8 july 2 medium pizza at 8.19 i receive 9.20 and quality of pizza very bad, as your policy its has to be free but i pay the amount 582 rs my order no is 373 and you excutives argument with me its a pick time no commitment any kind of 30 mints aur 40 mint all things is ok delay delivery but quality is very bad pizza is cold not bake properly n topping of veg pizza was not good and your representative not help full n not skill customer handling attitude you person call me at morning 9.30 on sunday i dont think this the right time to call on sunday n after that no body call me

I got one msg from vodafone tuesday offer in dominos of buy one get one free, but when i call the outlet for order they refuse this coupon as they told me there is no such offer is going on so how it possible that the offer is vaild in vodafone, the store name is gokuldham goregaon east.
The management is not cooperative with me to placing the order.

I have ordered 2 pizza from dominos mobile app today around 10:40 pm when i proceed to pay amount of rs 812 has been deducted from my account as i got msg from my bank but a msg popped up on the app screen saying transaction failed where i call there is not even any helpline number on that site my first experience of ordering pizza from app came to disaster dominos pizza plz help n refund my money as soon as possible

On this sunday the 9th of july at around 11:09 pm, i tried to place an order for onion and paneer pizza in quattro formaggi burst and coca cola 500 ml. Although the order did not get placed money was deducted from my visa credit card. The total amount deducted was 525 rupees. I will therefore like a refund of the amount deducted. Please help.

I went to buy a pizza at the dominos restaurant at sector 29 gurgaon at 1500hrs today [10/07/2017]. The restaurant had a about 6 tables [a total of more than 10 people] eating and in the process of ordering food. As you know the kitchen and restaurant [dine in area] is connected and not a separate zone.

The restaurant had countless flies and there was a guest [with a small child] who raised a concern on the quality and hygiene of the food with the flies in the restaurant. No restaurant staff responded to the concern and neither took cognizance to the flies nor take a resolution [like use a anti-fly bat, at least haldiram's bikanervala and om sweets use these].

This demonstrates the lack of health and hygiene at dominos - the world's largest pizza chain.

I raised a feedback on the dominos site at the same time and thereafter received two calls from mr. Kamal and mr. Nitesh from the restaurant and while both tried to share excuses that they were not in the store or in the back office filing etc. I informed them that the restaurant should have been shut down during this time till the time the flies problem was not addressed this would have been a sign of commitment for quality and hygiene that would have been symbolic of dominos.

I submitted an online order at dominos.co.in for which rs.1857 has been debited from my netbanking. The transaction detail shows billdk dominos. But then i was not navigated to the order detail screen, neither did i receive any confirmation for the order. Then i had to reorder the items for which i then received an order confirmation message. I then paid for the latter in cash. But i still haven't got the original debited amount refunded to my bank account. Please help.

I tried to made a online payment thought my credit card payment deducted but order cancelled by you due to technical reason. We are feel very bad with your service I tried to my nearest store but every time it's showing busy busy and busy. Tell me what type of service you people committed fir that.

The staff was completely unresponsive and I lost all the time to order from alternate areas. I would like the company and its staff to improve consumer responsiveness and compensate its customers accordingly.

Hi, I placed order for cheese burst delux veggie pizza costing 360 for first time but the order was not placed and the amount was debited from account.I called the dominos customer care they told that due to some glitch the order was cancelled we will refund the amount please place again the order. I order again and same thing happened so total 360+360 gone. Can you please help me on priority.

I went to Domino's Hennur Village, Bangalore restaurant and I ordered 2 pizzas at 8.27 with order number 122 on 7th July, 2017 to done at restaurant. Even after 40 minutes from the time of order there is no supply. When I went to enquire they said the order is punched to deliver at my home address where I am waiting at the restaurant. Then they brought the same pizzas and served us irrespective of a request to make fresh pizzas. The in-charge person is not at all responding. I felt bad and I walked out with great dissatisfaction. Hope I don't go back to that restaurant. Please take some preventive measures to handle such situations.

Issue: There is a lot of cash card/wallet payment options present on the site but none of them actually work.
I have complained about this two times before too. with concern ref no. 2866851 on 30 May and 3018846 on 26 June. Dominos customer care people called me both the times and told me that they haven't known about this and they will get it done working and let me know asap.

I have been facing a lot of issues while ordering in Karnal sector 12 outlet of dominos.The pizza delivered by them always have minimum toppings.All the time same feedback has been submitted and all the time received the same words from manager"this won't be done in future".
Being a dominos lover I thought of giving a try again but all went in vein as I ordered a cheese burst farmhouse regular pizza.But the pizza delivered was not having mushrooms in it and had raw paneer.It was not a dominos level pizza, and I was paying ₹320 for that!!The delivery boy also admitted the same and clicked a picture of that #### pizza!
When the feedback was given to the manager, it was a very callous behaviour shown by him with no repentance on his part.
I wonder if I will ever be able to order from dominos!:(
