It's complaint against byculla, Mumbai branch of dominos pizza. They only have one counter to take order and even they stop taking order if they get call from customers. They took 6% service tax .. This tax is liable for ac restaurants but Ac is not working only then for what they charged 6% of the bill. The manager mr.bhim don't even care to solve the problem. They laugh at customers complaining miss Namrata. We are paying money not for free we are availing the services. So plz take strict action against them as they have no value for customers problems

    Yesterday got the pizza from perumbakkam branch chennai to my place dlf garden city semmenchery. Today they told we will not deliver at all manager loke nath told clearly.
    Than order online and manager nag nath cancel the order saying that they will also not deliver the pizza in this area. But previously they used to deliver in same location.
    I am surprised that what is going on boss. It's competitive market and in dlf we are 1500 families still this attitude by such brand not acceptable.
    If they deliver earlier they can give now too?

    Chennai :- yesterday I complained with phone no. [protected].
    Got a call later from customer care. The was not at all call from such a mutinational brand. If these type of people revert back for complains than I think people stop having dominos very soon.

    Navalur branch manager nagnath nowadays always cancel order himself.

    Perumbakkam branch says that area is not mine.

    Sort this issue asap otherwise Papa John's will become dlf garden city semmenchery 1500 families favourite pizza as they always deliver to our doorstep that too hot pizza.

    Dominos are loosing there goodwill by giving franchise to these stores.

      I ordered for home delivery through your app and it was showing delivery address too in your app but your outlet manager named as" Prakash" is saying no to home delivery without any reason which is not at all acceptable from so valued outlet like dominos..I am highly disappointed and frustrated by ur manager Prakash's response..I might not be loyal customer o[censored]r outlet like before..it is forcing me to think for go to another options like Pizza Hut..they are not like u..I hope you'll response to my compain

        The above order i placed today but the store person called me and said we cancelled your order and transfer your order to nearest store but you have to pay in cash and your paid payment will refund in 7 days.

        If they cancelled my order and transfer to nearest store then why they not used the same money which i was paid. why we suffering and paying again cash amount for the same order.
        Why you not circulate the same money to your another store .
        Why we pay again cash for that.
        And due to your mistake why i was hold my amount in bank.
        And i already told on your telephonic call that if you taking more time then take why you cancelled the order before calling us.

          Dear Team,

          Today around 7 pm I have ordered for 2 regular pizzas and garlic bread over phone[protected] from my registered mobile number for home delivery . I waited for 1 hr but no sms or call about my order no information . I called the person around 8 pm and enquired about my order he said this is out of your area so you call egmore center.
          No proper response and around 8.10 pm one person called me and asked how to come to my place i told him sorry its been 1 hr i waited but no proper details provided so i said i am cancellation my order .

          This is not the first time even I even face very worst experience in take away.

          Even my friends face the same problem.

          I request you to take care of this issue.

            I ordered a pizza mania on 29th march. My order was completed till payment site but due to slow net speed i have to cancel the order. When i later saw my phone the money was been debited from my SBI account but no calls or message from dominos came to me. Order of my pizza did't came my home and my money was taken by dominos. Please, i want my money back

              We Ordered Dine In Pizza (Invoice No. DPI65985/[protected]/70472) dated 30th March 2017 at 17:59Hrs Order No.51 at your Pokhran Road No.2, Swastik Plaza Thane Outlet to sit and enjoy pizza at your restaurant and my experience is as below :-

              There was no issue with food, Its quality or time of delivery, It was perfect as expected and I appreciate that, My issue is when I asked for drinking water to the attendant Miss. Ranjana.

              To my surprise, Ranjana simply refused to serve water, Instead she gave us three paper glasses and said go over there and take water on your own from water vending machine. Then I asked another attendant, Is there an store policy for not serve water to customer at this branch where he acknowledged "NO" she was incorrect and should have served you water, it is part of their duty. In that case way service tax is charged when your people don’t want to serve basic need of water to their customers? When pizza was delivered on table then why not water?

              I was really disappointed when I escalated the matter to store manager Mr. Sumit. He too refused to accept Ranjana’s mistake and said this is self-service restaurant and customer has to take water on their own. In that case I said OK, please refund my service tax which you charged me (Rs.46.98/-) when you are not ready for service.

              Anyway, Mr. Sumit went in argument to make his point right an kept me a unhappy customer of Domino’s Pizza forever. I lost years long relationship with Domino’s and most probably will refrain myself ordering any pizza in future.

              Please take this as feedback and If you think customer service is important for Jubilant Foodworks then please take action against Mr. Sumit and Miss. Ranjana from your Swastik Plaza, Pokhran Road No.2, Thane (W) outlet. I don’t want any kind of refund or any have any expectations to revert back but see if you can improve your customer service.

                I ordered pizza from my phone and did the payment with my card then they are saying cancell your order we can't deliver the same...It's from aditya mall area and as a sgipra mall place we can't deliver...Manager was V rude as well as staff...They said we can't deliver cancell ur order then saying we will deliver uoto ur gate come down and collect no quality gaurenteed ... Jubilant team...I am ur regular one...But now i hate it. Same less service and shameless food..Took pizza was cold pasta was cold...It was clotted cheese not cheese burst... Dear i spend ded my money...And ordered from u ..It's my mistake...Atlest know how to treat a customer...Shame shame...Pathetic food and V V rude and misbehaving manager and like e staff...

                  I placed an order at 10:19 of a small pizza. According to policy matter it should have been delivered at 10:49 but it was delivered at 10:55. On asking for the availed free policy to which i was entitled to, he started taking rudely. The delivery man embarrassed me in front of 4-5 neighbors. he snatched the pizza from my hand and after putting it back in his box, he simply walked away even when i was talking to him. After this incident i was been delivered free pizza after half an hour but the injury the delivered man caused to my reputation is unbearable and not letting me do anything,

                  He was very very rude and snatching pizza and simply walking out was little bit offensive too. want a strict action to be taken against him.
                  Else simple request to dominos to reapeal their 30 mins delivery policy.

                    I was ordering Pizzas and other stuffs using Dominoz Mobile App, and when i reached Payment gateway i selected to pay using Paytm, money was deducted from Paytm and I can see the transaction "Successful" inside my PayTm app, but on Dominoz app the order was not placed using Paytm - It said, "Please select some other payment option". So then, i placed order using my Debit Card and the Order was placed successfully using my Debit Card.

                    So, actual order was placed using Debit Card so I should be credited back with the amount deducted from my Paytm Account.

                    I placed order on Saturday - 25th March, 2017. Still have't heard or received email or anything from anyone.

                      I placed a order consisting of three products which were supposed to be delivered as per the "Domino's Pizza 30 min Delivery policy", but I wasn't informed that the outlet would take more time than the usual.The outlet doesn't have proper telecommunication facilty and my order came to my residence after 1hour 30mins from the time the order was placed.On the time of delivery the delivery boy asked for the full amount to be payed and denied to give the delivery according to its policy.This outlet's hospitality is very and poor and the work staff do not respect their customers.

                          We have ordered a pizza on 13th march online, then we recieved a call from dominos pizza that they can't deliver to our address, some other outlet will.
                          We placed another order, then again we recieved a call, and someone said the same **** words.
                          Amount was not refunded even for one order.
                          This is the first and the last time I am writting something to dominos, if I'll not recieve the call back or my money back, I am gonna drag you guys to the court.
                          Attaching details of the order, it says successful, However we asked the guy to cancel the order but he didn't .
                          Anyway I don't give a damn why he didn't cancel the order, i just need my money back.

                                today i have ordered peppy pizza and i see that the pizza which was served t me the cheez was very hard it was like like rubber i was literally pulling the cheeze and it was like elastic rubber.
                                i asked the counter person like the cheese is not fresh but he was like it will be like that only all same as if i never had pizza in my life or like dont know wat cheese is and how much time it takes to dry.

                                this was the first bad experience i ever had.
                                i feeling like some thing uneassy after having that pizza.
                                i really need to speak regarding this. i wont leave this issue.

                                  On March 19 2017, I ordered a pizza from Vidyaranyapura center (Double cheese margareta and a veg pizza burger) Ref order num Txn No :

                                  To my surprise they had sent me a simply cheese pizza (not double cheese margareta) this is not the first time ...I have seen this in past too..

                                  They take so much money and their website and system allow the permutation and combination of pizza in such way that customer is forced to spent huge amount with little or no satisfaction..

                                  Double cheese margareta is a product which they easily fool customers and i have been fooled 8/10 times when I order this product...

                                  I am raising a dispute and want an answer regarding why we are fooled????

                                  We were so hungry that we had no option than to have the pizza and also nothing can be clear from the pictures.

                                  I have raised such issue from kolkata (barasat branch) an year and half ago and then also Dominos people except giving silly phone calls and arguing they never made any attempt not to fool around

                                  Any city any center PLS DONT ORDER DOUBLE CHEESE MARGARETA IN FACT THEY SHUD STOP THIS PRODUCT AS THEY FOOL CUSTOMERS!!!

                                      I placed my order on dominos app on 20th march 2017 and made a payment via freecharge wallet. Payment was successful and sum of RS 760 was deducted from my wallet and I also get a confirmation msg from freecharge they provide order ID [protected] but I won't get any call or msg from dominos. Then I called up at dominos customer care and they transfer my call to the dominos shop that location I selected while making my order. They told me that no order was placed by my number and after then I contacted freecharge customer care they took 3 to 4 days and replied my mail that transaction was successful at merchant end so contact your merchant. Now I'm trying dominos customer care but number was not reachable[protected]. Please look in to this issue .i[censored] want I can send the mails and references shared by freecharge. Please contact me as soon as possible .

                                        I ordered a pizza, and made the payment online. As per the tracking it showed that my pizza was dispatched. Later I received a call from dominos for the order confirmation. I was surprised because as per the tracking it showed that my order was already dispatched and it was already 40 mins from the time I ordered. The lady on the line was confirming my address, I asked her whether my order is dispatched or not. She replied that it has not been dispatched yet. I told her that the tracking shows that it has already been dispatched. She neglected my question and started asking for the landmark. She was rude in her approach and neglectful as well. I also think that there is no transparency of the orders as the tracking shows different status than the actual status. Ultimately I had to wait for 1:30 hours for my pizza.
