I was placing online order and during the payment section the money got deducted but the order was not placed and threw an error and when I called the dominos those fools are not understanding what is the concern and simply saying order not placed
I already know it was not place but the money was deducted I want the refund of the money that was deducted

    i had booked pizza on my address after 5 called to dominos and they confirm that they received my order and then they also confirm my address and contact number. after 20 min when I didn't see any progress in my tracking result I again called to dominos and they again confirm my contact number and address and make me sure that I will get my pizza on time. After 40 minutes i got a call from dominos and they told me that they will not deliver my order in my location.
    this all happened to dominos Mahavir enclave branch.and i talked with mr, Mohit. senior manager

    when i had called to dominos why they hadn't told me that this delivery location is not in their area. why they made me sure that delivery will b on time.

    they can arrange order from Palam locality but they asked me to pay again.

      I had ordered for a large Pizza and a Garlic Bread along with the Cheesy Dip through Zomato.
      This order was placed at 15:15 on 9th April 2017 and was supposed to be delivered by 15:45 according to the Dominos 30 minute promise.

      After accepting the order which was pre-paid by my credit card, I received a call from Dominos asking me to come 3kms far from my residence because they are unable to come till my residence. I accepted that too which I shouldn't have because this had to be informed at an early stage.

      I reached the place by 15:45 and asked them for the delivery boy for which I got a very rude response. I kept waiting and finally the delivery boy came at 16:10.

      As I noticed the food was cold and I had been waiting for 25 minutes under the sun for receiving the order. As I called them for a refund/exchange, they declined by saying a 'Sorry'. When asked for a solution, they replied very rudely which was not expected at all.

      I feel very harassed for such a response even after being a regular customer and would never again prefer Dominos Pizza and would also recommend the same to others.

        I ordered pizza online on 26 march from Gurgaon city centre mall, mehrauli.
        It arrived very late. My order no was 528.The delivery boy as well as the manager confirmed that I will be getting refund in 3-4 days but yet not I have received my refund .I have called them several times but they don't reply clearly.

        Please refund asap.

          You people have one of the most horrible customer care service.
          From 10pm - 11pm I made innumerable calls on numbers -
          0120/[protected]/2577609/68886888 first two numbers of noida sector 50 store weren't answered after innumerable attempts then I called 68886888 and repeatedly my was phone was transferred to noida sector 50 restaurant and was not picked up, then feedback call where I stayed on call for 11-11 mins and later the phone was hung up. And when finally someone picked up the 68886888 feedback number I was told that my problem could not be solved.
          Noida sector 50 store has been having this issue since almost last one month where nobody picks up the phone or any given numbers in Google.
          After waiting for an hour I couldn't get my order placed.

          Have promised never to order from #DOMINOS ever again.

            I have made order via food panda and the order got cancelled from Domino's side but the money that is amount if 1239 is deducted from my account .

            When I tried reaching out to customer support three times they have disconnected call saying nothing which is absolutely unacceptable .

            I don't understand how the transaction is made without initiating an order no.

            I want my refund back as soon as possible

            Domino's is no more worth the customers trust

              I have ordered BBQ chicken pizza and cool drink with invoice number: DPI65962/[protected]/1322 on 8th april. Bill amount was 618, paid through Paytm. But the cricket ka fest offer was not given which is around 25% valid till 9th april. When asked for the same, person mentioned that bill is already generated and it should have been mentioned before. Is there a way to get 25% reimbursed? Please suggest. Thank you.

                Hi,

                This is regarding order no 237 from my mobile number [protected]. I have placed the order at 8.11 pm today and have received the order at 8.45 pm.

                When i requested for free pizza with dominos center they denied it saying its not available on weekend.

                Attaching terms and condition snapshot in which no where its mentioned free pizza on late delivery is not applicable on Saturday

                  As per dominos policy 30 minutes or free, i ordered two pizza mania combos, order number:- 297 and 306 both the orders came late and they were arguing about the late issue, and the delivery boys named raj and deepak came to deliver the order, attitude of raj was very bad and disrespectful.
                  Secondly i ordered from the dominos app with same number but on one bill my address is printed and on the second address is not printed, means the dominos of msx mall is fraud or what. I know they do this intentionally.
                  I'm attaching the photos of both the bills and i want strict action about this issue and specially on mr. Raj. From msx mall great noida.

                    Ordered Pizza from Dwarka Sector 4, Delhi, order number-198, on Tuesday at 8:39 pm, got delay delivered, almost after an hour. Was assured that i will get a refund of Rs.300 and also a follow up call within 24 hours. It's been more than 72 hours and i have not received a single call/ message/mail from Dominos. Today i called them to check and they said we have no update for the refund. This is highly unethical. I would like to know the process to complain to higher authority for this attitude.

                    Had a very bad experience with Dominos Payment portal. For an order of 706. I had to pay twice. both the times, post payment it took me back to order window. And my orders werent placed. Payment portal of Dominos is really non functional. This is my 3rd experience in 2 months.

                      When ever i try to order from the app and use their coupons the app show that the nearby resturant is offline when there are 3 outlets near my place. So naturally i had to place an order through the phone and i couldnt use the coupon 'MOB10' in which i was entitled to get a free garlicbread worth 110 but the person on the phone said that it was applicable only for only orders and that there app is working fine and was very rude in that respect.
                      If the resturant was offline how was i able to place the order on the phone. Why give the coupons when you are gonna cheat the customers like this.
                      I even complained online but it has been 3 days and yet they didnt reach out.

                        The Domino's bike hit me, damaged my bike back panel. hit the tyre on my leg. And on top of that even denied to give an apology. it was raining. what if my leg had damaged. who would have been responsible for it? they not only denied the incident, insulted me, no bike repairs and no doctor check up for my leg. I didnt expect this from dominos.

                          I had visited to a Domino's Store at Grandlays Complex, New Friends colony, Nrw Delhi-65 on 4/05/2017 and ordered 2 pan pizza onion at the price of ₹59 each, however they have charged me an amount of ₹158 for the two pizza stated that ₹20 per pizza are added due to base as only toppings are available at ₹59 not base. I had confirmed with the counter representative twice about the concern nut she had given the same reply.
                          I paid the complete bill and taken my order, however I am very disappointed with the concern as it was not the policy they should use to do business.

                          My invoice no was DPI65804/[protected]/1443.

                              Again ... domino will never learn from their mistakes. Sent just 2 origano sache with 4 pizza's even we requested for origano clearly while booking.
                              Also, delivery boy was coward. He gave us wrong bill and asked us to pay rs 475, while our bill was rs 379. When i caught him, he said ki aapne paise diye to nahi na.
                              Such kind of behaviour is bot avceptable from domino employee.

                                Hi Akriti & Team,

                                I received a call from your customer care executive named Akriti, regarding my complaint ID : 1524765.

                                Brief description of my complaint :
                                I placed order on 25th March, 2017 20:35:40, Order ID : 202, @ Address : Aparna Cyber Commune, Nallagandla, K-303, Nallagandla Road, Hyderbad, of Amount : 3810 INR. using Dominos Android Application.
                                And my money was deducted twice 1) Through Paytm and 2) through my Debit Card.
                                I see transaction success through both Paytm and ICICI Bank, and I do not see refund amount on either of them.
                                On the Dominos bill I received it placed order using my Debit card. So ideally i should receive refund of Amount INR 3810 on my Paytm Account.
                                I emailed and raised complaint on Paytm but they said Mercent i.e. Dominos has deducted the money so it was success so need to get the refund from Mercent. Attaching the email i received from Paytm.

                                I talked to Akriti your customer care executive who said the order was placed using Paytm.account from the data, which means i should receive refund on my ICICI bank account because my amount was deducted from there too and order was placed successfully after using my Debit card, on the contrary I was not successful in placing the order using Paytm account even though amount was deducted.

                                I am attaching, screenshots as mentioned below :
                                1) Paytm amount deduction (Successful transaction ID)
                                2) Email received from Paytm.
                                3) Dominos Order through App
                                4) ICICI Bank amount deduction transaction screenshot along with Trasaction ID.
                                5) Also a copy of my previous email sent to Dominos Customer care.

                                Akriti gave me emailed id : [protected]@jublfood.com, and asked me to email all the attachments on that ID, but that ID doesn’t work and she did not even bother to call me back again, after not being able to receive email from me, which shows how responsible you people are in taking care of customers.

                                It's been more than 10 days now, and my money is stuck, I would like to hear back from you asap otherwise I am escalating this issue to Consumer Court and Social sites. Hope you would respect my patience so far and act on it on immediate basis. All that you need to refund my amount is attached in this email. So please work fast and respond.

                                Please, refund on either of my accounts - ICICI Bank or Paytm, I cannot pay twice for same order.

                                  I had made a payment of Rs. 572 for 7 Pizza's but unfortunaly that payment was failed and after that on 2nd april dominos claimed the payment without giving any pizza they are providing a **** kind of services and they only want money without giving anything and i want my momey back which is claimed by you guys on 2nd April 2017

                                    Today 03/04/2017 at 9:50 PM, I ordered a domino’s pizza. The delivery boy named Mr. Ajay came after 25 minutes from the order time. He gave me the pizza with a VEG sticker and non-veg pizza inside. After the incident of café coffee day in Kanpur recently, it is really surprising that Domino's being such a huge pizza chain can make such a blunder mistake. Its fine for people who can eat non vegetarian food but because of Navratri where most of the people are Vegetarian & fasting you deliver NON-VEG pizza inside a Domino's Box labeled with VEG sticker. Is this always going to happen in India with majority of people? My whole reason to bring us this issue is because no one picks on these chains and if someone does also it doesn’t concern them. We asked the delivery boy for the Manager’s number but he lied and said you can contact the store. I just want the Manager to give a sorry letter and I’m ready to pay Rs 239 for the pizza. Attached are the pictures of delivery boy holding the box and then the pizza inside. This is just to bring to your concern because Kanpur being a small city and most of the delivery is covered by one branch of Domino's so if you make any noise these domino's people blocks the address for delivery. I need the justification from the Manager for such a mistake.

                                      I placed an order via phone on 31st of march.
                                      I places the order at 12:20 in noon in noida sec 126...nd after waiting for more than one hour i tried to give a call on 6888 number to know the status.
                                      Although my phn was in my hand bt they said number was not reachable...i agreed that ok might be possible...i was informed that now they wont take tym and they will make anaother one for me...then again i wiated for more than an hour...nd i received the same old order because the pizza was already frozen...nd instead of awl this😂 Let me remind the order was of a med pizza nd coke...nd del boy said he was not told about any coke...suck great services..i tried to complain...i called on 6888 number nd two times my call was dissconnected after placing my call for 10-10 minutes...i was also informed that they will give me a call i did not recieved...they also said i will b refunded with rs 300 which was on a recireded call that was also no where...so this is all about the services...and i really want this to esclate to highest authority..and atleast some action should be taken or let me know if you cant do anything.i will make sure that me...my family...my friends...and my office where i word i.e. Dell internation services will no longer place orders from Dominos ever.
