How are you developing customer relationship on this much mistrust n irresponsible behaviour. Cancelled the online payed order without informing in any form after 2 hours by restaurant within 1 km distance suggesting it is far away by Domino's or will take 1hour + to deliver. But without informing cancelled it with no basic curtsey.Extremelly Disappointed

    I Ordered two pizzas on 17th Feb 2017 of amount 305 but because the delivery is not available at my location they told me that amount will refund within 3-5 business days.
    As on today 4th March 2017 amount not credited to my account.
    Please take the strict action and do the needful as soon as possible and revert me back.

      I ordered the pizza online through CC but got an error that order can not be taken due to some technical reason and payment will be refunded online. I took the no. From just dial and called the nearest loaction which is across the road.They told me that they are responsible for online orders so I have to make a new order over the phone which I did. Just after 5 mins I called them to confirm the number of orders since I was confused. I was the told that there is no order placed and need to repeat which I did again. this whole process took more than 2 hrs n pizza was delivered to me after after 2.5 hrs and they did not even negotiate. We chose domino's cos that was near to our office and was jus across the road but not a good idea to so. They should not take customers for granted and should focus to serve people better and trouble less. I would definitely think 10 times before I approach dem.

        Hello,
        I made an order on 12th Dec 2016 online. The order did not happen but the transaction of Rs.546 processed.
        Till then, I haven't got my refund.
        I wrote on FB, I called on their customer care zillion times.
        I even tried connecting to their CEO. But none of my efforts were fruitful.
        Domino's doesn't believe in credibility. I am certain that they are taking their customers for granted.
        I don't know how to get my money back.
        @Domino's Pizza : refund the money.

          I tried ordering a pizza through Domino's app initially. But the app kept hanging and became unresponsive time and again. Then I tried placing the order through website. It wouldn't detect my location automatically so I typed in the location. However the order got placed in an outlet in Ajaynagar while I stay in Salt Lake Purbachal. The name of my complex is misspelled in the website and the app because of which a major confusion took place. Also since I had paid through e-gift voucher, I was either asked to pay in cash if my order was transferred or I was asked to order another day itself which is not fair to me as a customer. I didn't have the means to pay through cash or card that day and it became a compete hassle. I placed the order at 2.15 but it finally got confirmed at 3pm. All this problem only because of a spelling error on the restaurant's side.

            Since last 7 days there is no beverage in Dominos belapur, navi Mumbai, Mumbai .. inspite of solving about it and complaining it to distributor they were arguing for non availability of beverage from us and instead solving they were complaining us that the beverage is not distributed by distributor itself and what they can do in it.

              On sunday 26th feb i tried to order pizza via dominos app and made payment via freecharge, payment debited from v=freecharge but at dominos it said transaction failed. So i made a cash on delivery order.
              But my debited money is still not yet refunded. Freecharge is saying that they got message from dominos payment is successful and so they cann't do anything here but thats not the case payment actually got failed at dominos.

                I have submitted an Order on 19/02/17, however Order has been placed but the item has not been delivered and the money has been deducted from the A/c. i have raised concern with ref 2480873 on 20/02/17, also i received an confirmation that refund is in process and it will be credited with in 4-5 business day but yet the money has not been credited, please do the needful.

                  this order has been taken at 19.44 but not deleverd more then 35 mnts after waiting when i went to counter they said sorry we forgot i wanted to cancle the order.they request pls sorry i accept he served when i start my order i need paper tissue in between meal i found they have not given it why is is chargable finally i finished my meal and call him and ask why you not given the paper.tissue they said again sorry what is the mean of sorry in a order you think the customer give you two time sorry very bad service

                    I usually order online from Domino's not just because I love their pizza but also because is near my home and is very convenient. Today 3/1/17 when I placed my order online and decided to pick carry out at the Store #6496
                    651 N Hwy 183 #190 LEANDER, TX 78641 . When I arrive and pay with cash they denied my $100 bill because they didn't have cash. How is that even possible?! Then why the heck do they even ask the customer when placing an order online if they would like to pay online or in store and payments allow is debit, credit card and CASH! It's not a far drive but still to make me place and order then drive up there and be denied because they don't have change. WOW just WOW. Its not like my order was under cheap. There were no apology no options just that they cant accept my payment.

                      Im from kalyan maharashtra.
                      I placed an oreder on 01-march-2017 at 22.01 for 1 pizza and 5 pockets.
                      The total amount of bill was inr295.
                      First 20mins i didn't get any response from the store. After a waiting for 20min i called at store to know status for my order. (Although on the app it was shoing that a guy is on the way to delevery)
                      When i called at store they told me that my order was placed on hold due to my address was not printed on billl. (Although it just impossible to placed an order from the android app without entering the address.)
                      After i called them finally my order is placed at 22.25 (Approx).
                      Now it was their responsibility to delever me order within 30min. But i got delevery at 23.05. That is after 40mins.
                      Means that delevery should be free.
                      But delevery guy was soo arogaunt and force me pay 295.

                      Soo... I just want them to follow the rule and give me my amount back.

                        I am a regular customer of Domino's pizza. My nearest branch is Hari Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi - 110064. Many times when I walked in and gave order to the person present at the counter, he/she always forced customers to buy combo offers and many times denied for normal base n asked us to order for pan base. Also they denied for accepting coupons which was sent by u through sms by giving the reason that it was expired. Please take necessary action for convenience of your customers. Thanks.

                          Order placed via ur app on the 24th evening at 822 pm was cancelled at 906 pm
                          No resolution till date despite logging it at various nodes including FB and Twitter
                          The order number was 146 placed by my niece mobile number [protected]
                          I have called ur helpline also but neither has the refund come to my card nor have you bothered to compensate us for such a shoddy experience

                            I ordered pizza(Veg Extravaganza Medium) online from Sec-18, Noida dominos restaurant on 27-02-17.
                            The pizza which was delivered to me was quite tasteless, over baked breads and stuff tossed was just for namesake while on their website they show that pizza full of stuff. I clicked the photo of pizza and didn't call them to take it back as everyone was hungry and no body was willing to wait for another 20-30 min.
                            When i called Dominos and told them the incident, there reply was quite weird and unprofessional.
                            Response was like we could have tasted it and then decided about the pizza.

                              I ordered pizza online and paid through Paytm wallet. The money got deducted and I received a message stating that the order could not be processed due to technical reason and that I will receive refund within 7 working days. The order was placed on 17th of February 2017. Today is 27/2/2017 and I still haven't received the refund. I was told by the customer care that I will receive a call from the manager but haven't received any.

                                Hi Team,

                                On 23rd Feb, 2017 i tried to place an order in Dominos (Laxminagar, New Delhi-110092) for Pizza home delivery however an amount of Rs. 675/- got deducted and no order was placed. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service i got from Dominos related to my refund.

                                I tried to place an order for two times by the same number ([protected], registed in the name of Neha Tyagi), one from my Bank Account (Bank Name: ICICI and account number is[protected] which got failed and amount of Rs 675-/ got deducted and another order from my friends account named as Neha Tyagi (Bank Name: Kotak Mahindra and account number is [protected]) which got successfully placed and order was delivered.

                                Now i am asking for the refund of Rs 675/- which got deducted from my ICICI account and no order was placed. Payment ID of the transaction happened is [protected]. Consumer Code is DOMINOS_HICI[protected] and Bill Reference Information is HICI[protected]. Check the attached file for more details.

                                I already contacted you people on 23rd Feb and you told me i need to wait for next 48 hours for the refund as there's no order showing hence i've already waited and no refund has been returned yet. I contacted ICICI bank and they told me to get in touch with Biller i.e. Dominos and ask them to provide the same in written that you don't have any order placed from my ICICI bank account so that they could refund the money back.

                                Now i am totally pissed of from Domios people asking again and again the same thing however neither they are refunding my money back in my account nor providing anything in written so that at least ICICI bank start working.

                                This level of customer services was not at all expected however the same has happened now i am also going to paste the same in other social websites as well.

                                  I have ordered in domino pizza on 24th feb @9.41 pm, the 1st incident starts from here. I used an exclusive coupon for 35% discount, but order has pick some random location and order placed to ravindra sarani - kolkata - dominos, after that when i have canceled it. I called customer care - hyderabad (As i want my pizza to get deliver here) to resolve my issue and give my coupon back. The person (Mr. Arvind) response was unprofessional. He kept my phone on hold for 5 min and disconnected by phone with out giving a proper response. Total wastage of my time. When i have reordered it - somajigunda - hyderabad - dominos on same day @10.13 pm. The pizza delivered by not cheese bust as what i have ordered and again my money got waste. Dominos store person think just giving a call to customer is their duty they are not concern weather their issues get resolved or not and for raising complain also we have to call to customer care and they after seeing the response from dominos cc. I feel very disappointed.

                                  It is good to tell that company has taken my complain seriously after lots of efforts. 1st they have refunded my amount deducted for First transaction. also they have delivered 1 Pizza (medium with cheese bust), 1 Coko lawa, 1 garlic bread with cheese dip as apologizes, and dint take any charges for that, they have also given discount voucher of almost 1K in different units . yes it took little time but company has resolved my issue with in 2 days, Mr Uday, Guest Delight manager (Hyderabad) himself called me to understand my concern and apologize for the mistake and arranged all these.

                                    On 13/02/2017 night between 8:30 pm to 9:45 p.m we visited with my family and kids to domino store at santosh nagar branch (Ground floor, MIGH House No. 7/A, Bearing G.H.M.C No. 17-1-A/7, Ward: 17-Block, MIGH, Santosh Nagar Colony, New Santoshnagar, Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500059)

                                    we had pizza at the store and sat on a long table With more than 6seats at the corner .just near this table we have CCTV camera also.we forget our mobile and left the pizza store after having our pizza .when I realized in the morning that my mobile was missing I called the store in the morning.the guy on the call asked me to call after an hour I called him after 1 hour but instead of checking the CCTV footage he blindly said no the did not find any mobile.the manager and the staff are horrible and not able to help to find my lost mobile phone which is flip phone nokia6060 model I have very important contacts of all my doctors who are diagnosing my kid.really pathetic to have such a poor management in place to trace one mobile right in front of the table where cctv camera is there.

                                      I placed an order on 14 feb 2017 by the name of prateek aggarwal, mobile no. [protected] via website for the sum amount of 496. My order no. Was 72 and my order was placed on this domino's outlet address - plot no. 19, ground floor, community center, road no. 44, pitampura, delhi, 110034. Due to non serviceable area the order got cancelled. I payed using my axis bank master card. I have contacted the customer care several times, and i was promised that the amount will be credited in my acc. Within 3-5 business days today is 25 feb 2017 still the sum amount has not been credited in my account. I am fed up with the customer service and request help from this complaint

                                      Thru customer care i contacted the district manager of Dominos then she helped with the whole process and i got my refund back and special thanks to consumerccomplaint.in this forum helped me in lot many ways☺️

                                        I made transaction on 11th feb 17 of 1247. The order was not successful, but money deducted from zeta account.
                                        Please refund money not yet refunded to my account after requesting you so many times. One of my merchant Transaction id is [protected] for your reference.
                                        The local Domino's people where i placed order, do not have any transactions at their place.when i contacted Zeta, they told me to request Domino's for refund as tge transaction was done from their end.
