Hello Dominos,

Today I went to one of yours store near vikhroli east opposite to Reliance Fresh. Invoice number : DPI67017/[protected]/22732. Order no: 40. Server: Aishwarya. Time 1652.

We ordered pizza, when it arrived one the pizza had big bubbles so we complained about it to one of the staff.. she said pizza is okay there is nothing wrong with its after a while another employe came and said that you keep this...

I made an online purchase of pizza on 21st January of rs 378, and made the payment.
But unfortunately Money got deducted from the account and I did not get get my order.

Its been 6 days, still i did not get my money back,
This is sheer case of negligence. Why transactions are not monitored properly.

I need immediate action and reply from the respective executives....

Pizza ordered online was never delivered by the local branch within 0.5km radius. Money paid was never refunded until today even after submitting compliant on Dominos feedback box. [Your Guest Feedback Reference ID is:: 2204253]

I ordered a Domino's Pizza on 26/01/2017 and made the payment through my SBI CREDIT CARD (Mastercard), details of which are provided below. The order was not delivered even after 2 hours and when I called the concerned branch, I was taken aback on hearing that my order got cancelled.

Hi I have ordered one medium pizza with one coke by paying online. I got my order within 30min. However the coke was missing and person who delivered the pizza said that he forgot to take coke bottle and he asked to one of his staff members to deliver the same. We waited for one hour but no one came than we called to them and asked for same. But no one came and not even a follow up from dominos. Its not about a 60 rs coke bottle but its about...

I placed an order on 25/1/2017 through dominos app but the order was unsuccessful hence I placed a cod order, but I was debited the amount(rs.813) from my debit card. And I had to pay for my cod order as well. Kindly look into this issue asap and return the debited amount as I was debited and Dominos is liable to pay the amount back to me!

I placed an order twice on Dominos . The payment was done using freecharge wallet. Both the times payment was made to dominos but the order could not get placed. Then I called dominos to complaint. The employee pick up the call, then he said he will connect to the feedback team. He put us on hold for 20 minutes and still no one answered.

I am seriously pissed off with dominos and I am going to file a RTI complaint.

We have been trying to reach them for more than one hour now!!!
Why send tempting offers and discount coupons when you can't offer access to your customers??
I've heard people say that dominos service is bad, today I can say that it's beyond bad! Terribly disappointed....

I tried placing my order with Dominos via freecharge wallet. my wallet got debited and dominos received the payment but the pizza order was not placed. An amount of 691 was deducted from my wallet. It has been 4 days now that I have been swayed to and fro between dominos and freecharge. I would advise dominos to refund the money back to freecharge to get credited to my account with email [protected]@rediffmail.com and phone number...

I orderd a pizza in jamshedpur by online process but didn't recived my order even after 2 hours, when i called them to get the update 1st person told my delivery is on the way to my after 1 hr i again called because ididn't recived it then the other person told i order was not prepared because my ph. We Placed an order for dominos pizza on 22 jan 2017 but they cancelled the order and called us and said that they have transferred the order on nearby location and then when we called and they talked so rudely. order was cancelled by Mr. Ajit and the manager MR. Bhoovan was so irritating with us that he talked so harshly...I experienced the worst Service ever.

I want that some strict action to be taken against the 34 branch...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about my order from domino's pizza today (22 jan 2017). I had ordered 4 single veg pizzas(2 onion and 2 capsicum) from dominos pizza but received 3 capsicum and 1 onion pizza. The entry in the bill however they have written 2 onion and 2 capsicum only.
This is not the first time i have received a wrong order from domino's pizza. In the past too they had delivered the wrong order ....
