I had ordered and paid online Rs. 263 however the order was cancelled due to kitchen issues as said by the messages and mails and I was informed that I'll be receiving the refund of the amount paid and even after several mails and complaints on the feedback forum, I've still not received the refund of the above mentioned amount. I've received only a mail saying refund has been initiated and will be credited in 5-6 working days. However it's been 8-9 [censored]ing days and I've not received a refund. This utterly irregular response of the company towards a customer is highly condemnable. I am still hoping for a positive response along with the said refund.

    I was ordered pizza online and I paid money online. In that order their is a 3pizzz and 2 non veg taco so the total cost of my order is Rs 680/-
    After I paid the bill I had call from dominos that taco's is out of stock. So I told them to refund my money which was I paid for taco. So the told me if possible than order some things else so I ordered one more pizza which is Rs 110/-.so the cost of a two taco which was I paid is Rs310/- but thye just give me pizza of Rs 110/- remaining amount thye did not refund me. They told me It was online payment so we can't refund you.

      Dear Concern,

      For your prior information i order a pizza online from the site and first of all got no response from the concerned dominos store which is at pentagon mall, Haridwar. After 45 min the got the call from the delivery boy that now he is on his way to deliver our pizza. Then after 10 min more he called us that his bike is not working and he is on his way and some other delivery boy will deliver us our pizza. Then after 10 min more the other pizza boy called us in a rough tone and asked for the delivery address again.We told him the nearest landmark and also informed that we are waiting for you in the main road itself if you have any problem but he was talking very roughly and even shouted many times on the phone and even refused for the delivery. Then we saw him and asked him to stop on the road but he did't even lower his tone of speaking.
      We asked him that as per policy of the dominos it's 30 min or free but he started arguing with us and evn said if you want to take the pizza then pay us the whole amount or we will not deliver the pizza and then went back to the outlet . I have already ordered from dominos many times this is first time i received such bad service. You can check my no on your software i have ordered from various locations but i may doubt again even to order as this is the worst behaviour i had from my order. The details are mentioned below:

      I ordered pizza on 11th of oct from dominos .It was the worst decision to order pizza from domino's pizza medical square jhansi ...had FOOD POISONING after consuming it.
      These jhansi domino's people never deliver pizza on time too and pizza guys also misbehaved this time .

        Very simple, straightforward case.
        Got my pizza late after waiting 30-40 mins. Had already done online payment. Delivery boy said he would inform the store and refund would be initiated.
        Till now I have followed up by calling the store more than 5 times but they say they don't have time.
        Update: Store manager just told me that since the order is was like a month ago, I won't get a refund.
        I need resolution immediately.

          Please note that I ordered pizza online on 7th Oct 2016 and paid Rs 504.by netbanking through Yes bank

          Net TXN : BILDESK HYBK[protected] DOMINOS

          the above transaction was successful and the said amount was debited from my account, however the Dominos reported error and the order could not be completed.

          I thought the refund would come automatically to my account due to order failure. Hence I again paid the same amount through an alternate payment channel and this time the order was successful and the Pizza was received at desired location.

          please look at the issue and make a refund of Rs 504 /- back to my account.

            I live in Bangalore and it was around 2200 hour that I placed my order at Dominos HEGDENAGAR branch. I called at [protected] to place my order.
            I live near brindavan college which is some 6km from the outpet I ordered pizza from.
            They told that they won't be able to deliver pizza because of the company policy they cannot go beyond 3km to deliver. I tried to convince them but they kept repeating the same. They insisted on delivering pizza at reva college which again was out of their company specified limit. I told them since they were bending the rules already, brindavan college was hardly a mile more.
            They refused. I respect that and we came to conclusion that I'd pick my pizza delivery from Reva itself. I spent some extra bucks to get there since it was already dark and it wasn't exactly safe. I went there and waited.eanwhile, I got a call from the delivery guy. I asked him about his whereabouts, to which he replied that he was infront of reva university gate. I told him that I was there myself but could see him, though I was dubious because I could hear voices as if he still was in the outlet. Suddenly, he disconnects the phone.
            Now, I was out there in the dark with nearly no habitat around. I thought I should try calling him but I was angry so I figured that I better not stay there frantically I came back to my place.
            After a *while*, I recieved a call from the delivery guy that now he was at reva. I scolded him for his unprofessional behaviour. Later, I asked him if he could come near brindavan and I'll come down there. He refused. I told that after all I went through you're gonna say NO! I was stunned. I asked his name, which was HAN as he told me and suggested that I should cancel my order.
            I disconnected the call then. Again after a *while*, I recieve another call from the outlet, I think his name was RAZIK. I explained them everything and dter that they kept insisting me to go down all the way to reva and collect the order. I don't know what the delivery guy told but they kept pointing finger at me rudely. I didn't like their behaviour so I tried to keep my calm and revolt as much as I could. Later when I mentioned the consumer forum, he was too cool about it and has tempted me to submit this complain. Just for the record there was no offers today but RAZIK lured me that I come down to his outlet then he'd give me the luxury of buy one get one free, which was weird since dominos don't give out offers like that.
            It's 2317 when I have finished typing this complain and had nothing to eat.
            I hope I could get some compensation for this terrible experience.

              Hi team my self mohan located in Bangalore.
              I went my nearest Dominos center near (prashanth nagar Bangalore ) and ordered pizza's I have ordered at 8.40 and dey gave me at 9.15. wen I ask the floor manager dey wer saying 2 mins... It will be ready later on when I told it's been 30 min I am waiting for the order and she was telling it's been oly 15 min back billing is been done... If the billing is not done is it customer mistake...
              I am nt leaving this here only I am just escalating it to Mr Ajay CEO and to Mr David...

                Yesterday i visited your dominos branch at mira road kanikya branch. my invoice no-dpi66296/[protected]/24283. i punch my order at 8.25pm of bill amt 500rs. and i ask for take away me and my wife visited there at order time i ask at cash counter how much time it will take she told me max 15 min. then my wife she not feeling well that time i ask again cash counter she again told me 2 minutes but after a long wait finally i received my order at 9.05. than i ask manager tht u have written there if we not able serve in 30min thn its free. then i ask for free then all people run from ther then finally i ask for manager then he came and apologise he told me u will get some discount in nxt purchase. than i told him then why you written ther that 30 min nahi toh free. i ask this question to management if you people not able to give service then why you written that free word there. and also you people not able to delver at ranch then how you will be able to delever at home. i have copy of bill and going to consumer court. i suffer alot ther so i willnot forgive you. before going to consumer court i writting this letter. super duper flop service. feel free to contact me

                    This is to get in your kind notice that today 12th Oct 2016, I have placed an order to Domino's zirakpur at around 9:23 pm, the phone was picked by Mr Rana, I placed the order and as usual stated waiting, after 45 - 50 minutes I call them again, again Mr Rana picked up the phone, I asked about my order, he said sir abhi abhi nikal gaya, I said apne manager sae baat karwaa doo.

                    The interesting story will start now - Mr. RAVI. Asst. Manager came on line, I said boss where is my order it's already delayed "Kitna time Hua mare order ko" he replied 45 min, I said boss you guarantee 30 min, he said it's not confirm on ur order, I said where it is communicated, he said KYA KARUN, I said order cancel Kar doo, he said KAR DIYA.

                    It is really disgusting, this kind of guys domino's have started hiring. This was actually the last order to Domino's.

                    Just a try to get the truth of your service in front of you.

                      I placed an order online 11th oct 2016, 9:55 pm. the order (order no. 208) was allocated to the gariahat (kolkata) outlet. i paid for the order in advance via netbanking. by mistake i provided wrong phone no. but when i tried to contact the outlet over phone to correct the phone number, no one picked up the phone for the whole hour i tried in all the 4 phone nos. i. e.[protected], 18, 19, 20. the pizza was never delivered nor was the money re-funded.
                      Today (12 oct) i was able to reach them over phone and explain the problem, to which they asked me to call back after 9 pm once their manager is present. i tried calling multiple times but again no-one seems to respond after 9 pm. as per website operation time is till 11pm.

                      I was contacted from Dominos Gariahat after posting this complaint and they offered to deliver the exact same order on a time of my choosing. Just got the delivery today 16th Oct and thus closing this complain as resolved.

                          I was trying booking pizza order from my paytm wallet, although amount got deducted, but transaction got failed due to some technical error from dominos site.

                          Although when i concerned with paytm customer care, they are saying like :

                          "we have validated from dominos that transaction has been successfully updated with inr. 725."

                          I never got pizza nor the money back into my wallet.

                              Hi,
                              Today I received a message on my mobile, which clearly said today Domino's is offering buy 1 get 1 free and which is valid only for Dine-in/ Take Away. After arriving at Domino's Barrackpore, Kolkata, when I claimed the offer, the representative viz., Putul, simply refused my claim. Only funny excuse she gave me that this offer can be claimed if I would have order it online. I again showed her the message and quoted her the portion where it's mentioned about the validity of the offer which say "Dine-in/Take away", but all this gone in vain. It means, I will first order online from my home and then I will go and collect my order from the Domino's outlet. It was really an amusing and stupid answer one can give. Later, when I asked about the complaint register, the Team Leader/ supervisor (whose name I didn't get to see) denied about keeping it. When I asked him how can he not a keep a complaint register at such a place, then he gave me the feedback register. When I tried taking it to my table to write peacefully, he stopped me and said I have to write at the counter only, where I am supposed to keep standing and write my complaint in an awkward position. It was really embarrassing as there were other customers also staring at what was happening. I am attaching the snapshot of the message which I received in my mobile and also my complaint which I wrote on a feedback register. Only mistake which I did was the date I mentioned on the feedback register. I wrote 12 Oct 16 instead of 11 Oct 16 which is today.

                                I have ordered pizza and garlic bread from uttam nagar new delhi store of dominos at 8 13 pm, i got a call from your executive padmini that it will take an hour to reach to my place which is 5 mins away from store. Pizza came to my hand at 9 02 pm which according to policy of dominos is delivered free. When i went to the store the chef who were making dough of pizza were not even wearing gloves which is against sop of prepertion. So i want to file a complaint for non hygenic preparation and late delivery of pizza.

                                  Being a renound organisation we as a customer expect a proffesional behavioue from yours side... We have placed an order at 6:36 order number 97 at ajaynagar outlet kolkata... After waited 2 hours when we try to cantact the mention outlet nobody has pick up our call... I am compeled to contact the delivery person he has informed me that he has gone to wrong place...
                                  I had been also assured that the pizza will be served free as they have not deleivered it on time... Surprisingly delivery boy (Noor ali) claiming money from us and also saying that in the festive session dominos have no time limit of delivery which we have not informed during placing order... We have refused the delivery and send back... Such a bad experiance we have faced...

                                      I had visited the above store of yours on 10th October, 2016. I ordered 2 nos of "cheese burst deluxe veggie pizzas" of medium size and one burger pizza. The sales girls told as the pizza comes with toppings of mushroom and paneer along with other vegetables, they had run out of mushroom. She suggested wheather I would like extra paneer instead of mushroom. I said its ok.

                                      After 25 minutes we got the order . But the pizzas did not have either the mushrooms or the paneer toppings. On complaint they demanded the bill. After some times they said they had also run out of paneer also. Then we asked what should we do. The store manager RUDELY said you can take your money back. It was 9 pm and my wife's birth day. We did not have any option but to eat those.

                                      There was no compensation instead when I asked for my Bill, the store manager said whether I really I wanted it. The store manager was completely callous .

                                      My bill no was - 159 dated 10.10.2016

                                      I had a bitter experience . Instead of an apology we got blasted by his words. Your 30 minute policy gives free pizza, but your mistake of order and misbehave really has no compensation for the customers. Please respond.

                                      I will lodge the same complaint at your corporate mail and also with Consumers Rights Protection forums.

                                        The order was delayed by over 25 minutes . on enquiry with the restaurant about the delay in the order, the staff very rudely hung on the call stating, " you pay rs 300 less". then i receive a call back from your staff giving me a class on the 30 minute guarantee policy .
                                        After all this showdown the delivery boy ( john as stated by him ), makes a very very rude statement about my villa and murmurs outside of my gate as he leaves.

                                        Please help me understand what this kind of service is called.
