I placed an order online 11th oct 2016, 9:55 pm. the order (order no. 208) was allocated to the gariahat (kolkata) outlet. i paid for the order in advance via netbanking. by mistake i provided wrong phone no. but when i tried to contact the outlet over phone to correct the phone number, no one picked up the phone for the whole hour i tried in all the 4 phone nos. i. e.[protected], 18, 19, 20. the pizza was never delivered nor was the...

Pls note that we have placed order yesterday at domino pizza against invoice no. dp[protected]/60806, order no.491 on dated 11.10.2016 time 9.23 pm at your dugri franchise order qty two combo's.

But when we recived this order at our home after 90 minute. quality is too bad all pizza cold & second thing one pizza short in gold one & one pizza excess capsicum.

I was trying booking pizza order from my paytm wallet, although amount got deducted, but transaction got failed due to some technical error from dominos site.

Although when i concerned with paytm customer care, they are saying like :

"we have validated from dominos that transaction has been successfully updated with inr. 725."

I never got pizza nor the money back into my wallet.

I tried ordering pizza through paytm wallet.
As I proceeded the amount was deducted from paytm wallet but the order was not placed as the next window failed to open due to some error.

I had visited the above store of yours on 10th October, 2016. I ordered 2 nos of "cheese burst deluxe veggie pizzas" of medium size and one burger pizza.
