I have ordered pizza and was 3 minutes late and cold drink was missing so i asked the official to give me discount of rs 300 and cold drink was missing.. Then i asked for free cold drink and these people were like nai hai to paise kam dedo. And after delivering cold drink they again called and asked for rs 62, my point is i[censored] cannot control with efficient staff then close all your outlets. I promise not to have dominos again and ever in my life.
Pathetic rude inefficient behaviour.
I promise not to have wether u give free also.

Hello. What the hell is happening in your pizza. We pay to eat pizza not to eat cocrach. So, kindly dont play with the health o[censored]s.

Hi, yesterday i place the successfully online order, they people called me domino can't arrange home delivery. due to location close for home delivery.

once i told him then why my location reflect in your online portal, how come people know the which location is on or off.

then manager of dominos rudly talk and cut the phone.

now i esclated the matter in your portal as well in legal way.

Bad service, i got my delivery after 1 hour 20 min, the delivery boy promised to put 300 back in my account. But when i called the manager of that respective outlet, he says that my order was a bulk order of rs 695, thank god i din order for rs 1000 domino's would have taken the entire day for my order. Please don't make the payment online they take advantage of it by taking their own sweet time.

Order no. - 439, location - rohini, is this what you do on 1+1 offer day.. I ordered two cheese burst pizza.. First thing got delivered in one hour and there was nothing like cheese burst in it.. Is that why you give 1+1 so you can cover up by reducing the product quality.. I'm a regular cx.. But this was a big dissapoint.. I will post this on twitter and facebook not to order on 1+1 days as they give you a normal pizza in price of cheese burst and not even hot.. My money is totally wasted. I'm very dissatisfied with domino's. This is like cheating the customers.

I had ordered pizza from joka branch and even after an hour i still didn't receive it and on calling the outlet they replied that talk with the delivery man he has already left we don't know and they gave the number and on talking to the delivery man he replied i'm coming i'm coming. He had no reply for his whereabouts. And when i reminded him that the 30 mins criteria is already crossed he said that he won't accept that criteria today even after his outlet people said that it will apply. This is not the first time i'm facing this issue. Either change your staff or train them how to behave and dealt with issues or change your policies

I ordered a pizza online on july 24th, but it was placed in mayur vihar outlet instead of laxmi nagar (My location). They couldn’t deliver it due to out of their delivery area and said the amount will be refunded in 7 business days but it’s still not credited to my account. I have raised the concern twice (Reference number – 1546217 and 1599571), i received a call both the times from the representative but nothing happened after that. Please look in to this at the earliest.

I ordered 1 large and 1 medium margarita pizza at dominos sector -56 gurgaon (hong kong market)... they made me wait for 45 mins and after that i got the reply that "our oven is not working".. if the oven was not working.. they should have told me earlier... i am seriously annoyed and want to lodge official complaint against dominos which promise to give free pizza if it is not delivered in 30 mins.. they cpuld even give me my order in 45 mins even in their own kiosk...

There is no doubt with the fact that some employees at your place are just so dumb. There is a guy called gautam at domino's pizza in rohini sec-11, delhi. We placed a order one hour ago in which he clearly mentioned that it will take 1 hour to deliver our order. But we actually waited for one and half hour till 11am of one of your other employee. Tired of waiting, we made a call and that gautam said that we didn't place any order. After scolding that guy for half hour he finally agreed and then remained blank on the phone. Is this how people work at your place.??

I have placed an order to dominos on 13th august 2016 of rs 395/- i had paid for the same using hdfc mvisa, the payment for which was successful to dominos. But dominos had refused to confirm the order saying no payments had been received by them. It has been more than 5 days now, neither i have received reversal for the payments i had made nor i have received any orders. Please support.

My friends and me visited domino's pizza mg road trivananthapuram as per i got offer by domino's by sending message via mobile. My coupon number: crm2fa967d460 under dominos super value offer "only for you"; buy 1 pizza & get 1 pizza free walkln/order.
Whoever serve by dominos starting indian name 'v' maybe vijay or vishnu manager treats us badly and unpleasant. As i am foreigner we use to visit leela groups and rajdhani like 5 stars hotel including local restaurants facing pleasant with us.
First manager unpleasant with me. Even though after we ask change to tv channel to rio 2016 olympics, after recognises our wishes, with laziness, changed after few minutes. After some minutes gave to remote of tv again playing channels to one to another. I usually visit dominos they treat me well except aug17.2016, which is i feel irritated first time i call my colleagues to dominos and they have bad experience with me. I know malayalis may feel superior, but they should feel responsibility in their duties. Especially towards foreigners from abroad. We are not put anyone inferiority complex, expect we never claim we are superiority to even we were. We hope try to give more attention to their jobs while dealing with me. They knows me through my name and mobile numbers which already included dominos usual customers.

As per dominoes policy after half hrs delivery we get free delivery. But my order no.164 dt. 17.8.16 time 21:28 serving faizan invoice no. Dpi66250/[protected]/27580.
My full delivery was at 10:55 but the staff charged full amount. On same frenchise we were told that the order will be free but the staff charged full.
Definitely the staff kept the money himself.
Please check this serious issue.

I am from coimbatore and i ordered domino's pizza at saibaba colony branch dated 17/8/2016 time 8.29pm and order no.78. And this is the 4th time my order got delayed. They have been doing it always i get a call only after an hour or more i had to today cancel the order and asked the delivery guy to take the pizza back. It's soo frustrating people here waiting for dinner and your service is like this.

I received a failed transaction page for transaction id gpt[protected].
It was for 531 rs and was done using paytm wallet.

I had also verified from local domino's center and they said the order was not declined.

This is the worst experience i had with dominos. The delivery boy is so unprofessional and had no "etiquette" of talking to customer. He gave 3-4 missed call at the starting. I did not return the call because number was unknown to me then he called me and asked “do you have an order which needs to be deliver?” i replied “yes, please deliver it”. Then he lied to me that he is standing outside and asked me to come outside of my campus area (The place which is not mentioned in delivery address) to get the order delivered. Still i reached out to the place as per his convenience. When i reached there, no one was there. I called back thrice then no one picked up the call. 3-4 minutes later, the person is giving me miss calls. No professionalism in delivery attempt with “missed calls”. I called back and told him no one was there so lets avoid this confusion please deliver my order in front of my office building which was mentioned in delivery address as well. So he replied that he will deliver my order 15 minutes later now after other order. I said no issues.

Then he started giving me missed calls again after 10 min. When i did not answer his 3-4 “missed calls”, he called me and said with “very big attitude” in annoying sound — “aapko order lena hai to niche aa jao” and disconnected. I thought what kind of behavior was this. But i went out to get my order. I asked him that you should not behave like this. Anyways i asked him to give me my order. He gave my order with 3 “seasoning” and 3 “chilli flakes”. I said 3 is not enough for 2 pizzas. Give me more so he denied to give more and said “isme lagi huyi hai, extra nahi dete”. I said fine, take the order back and i will give your behavior feedback to dominos. So he again showed his “big attitude” and said — “jo karna hai kar lena, main nahi darta”. I was like, what was my mistake and why he is showing so much attitude to me. Being guilty for this issue, instead of accepting his behavior related mistake, he is showing attitude and wasted my time and met me with the worst experience. I was thinking what my fault was, and then i realized “ordering from dominos was my mistake”.

Then i got a call from someone from number [protected] from sector-47 gurgaon branch. He claimed himself the manager of the sector-47 branch, i told him everything and then he said he will take disciplinary action against the person and he requested me to accept the delivery now and, because order had been delayed by more than 35 minutes (At the time of conversation and counting) due to bad behavior of his staff, he will follow the dominos policy of “30 minutes or free”, and will deliver the order and process the refund amount of rs486 and he said this is our attempt to rectify the mistake happened and customer has to suffer due to dominos. Requested me to give dominos another chances to serve me better in future and not to lose my faith from dominos. Then another delivery boy came at 9:06 pm to deliver the order placed at 7:30 pm.

Now the new issue is, the person who called me from number [protected], promised me to refund my amount and delivered the order saying “this is our attempt to rectify the mistake happened”, is denying to refund my amount and not started refund process till now. Should i trust the fact that dominos has employed the people who are well trained in misbehaving and lying to the customer? When i refused the order due to misbehave of delivery boy then why i was offered the refund and the delivery both? And if offered, why it is not fulfilled as per promise?

What the hell is sector-47 wants to proof? Do they have little respect of the customer or the word promised by them? Seriously i never expected this kind of things.

I got an sms (Screen shot attached) of 30% discount offer on walk-in / order and walked into dominos palarivattom outlet today (15/08/16).
Though the offer was for walk-in also, the counter staff said "off" is applicable only for online orders.
As i was a frequent buyer from that outlet till my transfer to chennai, i knew there used to be some discount on purchase of every second pizza. He said no such offer exist now.
My order (Bill copy attached) was totalling to rs.1653.44. Since there was an offer of 1 coke/fanta for orders amounting to rs.300 or more if 1 burger pizza is included, i've requested to split my bill as there was 2 burger pizza in my order. Again he refused saying i can't order twice & am authorized only for 1 soft drink for a day. For a moment, i felt like standing at a refugee camp and begging for my daily ration.
While leaving, i've noticed a display about a 50% discount for a second pizza. When i questioned, staff had a discussion and told me that i'm not entitled for that offer as i opted for coke/fanta offer! When i raised my voice, they've returned me rs.293/-.

"The worst Facts which i came to know about Domino's Pizza"

As a very regular costumer of domino's i went yesterday for my birthday party along with my friends, on there so called marketing offer BUY ONE GET ONE

The worst fact is -They are not suppose to ware hand gloves while filling the toppings on pizza
As you can see in the pics which we have taken yesterday.
The same person fill toppings for both veg and non veg pizza and when we questioned him he told in very rudely way that they are not supposed to wear any kind of hand gloves.
I was with my friends out of which one was brihmin and other one was jain as, they are very conscious about such thing and as soon as they come know about this they left the remaining pizza .
I feel sad and quite disappointing at that point of time and left the store .
that's why i am taking this to social media so that people come to know about this and be careful while choosing domino's.

The manager on this responded that in KFC and pizza hut they are supposed to wear hand gloves but not in domino's
