Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

Today i. E 20th june 2016, last one and half hour trying to order dominos pizza online at kalbadevi and it showing the restuarent is closed, then called on the restuarent they say that u r pc is closed for online order n we just on it so try once again or else place the order on call and we dont have option to do payment online.. What is this need and explaination.In detail.!! Or else i will file a suite...

We had ordered a pizza from dominos on 30th may 2016 from Mangalore dominos, lighthouse. But we cancelled last min. So the order was cancelled. We paid via netbanking. Buy have not got the refund yet. We got a msg from dominos on 8th June 2016 that they will refund in 4-5 working days. But its not refunded yet... Can you do the needful asap... Thank you....

I would be glad if some senior can come into action. I am regular eater at domino's paschim vihar and tried ordering on zomato by 10:45 pm but domino's server couldnt respond. Then called customer care at 10:55pm they connected me to store at paschim vihar. I spoke to the person and he said we cant take order at its 11:01 pm which was actually before the time 10:59pm and if already i am connected to call and then i spoke to manager he said...

I had ordered a pizza online in agra at sanjay place branch i had ordered online for home delivery ordering time is about 7:30 pm it was delivered at home by 9:30 pm distance from sanjay place is about 3km


2; when the pizza is delivered condition of pizza is worst it was not like to eat. Even i did'nt ate pizza please refund my money or give me my next pizza for free
Another thing it was not for the first time......

I ordered the pizza on 29 may 2016 and i got it after 2 hour when i compliant with i received attached message and the boy which deliver the pizza, told me that my money will be back in nest 7 days but i still don't received the same.

Today I have ordered the Pizza in dominos online however it didn't get through though money got deducted from my account.
I am not happy that they have taken my money, not took the order finally and amount will be refunded in 7 days as per their confirmation.

And also their service is absolutely bad, it took 19 calls to reach them over phone and that too without any help. Pathetic service both online and...

I ordered pizza today at Land Mark Building, Visakhapatnam-530003. My order no. 253. First of all, this store in Vishakhapatnam is not able to deliver pizza within 30 minutes even in case of dine in for the reason best known to the company and store. 1. when we called at your center than a Madam Replied that there is no delivery at your given address. But when we ordered online they delivered at same place.. too much hopeless..
2. we ordered Pizza for offer'Buy one get one free' on 17/06/2016 at 8:20 p.m.

I complained you regarding the return of cash back on 15th June 2016. Since then I have got zero response from Domino' s and also they never try to contact me.
I got response from Payrtm that I am eligible for cash back only after 10th transaction but if this was the reason then Domino's app must cleraly specify this information.

They gives my order after an hour without any topping
But i didnt said anything
After that one person comes and give me pizza for that mistake of late timing and witjout topping in pizza.
If i want den i take my money return due to late of timing but i didnt do this
And i accept that pizza and ask for carry bag.
But they said carrybag is chargable.br...

I am anu sah from banglore, i placed an order of ₹1795 on 8th june 2016, after waiting of 1 hours they told me sorry they can not deliver on my address while they have already confirmed to me when i was called them twice that my pizza is in way... So when i reched there manager told me that my money will be back in one week but still there is no msg... Hopefully u will take action against my complain......

Sir/Madam,
I ordered Dominos Pizza on 13 June 2016 through Dominos app and choose to pay through Paytm wallet. My bill was Rs.477. Dominos app clearly shows that if you pay from Paytm wallet then you will get 50% cash back maximum upto Rs.100.
But till now I did not get any cashback or assurance from Dominos.
I also write to Dominos and Paytm also but till now I do not got any response from them.
Please help...
