Today evening at 6:10 i placed an order with Kadubesanahalli branch and when i gave a call and checked for the status they told person is stuck in traffic when there was not traffic, Dominos is just opposite to our office.

Later the delivery person gave a call at 7:20 and told he is near the gate and after 5 mins he again gave a call and told that the order is been cancelled.

This is really annoying, first thing you people delivered the order late secondly the person cancelled the order by his own wish.

i'm really disappointed with your service and i dislike the behavior of staff

I had ordered a cheese and bbq chicken pizza and garlic bread from zomato, the order no was 4847947, the order was placed at below mentioned nigdi outlet of dominos.
It was confirmed by the outlet and i got a confirmation message too. Later on i received a call from the branch stating the your location is more than 8 kms from here and we wont be able to deliver at the location
However, i stay at a distance of 3.2kms from nigdi dominos outlet.

My address: dalvinagar, chinchwad, pune :411033
Dominos branch :ground floor, rameera tower building, near pimpri chinchwad town planning authority building, nigdi, pune

Moreover the order history from zomato is now showing the order was delivered successfully and payment made, which did never happen

I request you to update the members at dominos about the location they are supposed to be delivering at,
Also without analysing the distance do not make false analysis that the order cannnot be delivered at the location.

Kindly look into it at earliest possible, so that customers like me do not ultimately stop ordering from dominos.

I had placed order for regular BBQ pizza . Pizza Quality was pathetic. Cheesing and itemized topping was not proper.. pizza slapping was bad and there was many bubble on top...

Dominos is the first and last choice
I use to eat dominos pizza 3 4 times a month
But i regret to say that the recent order was disgusting
I ordered 2 pizzas one cheese burst and another large one
There was no extra cheese in cheese burst
And the large pizza was sticked to the box of the pizza
I would not prefer dominos pizza from nowonwards
I will be glad if dominos' will take a check on it.

Myself anita kulkarni pune. I have placed online pizza order and did online payment of 480 rs. For pizza. Just to confirm regarding my order i called them so the manager said (Vikas keskar) that " mam we have received your payment but your order has not placed due to server problem so can't deliver your order also can't refund your money right now.. It will take 7 days to refund.
So if my order has not placed how can server shows payment options... Don't understand their policy. They can mislead our money for 7 days for other purpose and use it.. How can customer wait till 7 days to get their refund..
If your server showing problem then why you people off your online order service.. It is unbearable to wait even for a single day to get refund.
Even i did't get perticular online payment receipt but the amount has been deduct from my a/c..

I hv ordered pizza at 7:31 pm as per bill but deliver me at 8:20 pm. I tail the delivery boy and he gave discount rs 300. Then another guy called me (Named rahul) from this shop and threatning me and asked me that why i am asked for discount and will stop the delivery at my home from next time. It is very painfull for me from dominos which was my favourite one. Please take the action against this type of violence. This dominos stall at 40...

I placed an order and after the payment was done, the app gave me an error that ' order was not placed due to technical issues'. Then I called the customer care team and the guy name 'Vipin' disconnected the call and transfered it to the nearby dominos center. Then again I caled the customer service team and the guy name 'Parveen' said we can't check who called earlier and said i need to place the order again. When I asked him to escalate this call to supervisor, he also disconnected the call. I don't know what is going on. Either close your app or provide a better system to your customer service team

Today i placed an order for pizza at 12.30 am and your exceutive told me to deliver it with in 30-35 mins (I have call recording of that too) but the pizza was delivered to me at 1.30pm (He never told me that today is buy 1 get so the delivery could be late but when i called him at 1.25 that order i gave has not been delivered he told me that he had informed me about the buy one get one offer and that the delivery would be late i was speaking to him and he cut off my line and when i called up again another person picked up the phone and when i asked that person to let me speak with the earlier person whom i was talking to, he said that he's busy... I said that i want to talk to him how can he cut off my phone and i want to speak to your manager, now this person too cut off my phone).
I am highly disappointed with the rudeness of your staff and about the delivery timing. Had that person told me about the late delivery i would have ordered from domino's and would have arranged some thing else for my guest who was a kid.
Really, i need a reply for same as soon as possible.

I was ordering online with mobile website at 10:54 on 26 june 2016 But payment was deducted and order not confirmed. Now its more than two days my money not refunded to my account back. My Transaction Reference no IG0CFUMOF1. Please take care of ths issue. The amount is 321 rupees. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

After the order was placed successfully wherein i was asked about the delivery address which i mentioned clearly, i get a phone call after half an hour of waiting hungry stomach that the pizza cannot be delivered to my address.
Let me make clear that my address is within 3 km radius of the store concerned and the address also features in the drop down menu when ordering online.
Also more than twice the same outlet has delivered the pizza to the same address but now suddenly it is out of radius and they have some quality issues.
I want to know:
1. Why does kantatoli feature in the dropdown menu for online ordering if delivery cannot be done.
2. Why was the order successfully taken down and order number allotted if the delivery address was out of radius as the store manager claims.
3. How many complaints regarding late delivery and quality issues solely related with late delivery have been received by the concerned store if they have delivered to places beyond baubazaar petrol pump, since they claim they can deliver only uptill the petrol pump.

Kindly do not take orders if delivery is not possible, nor promote home delivery ideas if you cannot manage. Your system should be upgraded to precisely access the address and confirm whether delivery is possible or not when placing the order itself. Very unprofessional behaviour on part of dominos and particularly the store concerned.

I do not know why you trouble us by taking orders and after online payment is done.
After requesting also. they do not deliver the pizza to our place even they delivered 5-6 times in the same locality.
How are we supposed to know where you would be serving and where you would not.
we use GPS and you take the online payment and do not deliver it.

I was ordering pizza from dominos website. They deducted money from my account. But they did not place any order for me. I have all the bank details that money has been credited to dominos account. But they are cheat even after deducting my money in last they flashef a message invalid transaction. Don't ever use their online system of ordering pizza. This has not happened with me for the first time. They are cheating people

I ordered a hot pocket and a medium pizza through online and I choose to pick up option, the called for confirmation of of order and they even messaged. I noticed the time and went there after 20 minutes to pick it up, but it was not ready and so i waited for next 10 minutes, hence making it up to 30 minutes. I asked the guy about my order, he did not response at first and later the guy didn't even knew about my order and he called the other guy and he wasted my 3 min later I asked and then he didn't give any clarification about my order. I waited and received 15 min later than they promised. I was already running late so I didn't ask for any reason.

Last friday i.e. 24/06/16
I had placed an order in dominos of rs560 and due to network issues the money got deducted but the order wasnt placed so i placed the order again n paid again but dint get the refund back.

I delivered pizza mania (4 pizzas) on 26/06/2016 at 8:41 pm. Firstly that delivery boy came at 9:40 pm when my guests were about to leave my home. And secondly when i opened the pizzas all were of same variant. Moreover, in pizza mania they have four onion, tomato, capsicum and gold corn. When i opened there were only gold corn pizzas. Further, cheese which was spread on pizzas was spread just for the sake of formality. It was raw. And when i checked the bill it mentioned all the four variants. But kids at my home began to cry for pizza and i have to gave them. When i called my locality dominos pizza they hold my line and then cut it. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I had ordered pizza from domino's through irctc e-catering on 8th of june which should be delivered at bhagalpur station on train (Brahamputra mail 14056) at 13th june. My order no is 164935. But the train was late and the vendor from bhagalpur dominos called me and cancelled my order because they don't provide service after 11 pm. Now it's been 14 days and yet now i didn't received any refund. I had called bhagalpur pizza store 4 to 5 times but they never revert back. I called their costumer care and even irctc e - catering customer care but all in vain. Please look into this.

We had ordered pizza on 28th may however we already had done the online payment of rs.589 but due to some technical issue the order was not placed. I received message from domino's that they refund my amount to my bank account but i did not receive my money yet.In spite of this i tried to contact domino's about 5 times but they did not take any action regarding this. Please send exact contact number for the person who can respond my query.

It has been 3 weeks over but nobody in he domino's customer care had taken any respond. It is relay height. We can not tolerant this.

I place the order at approx 8:45 pm. But the pizzas arrived well past 10: 30 and were dead cold. I was hugely disappointed at the service. This is not the first time either and we had faced late delivery of over 2 hours after order booking on several occasions.

I would really appreciate fast action on this.

I have ordered my pizza on 24/06/2016 at 9.20 pm via phone call.
After calling to restaurant, they just keep saying you will receive in 10 minutes.
Even after 2 hours pizza was not delivered and when I called them, they were like our delivery boy was trying to call you but you were not reachable hence he came back to restaurant.
They are trying to make fool of customers.
They didnt even delivered within 30 minutes but also not delivered after 2 hours and after 2 hours they cancelled by their side.
The dominos branch was Domino's Pizza - Ballani Arcade and my order number was 153.

I have also lodged complaint on Domino's site.
