I ordered at 8:35pm through website (Dominos raja bazar branch) and received my order at 10:05pm. It was delivered almost 2 hours late. Moreover no one was picking up the phone despite our efforts to connect with the concerned outlet of the domino's. This is worst service ever given by dominos. This was not expected from domino's. The pizza delivery boy was very indecent....

My order id was 171. I had placed order on 8 may 2016 from dominos branch situated at Unit No 21, Ground Floor, Plot No. M. P. 1, Vikas Cinemall, Indra Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001. I had ordered 2 stuffed garlic breads and 2 choco lava cake. The delivery boy named vikram dropped one stuffed garlic bread on the road in front of gate and said its ok you have ordered 2 so you can still have one. When i have ordered and paid for two why should i have just one.

The placed an order of 2 Veg singles and a Non-Veg Calzone pockets. I requested the server :Anushree A to prepare the order nicely and should be dry like should not have less cheese. When i got my order, the pizzas were over cooked. The rust was very hard due to over heating and was blackish brown color. The Calzone pockets i ordered was completely dry from inside with no or negligible cheese in it.
I want to ask the domino's management that are we paying 150 bucks on calzonnes to eat dry vegetables in it. You people show the products completely different in the pictures and promotions, but when we receive the actual order then it is completely different in terms of quality. Doinos has to take some actions on it. We do not get the fair corresponding to the money you charge.
I will make sure that none of my friend or colleges from my office orders or visit your restaurant at Graphite. I want you people to compensate for my loss or i shall take further steps to the consumer court. I do have your shining bills with the hell amount of taxes charged on the order.

I have received my pizza 1 min delay .as per your company policy it should be delivered in 30mins or free. The delivery boy got late by 1 min because the person noting down my address mentioned wrong address on the bill .it was his mistake still the manager said that they can't give the pizza for free. Please don't make such tag lines if you guys can't fulfill it .

The pizza mania offerings reveled on the website were ordered.

1) There is a need of minimum 4 to order, else they DONT delivery. Order value is not a parameter, but 4 pizzas is
2) The size mentioned of the pizza was Medium, but delivery was SMALL size
3) If you dont want any toppings, like spicy stuff viz. Jalapenos which is not possible for kids / adults to eat; cannot be taken out of your listed toppings. It takes a huge effort to reach them on HIGH PRICED phone line. The outlets still need to put at least one or two of them, else they have internal issues with their job in case of any complaints.

Surely Dominos is not interested in any corrections, nor should we expect from them. Simple choice is to abandon them.

For any entrepreneurs here, please start a healthy option at cheaper rates, of making an AATA based dough with mashed / chunks of veggies so that kids can eat all kinds of veggies. A lot of them do not eat all good veggies and mashed option can be chosen by their family for the general good. Also avoid the vinegar based tomato spread applied on each pizza, as vinegar add to the unhealthy aspects of the pizza. Herbs, Mushrooms, exotic veggies, broccolis and more - which are boiled or steamed or raw (as cooking will do the needful) - is much anticipated. Even raw pizzas for delivery in longer locations & stocking food is good - else people resort to unhealthy choices like noodles. Start with base pricing and make use of free advertising modes like What'sApp - through circulation in known circles only (it automatically spreads across the city/country in no time).
This will also be in line with the any governments efforts of having a healthy citizen base, especially the 65% population which is the next generation in line now. As well as we can break the regular routine market capture of foreign firms (inspiration and facts can be considered in examples like Patanjali).

Ordered 2non veg tacho indiana which was very dry, not crispy & very small amount of Mayo. Moreover delivery was after 1hr.domino's policy days 100%satisfaction or cash back, but the centre of hsr layout Bangalore are not ready to refund or replace the item.
On the same day of order, when i called them up in the specific centre, a person told me that we would initiate the transaction and refund the amount. But when i called on 7.5.16, here told that there is no limitation on delivery of the product.
Is this how Dominos policy works???

I have bought pizza at domino's on 7-may-2016. Attached the file for your reference. They are charging extra amount on vat. And they are charging service tax on 100% of the bill, but the actual thing is they should charge on 40% of the bill. As per the bill my subtotal is 649.37, on this they have charged service tax @5.8% which came around 37.41. They also charged vat @14.5% which should come around 94.25, but they charged 99.58 rupees, they charged vat on service tax too. Why are they charging double tax?? Please correct me if i am wrong, if at all they are cheating please register a complaint.

Your delivery boy By Name Mr.Praveen came after one hour and started arguing with us. Very bad. One more request Please dont promise 30 minutes delivery. Your are not keeping up your promise. This is to inform you that I ordered for Pizza on 05/05/2016 with frazer town branch, coles Road., but so far they did not delivered, they did not delivered yesterday.
again on 06/05/2016 around 8.00pm ordered for Pizza, but so far they did not delivered. Very bad service. Staff are very lethargic, they should satisfy the customer.There should be some discipline, Punctuality. I am very sad. Why we like Dominos Pizza is because of my son other wise I would have prefered other brand.

The order is not been delivered and restaurant people not receiving call, i have already paid for this and i didnt even get my money back

This is really bad for such a big brand to behave like this.

On monday 2nd may 2016, we went to dominos pizza, navsari branch around 9pm.the bill amount was 1000.98 and i gave my card to swap.
The employee over there deduct 10000 rupees from my account.
They said the amount will be refund within two working days and they have cancelled the transaction.so i paid 1000 rupees in cash.
Now its friday, noone from dominos is responding about the matter as they know its a mistake of their employee.and they keep on telling me "sir wait for one day it will be deposited as soon as possible".
Its a rubbish behaviour from the dominos.and who will be responsible for the financial mismanagement i am facing right now.

We ordered chicken salami cheese burst pizza along with regular chicken salami pizza and coke. The sum amount rs840. It has been 2 hours and it still has not been delivered. No one is picking up the phone despite our efforts to connect with the concerned outlet of the domino's. We're regular customers and highly disappointed. This was not expected from domino's.

There are many instances when we have ordered a pick order and on reaching the staff member refused to accept that any order being placed. It is not a one time incident but the same is being repeated again and again. This is not how you deal with your costumers. We place pick up orders to save our time but I think your staff members do not realize importance and value of important. This is the case of sec 21 faridabad branch . Please take appropriate action soon .

With online recharge of tatasky, some discount coupons are available. However when I went to the Domino's Outlet and ordered, they did not accept the discount code of 20%. I was told it has to be ordered online for the discount. However it was not mentioned anywhere that it is valid for online orders only. So either tatasky is misleading or Domino's is not following the offer contract.
Customer is being mislead.

Recently i visit dominos which i do many time. But last time on date[protected] i go to nearest dominos store and the staff person gave me the coupon after i finish my pizza and the coupon is use for my next order and if i applied it will give me one pizza free on my one pizza puchase.. And the coupon validity date he write on the coupon is[protected]... So what he think m i fool. How can he do that. Its very irritating to me and i think after do that e think that im an .

I ordered a pizza @ cheese burst with extra cheese cost me more then 600 rs, now what i got a normal pizza when complaint frwd they ignored me lyk a poop, if it is all about money and profitd then stop sharing your products, or tell your staff to stop getting profit from every order, the staff is very unprofessional and they treat consumers like poop, i want to take a step ahead whatever it cost me, they shud come forward and feel sorry to dupe indians as they cant do the same to any other country lets let you (dominos) guys to feel that you are in country that is much stronger like every humanity lives on planet...

I have found that in faridabad Dominos there is corporate discount given to employees working in big companies but there is no corporate discount given in ballabgarh Dominos. Can you please make me clear about the discount policies of ballabgarh Dominos. I will be greatful for that. And also want to know if suppose I paid my bill with sodexo food coupons then if there is 20 /- extra sodexo I have given ( bill : 380 and paid : 400) then will I do not get the remaining money because that's what they told me at ballabgarh Dominos. From last 2 times i have been ordering pizza and i didn't receive pizza within time. I was then told that you will get 450 in your paytm wallet in next 7 days. But even that i didn't receive. This is not expected from such a big firm. Right now 50 minutes have passed and i have not received my order yet. Nd they are saying 20 minutes more it will take. This 30 minutes delivery scheme should not be there if you can't deliver within 30 minutes.
