Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I visited one of your branches in New Delhi i.e., kamla nagar, North Delhi on[protected] at the evening around 8pm. I had a small meals over there and even gave my registered contact no. which was asked during placing the order.
And around 1am I received a call stating that I have placed an order and he was late because his bike got punctured, he also mentioned my residential area and asked me to collect the order even though I didn't...

The amount of bill generated online and by the outlets does not match

The amount as per the online generated bill was Rs 640 and the amount as per generated by the domino's outlet in shimla was Rs 645.

There are other differences as well:-
1. The amount of double cheese margherita with cheese burst is Rs 435 online but in outlet it is Rs 440

2. The amount of Cheesy Dip is Rs 25 online but...

Online pizza not delivered due to order skip, also amount not delivered as per 7 days commitment.already telephone charges for everything should be included

I really sad to tell you that the services and the customer's satisfaction concept has been totally ruined in your company.

If the policy of late delivery is not to followed by your employees then please don't make it.
Because what happening under your nose is not at all bearable by your regular Clints.

And please conduct a training for your employees related to customer services...

I ordered deluxe veggie pizza but mushrooms were replaced by baby corns. I discovered this late while about to eat but unfortunately the store was closed by then. I cant even take this as exchange of orders coz the pizza delivered does not fulfil any pizza criteria on menu list!!! So what was it.. a silly joke... I am a regular customer of yours and problem of wrong pizza delivered is not new but this time it has been taken to new level.....

A medium chicken dominator was ordered. Price being 525 (without tax) on which a 50% discount coupon was applied.
The order was placed at 10:06 PM and delivery was at 11:30 PM, after it was said that it would be delivered in 45-50 mins. A call was made at 10:55 to enquire about the pizza, to which they said it would reach in 5-10 mins. That did not happen, and I was forced to call again after 20 mins.

I ordered pizza today at 8.15 pm from pai layout, bangalore. Order no is 132.
It was delivered at 10.45 pm. Nearly3hrs delayed.
It was the worst experience i had from any of the food outlets.
We had to wait for 3 hrs.

I have placed an order of two pizzas today and delivery time was 8:30pm, i have called to store at 8:30pm, he was confirmed me delivery reach with in 5 min time but waiting time was gone increase 25-30 min, as per your commitment it should come within 30 minuets. 5-10 minutes we can adjust but this time its more than double as per your commitment time. Every day i get one or the other promotional coupon from dominos but when i try to use the coupons despite following all their so called terms, still the order does not go through. They only know how to make a fool out of customers and they dont even provide a direct mail ID to register complaints.

Last night i visited dominos ashok vihar branch around 8 pm, ordered for pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. The order took 30 minutes or so to arrive and after a long wait, we got garlic bread and 'cheese pizza' from the look of it.
