The person at the billing did the wrong billing, we asked for 3 ketchup he added 6 in the bill gave us 3, and did not gave us the bill, he entered our contact details wrong we did not received the bill on the phone, he has charged us more....

I ordered the pizza from Dominos of Rs 180 on date 16/jul/2022 .. Money got deducted but Order not Confirmed... And Haven't Receive my Refund of 180 Rupees ... Please Check...

Recently had experience with multiple Domino's branches at Tirupati and had different experiences..
One outlet says they cannot offer to home delivery, one outlet will say, they cannot take physical orders and online orders alone are accepted...
Not sure, I do not has any difficulty either in chennai or bangalore locations..
But Tirupati outlets are not customer oriented..

Please improve the customer care service and the app . I am totally disappointed with the service . I was craving to the pizza, hence I saw the offer . There was no delivery in the nearby dominoes .
