I am really disappointed by the behaviour and cleanliness of the below store

Are we supposed to eat on dirty tables or clean ourselves?

    On 21st July 2022, I had ordered for a large Pizza from Banashankari 3rd stage, near Kathriguppe Circle branch via their App . Order #175. It was a 30 minutes delivery guarantee order. The place is not even 2km from my home and still they never deliver on time. This time, by the time dellivery executive left the shop, it was already 40 minutes, so directly asked them to not to deliver the Pizza and it was marked undelivered and later marked as cancelled. I had given a delay feedback while waiting for order and the customer support executive Yogesha was such a @$$hole and they never take feedback. I have had multiple issues like this before and nothing happens on their twitter profile if you complain. they simply give you some link to do the complain.
    No communication about my refund in any means(message/mail).
    Awaiting response regarding my refund.

    There was no communication related to refund. But I have got my money back. Dominos really need to work on their delivery time and customer support.

    I have got my money back.
    placed an order at Dominos Chattarpur Delhi yesterday. For an hour the status of the order didn’t change, so I contacted cx care and there was told to contact branch. I called branch they disconnected and then just Wont answer. So I called the 1800 number of cx cr. The rep also tried calling the restaurant but even his calls weren’t answered. So I asked for a cancellation and refund, the rep said he is raising a request and that I shouldn’t accept the pizza even if they send it. After 2 hrs I got call from the delivery guy and I sd to cancel order and issue refund. He agreed. But marked the order delivered, BUT ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. I called him back, was told store manager sd he will get this cancelled and issue refund by tomorrow. So far nothing has been done. Can you please look in to the issue? No one is asking you for anything free. It’s service you dint deliver on and you should rightly issue refund. I just dont understand why you people just dont want to issue refund whatever the circumstances. This is grossly unethical. Order #250

        I received the order after 1 hr and I was supposed to get it for free.
        But the delivery boy took money from me and told that it would get credited into my wallet and later when I called him he was very rude and blocked me and my refund is also not done
        I want to file a case

          I ordered 3 pizzas but not a single pizza met the expectations. They used mayonnaise in chesse brust 🍕. Really spoiling the name of Domino's.

            They have not delivered the order even after two hours from placing order, wherein they are guaranteeing delivery in 30 mins. no way to contact customer support as they are unavailable, store is not picking calls, pathetic behavior, really shameful.
            Now they will again do same kind of lousy and shameful response while refunding my money

              As dominos claims to deliver free pizza after 30 minutes but even after delivering the pizza after 1 hour they charged the delivery boy charged me the full amount. I contacted the store they also said to pay the whole amount and told me that you will get refund or the amount will come to your dominos wallet within 24 hours but nothing as such happened. I also tried calling dominos and received a message that you’ll get a call back in 24 hours but that also didn’t happened. And this is not the first time they are doing like this . Why to give false claims ?

                This dominos branch denied to give me a pizza. I asked them to remove base sauce, due to negligence of the waiter Ms.Shaza they served me with it.After putting to their notice, THEY MADE IT.After which I was told rudely that her ma'am Ms.Nitu has further denied to give such order pizza.after confronting, I was told that during rush hours it's not possible whereas there were only 3 customers.Agter getting the same order 100 times from dominos, it's disappointing to see such behavior from the staff to a valuable customer.Never will go back to Dominos.

                  I used amazon pay to do the transaction.

                    1. Dharamshala Branch: My last order at Domino's was at their branch at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. I ordered dinner at around 7:45pm and they gave me a 30 minute guarantee. When the order did not arrive, I called them multiple times. Despite multiple calls, my order was not delivered even till 8:45 pm. The order came all cold and inedible at 9:50 pm. And when I refused payment, they excused themselves stating "company policy" and how i had to pay rupees 200 despite the discomfort. The money is not the biggest of my worries. Despite such a fault of theirs the manager was rude and paid no heed to my dilemma. Was only concerned about the money. The delivery boy made faces and was rude not even admitting his fault in not delivering in time despite clear weather and clearer address instructions.
                    2. Shimla: The second issue is with the Shimla branch. Yesterday, we were truned away from the restaurant stating "30 minute waiting on orders". Despite high tourist footfall on the Mall Road, Shimla, the branch is understaffed.

                      I placed an order via Dominos call line at 7:30 pm on 17th July (order placed via mob number: [protected]) .
                      After 1 hr 30 min, restaurant cancelled the order, denying delivery to my location. The order was explicitly placed via call to avoid any confusion. We had faced such issue earlier as well when order was placed via app.
                      After spending another 1 hr on call with support team, they didn't provide any resolution. They said I can replace the same order from another outlet and it will reach me by 10 pm. When I asked for free order as per 30 min policy (also keeping in mind so much trouble), they simply denied it.

                      The order was cod and was placed via customer line, probably why they simply cancelled it without any worry of how it would reflect on them

                        I had placed my order with dominos on call and after taking all the details with me (delivery address) and accepting my order and making me wait for 45mins and at the time of delivery they had cancelled the order saying it is out of reach. If it was out of reach then why had they accepted the order. I need strict action as Firstly, they made me wait for like almost an hour and then instead of delivering it they cancel it. They don’t even realise that someone is waiting for dinner and at-least make some effort to deliver it. If at all the delivery address was far they could have asked for extra delivery charges but instead they had just cancelled the order at the last moment making us wait for 45mins. Such unprofessional and pathetic service. Therefore, i need compensation for this.

                          I had ordered for a pizza online from the
                          dominos pizza app. The total bill
                          amounted to rs. 586. I had paid the
                          amount via my Gpay. The transaction
                          was successful. The amount was debited
                          from my account but my order was not
                          confirmed. I had placed my order on

                              The person at the billing did the wrong billing, we asked for 3 ketchup he added 6 in the bill gave us 3, and did not gave us the bill, he entered our contact details wrong we did not received the bill on the phone, he has charged us more.

                                  Dear Domino's team,
                                  Recently had experience with multiple Domino's branches at Tirupati and had different experiences..
                                  One outlet says they cannot offer to home delivery, one outlet will say, they cannot take physical orders and online orders alone are accepted...
                                  Not sure, I do not has any difficulty either in chennai or bangalore locations..
                                  But Tirupati outlets are not customer oriented..
                                  This needs to be addressed at the earliest else customer may loose the interest in having pizzas at outlet.

                                    I have ordered 2 beg loaded pizza from domino's on 14th july .it took almost 1.5 hours to deliver and as per domino's T&C they should have to refund my money or credit points within 24 hours by themselves but they didn't do anything and when I complained regarding the same they mails that it ll take 24 hours to resolve. Yesterday on 15 when called to store which is located at dlf cyberhub, one of the employee said he is re delivering the order and it ll again 40-50 min to get deliver but since last night I am waiting for my order today us 16th again when I called to store one another assistant manager named renu said I don't know anything again it ll take 3-4 hours to check everything and when manager ll come he ll only check till that gym I am unable to provide any resolution.

                                      This is to keep you informed that I order few eatables from Dominos on 13th July 2022. My order number was 168, total amount Rs. 993. Amongst them I also ordered Cheesy Jalapeño veg pasta. Thought it would be tasty but in the contrary it was uncooked and instead of cheesy gravy it was all yellow Color water in it which I had to threw it later on. When I got a call from Ms Ritu Sharma, instead o[censored]nderstanding my issue that my Rs. 139 is completely wasted and how it can be managed she said did not responded professionally. Instead, when I said I would educate the matter and would social media for her misbehaviour and bad stuff, she replied “ap social media me complaint karnege” and she to my surprise such disrespectfully she hung up phone on me. I also told her to see the records that I am a regular customer but she paid no heed to that.
                                      Such kind of misbehaviour is not tolerated from such a brand and her behaviour has really hurt me a lot as if I am a nobody.
                                      I need her apology on this and this is up to Jubliant food how they are going to reimburse my hard earned money.

                                        Amount was deducted from Amazon Pay but order not confirmed by Dominoes. Kindly look into it and refund the same as I’ve placed fresh order from same account post that.
