Greetings!
With reference to the goodwill of your outlet stores, I would like to make a complaint against the Dominos outlet situated at Hisar City, Haryana.
1.I visited this outlet on 13th November, 2015 and ordered 4 simply veg pizzas. But, i was delivered and charged Pan pizzas without my consent and when i enquired about it, i was asked bluntly to make a complaint at this email id.
2.My total bill amount was 305 (for pizza) + 48.62 (for cold drink) (without any tax). Now, a service tax @ 5.6% was charged on Rs. 305 i.e. 17.08, thus make a total of Rs. 322.08. Now, VAT was charged @ 13.13% on Rs. 305+48.62+17.08 = 370.7 i.e. 48.67.
Now, my question is that how company can charge VAT on the amount of service tax too. Its illegal according to Tax laws framed by ICAI. When i enquired about it, Again I got the same answer from Mr. Anand (Domino outlet server).
3. My total bill amount was Rs. 419 and he took Rs. 420 from me. He did not bother to return Re. 1 to the customer. This 1-1 rupee will help him to earn hundreds of rupees a day without doing anything.
So, now i hereby request you to kindly look after these three complaints of mine and revert me back with necessary feedback and actions taken.
