I have been ordering pizaa's from Dominoz Pizza, near Kargil Petrol Pump, Agra. I always recieve my order either early or within the time.But today I recieved my order late and the girl who took my order named Priyanka server 6, she gave wrong address to the delievery boy because of which inconvenience was caused to me and to the delievery boy too. I request you to take some sudden action against her as such kind of behaviour will not be tolerated.

Dear Concern I would like to bring to your notice that your above mentioned DOMINOS sub is having worst service department.. Today I have placed order and faced really embarrassing situation in front of my guest only because of poor service provided by Dominos. The issues are as below.. 1) I called and placed order and guy picked the phone took almost 20 minutes to not down my order and denied to deliver pizzas within 30 minutes and told me that it will take atleast 40 to 45 minutes.. When have you changed the timings ? Let me confirm... 2) After 15 minutes, one lady called me and said that they are not having option of delivering this order so change your order.. My guest are waiting for lunch and your people are discussing the orders .. Disgusting! Anyways, I agreed to send the boy to their place for pick up.. 3) After almost 40 minutes, order handed over to my boy.. BUT WITHOUT ketchups, oreganos and chilli flakes and the most important thing paper napkins.. Is this the way to serve food to your guest? I really felt very disappointed with your such kind of services ., . and decided to never rly on Dominos next time.. .. But still many people in the world trust you and your services..so plz don't disappoint them and treat them as your clients.. Customer dealing should be the main task of your people but ... I have ordered 2 medium pizza one was 'country special' and other was 'farm house' and one 'coke' on 1st June'2015 at Domino's Huda City Center Metro, Gurgaon . Timing was around 3pm to 4pm. Contact details given was 'Sachin' and number listed was '[protected]'. And my order was of Rs 695, which was paid in cash. I have not been given any bill reason stated by them was due to some system hang issue. Kindly find the details. and...

The order I have placed, i.e order number 270 I got the delivery after 50 mins from the time of delivery.But as per your policy I should receive the order in 30 mins or else the the Pizza will be of free. The manager of the store told that it would be after 35 mins and I agreed to the condition as there was a rush that day, but after 50 mins of delivery I called the manager and he was not ready to give it free or gave any discount on that. This was a very upset behavior from your part.

I ordered pizza online . The store address, order no and all required details are in attachment. The guy from store called me up and said we cant deliver it to your address. we don't deliver in your area. So he said, I am cancelling your order madam. and will refund your amount. I said, I have done online payment. Can you refund it? he said yes madam we will do. but I haven't got any refund amount yet. Its really very disgusting.

Dear This is to inform that yesterday I have loged the complaint Regarding Unacceptable food quality. Today for the same concern I have got the call from Mr Rahul (shift manager Domino's jyoti mall)., he had called me and asked me to visit their restaurant for the same concern. Which I think is not acceptable because fault was at your end not mine. Still I have visited restaurant. But Mr Rahul's revert was pathetic. In spite of giving proper service or talking to me. He just gone ahead and said whatever it is I am offering you to take complimentary pizza. Which I have denied because of his arogancy and inappropriate answer. I didn't went there for complimentary pizza

i want to to lounge a complain for dominos pizza in mittal mall bathinda punjab these guys nvr dlvr the order on time plus they dont knw how to tlk i just want to say tonight i have sleep without having my dinner because of you guys and i promis i'll nvr go to any dominos pizza and will not even let my friend r my family to visit you guys... thanks for everything..

So this is all about one of your stores in Bangalore- HSR Layout. Address : GROUND FLOOR, # 1573, SECTOR 1(AGARA), HSR LAYOUT, , BANGALORE - 560102. I have been ordering from this store from past 3 years now and let me tell you this without exaggerating.--There has not been any single order where I was feeling "ok" with the service at least. This store is THE WORST of all that I have ordered from.For starters :- - Their excuses for not adhering to 30mins delivery, every single time. - Their rude behavior when I call the store, first of all they never pickup, even if they do by God's grace, they just say they have dispatched please wait for the delivery boy and keep the phone aside. They don't disconnect the call, I think that is their part where they show COURTSEY. -The pizza is always...ALWAYS cold. -Once or twice, they agree for a cash back as per process, when I insisted. I was told that cashback would be within 21 days or so...Let me tell you its been 210 days already. The list goes on. I am not sure what are the criteria or compliance checks for you guys to give a store its franchise, but guys please. The biggest irony is, I cannot even call any other store, if I am staying in HSR layout. So I dont have any other option but this store. I really dont have patience anymore and I guess I have to switch to Pizza Hut as an obvious choice of Pizza. I am not willing to, but I have to...and that is not at all because of your food, but because of this one Store of yours which cannot keep up your good will.

I ordered pizza from Domino's on[protected] . After I received the pizzas home and consuming it which had a sour taste of bread (probably because of rotting), i had sever stomach ache and vomiting sensation. I'm still not completely fine. Please do the needfull.

Firstly, when I tried redeeming the reward points, it gave an error of trying to make the payment after sometime. Then after multiple attempts to speak to your customer care center, the response I got was so downgrade and I was kept on hold all the time while transferring the calls uselessly. Secondly, having no other option, I had to make a payment online. Thirdly, the delivery boy came in late and with such a pathetic condition of the pizzas. We placed an order for one medium Farmhouse in cheese burst and one large Chicken Mexicana. Both the pizzad were so bad, we literally had to just gulp it down. The cheese burst had negligible cheese and the other one was so dry. I've never come across such a pathetic service from any other place. Highly disappointed with Domino's. I would actually recommend all my friends and relatives to actually stop consuming from Domino's. Highly disappointed on the delivery as well as the state of the pizzas. And most of all just making it a money minting business by not offering the reward points functionality.

I want to raise a complaint against solan dominos that they give excuses for not giving 30 minutes delivery.my house is hardly 1.5 km far from dominos .whenever I order and first statement they give to me is that they can't give 30 mins. Placed an online order at 1:00PM on the 31st of May 2015 After payment was processed, received an error page rather than being redirected back to the dominos page. Order was not placed but Rs 495 have been debited from my account. Reference generated: 31MAY dominos PayU SBIPG Ref:[protected] Please look into this as soon as possible an refund the payment.

I went to the Dominos store at Nizampet Road, Hyderabad to order 2 Veg singles. The girl taking the orders told me that she would not take my order for the next half an hour as there were many orders. I just came home and waited a while and then I opened online order portal. It will not take the order less than 4 Veg Single pizzas. After that I again went to the store after an hour. This time they took the order and for the next half an hour no pizza. I waited and waited as I have paid my money. Pizza came to my hand after half an hour. I really did not like their time management and orders management and this is not expected of a globally reputed brand. May be next time I would not prefer Dominos at all. I hope they change things. If your store is getting more orders, then why dont you just expand so that it caters to everyone without any hassles?!!!

The delivery guy called the Domino's restaurant and assured me that the Coke would be delivered by next day, but it wasn't. i visited domino pizza.it was trivani complex new delhi.and there was writting on every table if you are not satisfy we will refund your money like that. there was some thing written like that. i order 3 mousse cake an 3 reugular pizza onion. i think staff was not good because they think that i order cheap pizza so they did like that. pizza was not cooked totally pleae use shop at your cooking and hygine and sanitatio on your kitchen.manger was looking like a garbage wala only tag was proving he was manager

Me and my family went to Domino's on Wednesday 27th May at around 10:30pm. While we were placing the order, we made a recording of the person who was making the pizza base. We were very upset to see that there was no basic hygienic method followed in the preparation of pizza. The person made the base out of the the dough with bare hands and with no gloves on. The aata (material from which the dough is made ) was lying in the open on the table. And the sauce(which is also used on the base) container was also open. When we were recording the incident, a person comes to us and says that recording isn't allowed here and told to stop the recording in order to recieve an explanation of why the protocol was being broken. But even after stopping the recording, we didn't recieve any explanation on their behalf. I request the immediate closure of this outlet or strict penalty on Domino's. Worst Service by Aditya mall branch indirapuram Ghazibad branch Dominos. I had placed an order on 27th May 2015 @ 9.30 pm for 1 pizza’s but almost waited for 1 hours still haven’t received the pizza. After we taking follow up we were informed that we haven’t given the contact no. but truth is that the sales staff forgot to take my contact no. But dominos does not even have the courtesy to apologies for their mistake. Very very poor customer service. Manager Mr. Ajeet Kumar was very rude & didn’t even bothered to hear my complain properly. His staff was lying & he was supporting her mistake & worst part the conversation was Mr. Ajeet Kumar was blaming me for not taking the delivery & i deny for same. where as mistake was of the staff holding the call. Better to keep some educated staff & manager rather than keeping such illiterate staff who don’t even know how to handle a loyal customer. While I placing an complain I could here the staff laughing and passing comments in the background. Seriously disgusting service. Better close the branch.i lost my money & repo in my children eyes.
