IT was my friend birthday, I ordered pizza around 9pm. I made the payment online. I didn't receive any call from store and when i called store people they didn't pick up. My complaint is that you guys deliver the food for free in some areas. But when a customer wants a parcel then you guys charge them for a carriage bag. I am against that thing. Its not like that i can't pay for it. But if you deliver it for free on bikes which costs petrol of about 50 rs. Then why do you charge extra for a bag. I want a response. Thanks....
