Dear Domino's team,
Recently had experience with multiple Domino's branches at Tirupati and had different experiences..
One outlet says they cannot offer to home delivery, one outlet will say, they cannot take physical orders and online orders alone are accepted...
Not sure, I do not has any difficulty either in chennai or bangalore locations..
But Tirupati outlets are not customer oriented..
This needs to be addressed at the earliest else customer may loose the interest in having pizzas at outlet.

I have ordered 2 beg loaded pizza from domino's on 14th july .it took almost 1.5 hours to deliver and as per domino's T&C they should have to refund my money or credit points within 24 hours by themselves but they didn't do anything and when I complained regarding the same they mails that it ll take 24 hours to resolve. Yesterday on 15 when called to store which is located at dlf cyberhub, one of the employee said he is re delivering the order and it ll again 40-50 min to get deliver but since last night I am waiting for my order today us 16th again when I called to store one another assistant manager named renu said I don't know anything again it ll take 3-4 hours to check everything and when manager ll come he ll only check till that gym I am unable to provide any resolution.

This is to keep you informed that I order few eatables from Dominos on 13th July 2022. My order number was 168, total amount Rs. 993. Amongst them I also ordered Cheesy Jalapeño veg pasta. Thought it would be tasty but in the contrary it was uncooked and instead of cheesy gravy it was all yellow Color water in it which I had to threw it later on. When I got a call from Ms Ritu Sharma, instead o[censored]nderstanding my issue that my Rs. 139 is completely wasted and how it can be managed she said did not responded professionally. Instead, when I said I would educate the matter and would social media for her misbehaviour and bad stuff, she replied “ap social media me complaint karnege” and she to my surprise such disrespectfully she hung up phone on me. I also told her to see the records that I am a regular customer but she paid no heed to that.
Such kind of misbehaviour is not tolerated from such a brand and her behaviour has really hurt me a lot as if I am a nobody.
I need her apology on this and this is up to Jubliant food how they are going to reimburse my hard earned money.

Dear Sir,

Amount was deducted from Amazon Pay but order not confirmed by Dominoes. Kindly look into it and refund the same as I’ve placed fresh order from same account post that.

I tried ordering from Amazon pay, money was deducted of Rs 336 but order was not placed. I received cashback of Rs 15 but no record of order on dominos app. Please make a refund of that amount on the same amazon account [protected]@apl or [protected] paytm account.

I have visited Domino’s outlet in 7 food court, Suryapet on 11/7/2022. I have ordered 2 tacos and 1 choco lava cake. My bill was 286.65₹ and I had to pay 300₹ since both my cards which were functioning very well right outside that outlet were declined. I had paid 300₹ and the female who took my order rudely told me that there’s no change. So while leaving I had asked for ketchup and flakes. She refused to give them for free. So I would like to complain about this issue. Kindly look into it!

She said that both my cards were declined, which were perfectly well in another store just outside. I had paid cash and she said she didn’t have change and refused to provide ketchup and flakes. I would like to complain about it.

Please improve the customer care service and the app . I am totally disappointed with the service . I was craving to the pizza, hence I saw the offer . There was no delivery in the nearby dominoes . Hence, the app considered advance slot . I booked for 8.45pm delivery at 5.00pm . At 8.00, I get a call stating they will cancel as this is 7km away from where I stay . It is not 7 but around 5 km . They said they only deliver upto 3km. But what is my mistake in that . I went with the flow that the app said . .If they cannot deliver to my location, app also shouldn’t let me do the same . I slept without a dinner meal just because of this . My experience is very bad and I will pass this on for sure as I don’t want others hungry like me .

Pizza is all of onions black and not inside of Cheese where is cheese so my suggestion is domino’s pizza is bad level, not happy eat by pizza so bad

I placed an order on domino's pizza app on 12 july 2022 for an amount rupees 377.00

After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app and entering my details, the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed.

I contacted customer care and they confirmed that they have not received any order from my number.

I got a cashback of rs15.

I am also attaching a confirmation e-mail from amazon pay balance.

I attempted to order 2 pizzas worth Rs 394 from the Domino's Pizza App on 10th July 2022, and payment was done through Amazon Pay at 9:34 p.m. However, the aforementioned amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. then I tried Paytm to pay for the order, it was successfully placed and the amount got deducted on the second try. however, The money deducted on my first trial needs to be refunded since the order was not through. Kindly resolve the issue and initiate the refund at the earliest.

I ordered one medium cheese burst peppy paneer pizza yesterday, but the one I received did not have cheese burst at all and the quality served was totally unacceptable . Look forward for some positive action. Order from no. [protected].

Ordered from dominos official app and paid using Amazon upi money deducted but order didn't reflected in dominos

I paid twice for an order 1st I was trying to pay via gpay but due to server issue the money didn't deducted from my account at that time so i paid them through my debit card but after a while my gpay money also deducted, so i want a refund for the money I paid the 2nd time.

I made an order at Agartala city center dominos on 9 july, 2022 my order no. is 89 and the amount was 1106 Rs.

Yesterday night, I made an order for 2 pizzas and I have received any order number and as well any pizza, it has been more than 24 hours.

I am really furious with the service and need my money back, ASAP

Today i have ordered pizza of Rs.527 paying through amazon pay, the money has been deducted but the order is not placed. I want refund as soon as possible or ill take this matter to consumer court for regrassal.

I have placed an order on 4/july/2022, my money got deducted Rs 275 but my order was failed. The refund was assured in 3-5 days today is 10 july and I haven't got any refund from dominos
