It was 1 time that i have order pizza on ine bt sorry to say that ur employyee are not ateneded me suitably coz 1 ur empolyee said tht the area mention in the order is not come under tgere deluvery area, second some one rahul told me that the paymeny made from my side will be revert back with int ie 452 + int. IS IT POSSIBE? Thirdly Ravindra Vikram l communicate me very abusely and irresponsibly. cForthly i just want to know that the emop id 120915 belongs to ravindra or not as he said to me that whatever you want to do you will do, dominoz pizza will never bothered abt it. Finnaly it was 1 n last time tht i ordered pizza wid dominos and i will tell all my known persons not to visit dominos .i want reply on above said queries as early as pissible regards vikas chandra

    i ordered yesterday pizza from jaipur vaibhav multiplex store Txn No : CPT[protected] when i was recieved it we seen that there is some insect stick on pizza when i was complaint to store he sent 2nd pizza but the pizza quality of 2nd pizza is very worst i think dominoss didnt care about quality now i feel my 450 rs is in dustbin. is this the way i think you people dont care about customer satisfaction .

        Hi This side monika. I have ordered combo pizza at 8.54 Pm and pizza have delievered at 9.41 pm . And when i called to miss pinki then she have no sense to talk with customer . As per rules pizza have to be at free cost but we had to pay them. Kindly take care of this thing. Customer cant tolerate this voice of tone and rule breakage

          I have placed an order For Rs. 440 at Dominos in Airoli on 13th march. I have through mobikwik wallet. After waiting for 4 long hours and making 20 times to calls to dominos about my order . Finally I had to cancel my order. And I had assured my money would be refunded within week. I appreciate dominos strategy if customer is making payment in advance no need to worry about his order. However can you just let me know when I would receive my refund or I need to escalate same in consumer court.             delivers as per their convenience these people delivers and sometime rejects the prepaid orders as per their convenience and choices...very poor service. l rast time they refused to deliver to my area whereas the site clearly suggests my area. i stopped taking orders for 2 weeks and i have seen delivery boys plenty number of times coming to my apartment and this area. these people dont like to take prepaid offers who have used the coupons and payu offers.               Hi, Dominos known for its customer satisfaction has disappointed me this time very much. I ordered pizzas online, and it was late by 35 minutes. They refused to comply with their famous '30 minutes delivery service' policy then stating that the address was wrong, despite the fact that the address was fully correct. I assume the company has lost its policies guidelines and how to manage business well and server their customers. I am highly disappointed and wish to discontinue with dominos from today!

                This is to complain you regarding your services. Where I am also filling a Consumer Complaint against Domino's India. Issue: One of the vendor Tuleep Promoters who call them are partners of Domino's are still selling the Domino's vouchers stating that they will work on every Domino's outlet. Today when I wanted to use them in your Noida outlet I was told that they will not accept them as they are no more acceptable. I told them they have a Dominos 3D sticker and telephone number of Dominos but the response from even the Store manager Deepak was No we cannot accept. I called up the customer care and after a long wait again and again the customer care person again connected to Deepak when he was standing in front of me. What the hell was that when I called the customer care to complain against the outlet. Anyways his answer was same NO. Now will make a consumer court complain again Domino's for not accepting the coupons and if they are fake them Domino's should bring this awareness and file a Defamation against Tuleep Promoters. Why the customer should suffer because of the broken deal between them. Since I have been told that they are Domino's partner hence Domino's hold the equal responsibility and are part of this fraud done to me. Thanks Nitin

                  Dear Domino's Pizza, I tried to order to Pizza from your mobile App yesterday April 2nd, 2015. My order was worth INR 545.00, after paying the amoutn from my IDBI back it gave me an option to PUSH THE ORDER TO KITCHEN which never worked. I tried it to two time and both time money got debited but order was never placed and the option to PUSH THE ORDER TO KITCHEN NEVER worked.                     Hii, I ordered pizza online on 13th March 2015 evening from Dominos Pizza, ASCENDAS IT PARK. I paid online through net-banking. As they mentioned in their advertisment that if order will come after 30 minute then pizza will be free. but even after 50 minute late we refuse to deliver the order and ask to cancel the order. its 11 pm so we are unable to go enywhere. Still I am not getting any response from response from Domino's Pizza customer support. I feel that they have a worse customer support service in India. I will go forward and mail to all managers of domino's pizza in India as well as world about their service

                      I ordered a pizza through phone line at dominos pizza nigadi, Pune and the order receiving lady responded that my order is successfully placed and it will be delivered within half an hour but after waiting for an hour i didn't received my delivery.When i ringed them they responded that they didn't placed any order and refused saying that they don't have call history or recording.and as per the policy when asked for free delivery they refused giving so and also responded very rudely.i have a proof that i called them and i am sending my call details

                        I ordered pizzas and it was late by 55mins and according to the policy of Domino's Pizza it was suppose to be free. The Delivery boy said that the location is out of area. However, that was not the first time I ordered from that location. I have a account with dominos and have the location saved under my profile. Last time also the order was late and when I called the manager for order he said par the delivery boy 300 Rs less, unfortunately that was credit card payment and I did not get any refund. This time I refused to pay the full amount as the pizza was cooled but the delivery boy did not agree. So I thought rather than having a cooled pizza with full amount it would be better the send that back. Surprisingly the delivery boy has taken the order back. SUCH A PATHETIC SERICE FROM DOMINOS WHICH IS REPEATING EVERY NOW AND THEN. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND OTHER NOT TO CHOOSED DOMINOS ATALL FOR YOUR SUPPER.

                          I am a permanent customer of Dominos pizza but i don't think that i can be a customer of yours any more because i am quite unsatisfied with your service and even very disappointed. I had placed my order on phone and when i reached for picking it, the staff said that there is no order from my side and this hasn't happened for the first time, about 3-4 times it has happened and it is happening from about an year. so kindly review my complaint against your dominos staff who took order but don't place or forward it..watever the problem is with your staff i don't know.                                 I ordered pizzas and it was late by 55mins and according to the policy of Domino's Pizza it was suppose to be free. And when i told this to delivery boy then he called his manager and i told him the same thing on the phone too like i told him that it has to be free now according to your policy and he said sir if you want take it otherwise cancel your order and send it back. I got shocked i didnt expect this from such big company but as i was so hungry so i took it and now i want them to realise that they have done a mistake by not following the policy properly.

                                  Poor delivery service. I ordered at 7:05 PM and now it is 8:00 PM but not yet received the order! I stay within 2 km from the dominos store where I ordered! Simply pathetic. Also I called but came to know that 30 minutes or free is not applicable on my order!!

                                    I had a bad experience at one if the dominos outlets in Kochi. After giving orders, the person at the counter asked me for my mobile number while processing the bill. Initially though suspicious, since I was in a hurry, I gave my number and left. Soon afterwards, I started getting msgs from strangers. On enquiry, I found that they got my number from Dominos counter. I was really shocked by this unprofessional behavior from the staff at kochi lulu mall. I want dominos to consider this as seriserious issue and take a action for the same. Thanks Emilin
