Please wait - we are placing your order at the nearest kitchen. This may take a little while - please do not go back or refresh this Web page. how long should i wait/ 50min passed

ihave not received confirmation.

when i try to call no is not responding. whenn i try for chatt its showing 40person waitlist.

    Hi am a regular customer of domino bhopal but recently i encountered a problem and henceforth am not a customer of dominos anymore. I order regularly online today i had to go urgently and when i called the outlet of malviya nagar, bhopal, dominos they lied of dispatching the order within 2 min and kept on transferring phone. they kept on arguing like tht the manager a kanika named woman talked rudely. I am so dissapointed in you guys. Piiza hut is far better in handling customers pls learn frm thm u r losing customer like this.

      i used my Paytm Wallet to pay for an order at Dominos Online. Money was deducted from my account but the order failed. I have already contacted Paytm Customer Care and they replied that the transaction was successful at their end and Dominos will have to initiate the refund process.         Sir, I am a frequent dominos customer and have had a very nice experience by your service till now but today i called for an order but the employee taking my order behaved in a ridiculously louzy and unacceptable manner and even tried to shove me off the phone. Iam very disappointed by your company as only the proper customer service retains a companys customers and i presume you should know that . You lose a customer today and the people i will come in contact with i will tell them the same . Thats all. [protected] this was the no. on which i called.

              Dear Sir Myself Vibhor JAin contact no [protected], Yesterday I went to Domino's Pizza Sector 20 Panchkula, I stood in the queue for 15 min and while paying through the credit card I was told that machine is not working, I enquired the store Manager he replied very casually that we have submitted the complaint for the same but no use. I asked him to dispaly the same at the cash counter that the machine is not working again a casual reply that you go to nearby ATM to withdraw money and come, money is not the problem the point that how humiliated and harassed one feel when he is told like that. I hereby urge the management to make a provision that if cards acceptance is problem it should be displayed so that the customers not having cash with them can get cash from ATM not getting being humiliated in front of other customers standing there. These petty things are important and nowadays very common even at small vendors it is displayed the machine is not working, how come the big chains like Domino's ?????????????? shear disappointment on this.

                    I am Abhishek jaiswal, very regular visitor to Dominos in Jabalpur. Had been to indore at 5pm I asked the lady for delivery time of some eatables she told me it will take 10 min time, I asked her to book order by making credit card payment she said better pay I'm cash as it will take time by routing thru card payment, I paid by cash, order slip was at 5.01 pm, I reminded them at 5.13 pm and said if anny any issue pl cancel the order, manager intervened and said it can not be cancelled, said to wait for another 5 min at 5.22 he said that he will refund the money, I asked the reason he said he can not serve semicooked, I said that was it not clear when he took the order or when I was asking to cancel. the order .as I would have got something packed from somewhere else, because of this I had to board my train at 5.40 pm without anything to eat. They had no courtesy to even say sorry. I am really shocked the way things happened and the way dominos staff acted and responded - location of outlet is near madhumilan square very beside kfc outlet / near hotel shrimaya . Please reply me on this and what corrective action has been taken

                      Hello It's really a terrible situation that the commitment of 48 hrs has exceed to 6 days (Guest Feedback Reference ID is:: 590387) and yet I haven't receive any feedback from the company. This actually giving me a perception that i should not appreciate the brand 'Dominos' any more. The complaint is regarding the payment made through Paytm which has been deducted successfully from my account twice but both the time it shows failure from Domino's portal. Still in a hope that the company will take some effective measures to rectify the mistake and reverse the amount.

                          Domino's, Georgetown, SC, has never been this way everywhere you turn now folks are complaining about dominos in G, town, First you have the employees DRESS ATTIRE---- No one wants to see your butt crack, all the years i;ve never seen it this way some of the employees are very rude to the folks Shawn is his name, one day a lady saw one of the employees pick his nose standing at the oven, Ryan is the manager, he looks so slack, I refuse to...

                          We have order a cheese burst pizza at Domino's pizza Malad S.V.Road outlet. The pizza was delivered to us without any pizza inside. The pizza was almost like hand tossed without any cheese inside. The quality of pizza was pathetic. Never expected such a bad quality of pizza from Domino's outlet. We doubt we will order any pizza to Domino's in future, neither we will recommend to anyone.

                            I had given order at 8.26 pm for six chocolava in santacruz west branch one lady took my order and after one hour i call back to dominos for my order then there is one guy name is sachin and he said there is no any order for your chocolava. How disgusting service of that branch.

                                22nd Feb - I had ordered a pizza and garlic bread worth 304 rupees from dominos website using my debit card. It told me that the order did not go through but my money was deducted from my account. On calling the customer support & the local store, I was told my amount would be refunded in 7 days but i havent got back anything. Below are the reference ids I got from my bank. Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 14FEB1559 I had spoken to them through their facebook page a number of times and i was always told someone will call me back but now they have even blocked me over there

                                  I have called dominos pizza at park square mall, Bangalore at 3.30 pm on 22nd mar. A lady took my order and confirmed. I called again after 40 mins that I did not receive order but I was told its on the way. I called again at 4.30 pm and the staff (the lady and some guy Prakash I think) said I never placed an order. They said they won't give pizza free but they'll give garlic bread free if I place the order. Please take action against those incompetent and unethical people
