Yesterday I paid to dominos via Paytm but the store informed me that they didn't receive the payment and my order is not placed.They said I will get refund within 24 hrs, but i didn't get my refund until now..pls look at this ones .

    I had ordered pizza from Domino's aap on 2nd of July. Although the order was not placed but the amount got deducted from my bank account.I request to refund the amount (Rs.485) as soon as possible.

      I had ordered pizza from domino’s on Sunday at ~9:15pm. There was no update or any means of tracking the order. The app kept showing that the order is being prepared even after 1 hr. I contacted the manager and requested for cancellation but he insisted that the delivery is out and will reach in 5 or 10 mins. After multiple calls and follow ups the order finally reached at bedtime 11:00 pm with a super cold pizza. The guests for whom we had ordered the pizza in the first place had also left. The manager promised to refund the order but has not done it yet. This is so far the worst experience I had with any restaurant delivery and tracking system.

        Hi, today evening around 11pm (1/6/2022) I collected my pizza from your Kharghar Sector 20 branch. At 2am midnight I received call from [protected] someone called SAGAR MANAGER of Domis pizza told me that I've placed a order through online and I've to come and collect it. Wherein that branch closes by 11pm and after asking him he said that they close the shop for dining and remains open till 3am for deliveries. The guy was very rude and could not able to answer my questions properly for the calls which he made to me. I'm planning to place a official complaint against that person but before doing that I thought to take a advice from you so I'm texting you my official complaint on this issue. Kindly revert back to me on this matter.

          I had placed an order for Pizza on 29.05.2022 (Order No. 192). As per the policy of Domino's, it was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. The delivery person from Domino's, S.F. Road, Siliguri arrived around 12 minutes late. When I spoke with the Store Manager, I was informed that I need to pay the bill amount to the delivery person and Rs. 300/- shall be credited in my Domino's wallet. But later on I got to know that the delivery Person had cheated me. He punched into the online system that he had delivered Pizza within 30 minutes. When I complained on their website, I received a call from their North East Region in-charge Mr. Joydev. He verbally agreed that the delivery person had deliberately done wrong but refused to give anything in writing or email. I informed him that I have full CCTV recording of area outside my house to prove that the delivery person had done fraud. But it seems that the North East Region in-charge is not bothered at all regarding the same.
          Hence I appeal to all to not fall into this scam by Domino's. Whenever the delivery person is late, either refuse to accept the order or make the delivery person enter time of delivery in the system in your presence to avoid any fraud.
          I am not longer interested in verbal apology. I want it in writing from the Store Manager that the Delivery Person has done wrong and strict action shall be taken against him.

              Today I place a order order through domino's app on dated of 31/05/2022. With a order number of 130.

              I select the items add to cart then I make the payment also. Amount also debited from my account and also I received a confirmation also fro. Domino's side with order number 130

              With any intimation order was canceled, I don't no the reason.

              Is this the way trating the customers.

              If any problem means consider store people has to call the customer and give the information, so that according the customer will plan .

              This is totally ridiculous

                Dominos pizza boys are not willing to take order even its just 9:45 pm. This is not the first time, I went there 3-4 times in a week but every time they have so many excuses, like they want to go home quickly.
                Last night thay said cant take order even he give me suggestions that do not order online as well because they cant stop online orders.
                Like they are running local dhaba ?

                    I recently faced an issue while placing an order on 28.05.22. I ordered two items (as you can find in the attached screenshot) whose cart value was Rupees 305.40/- after disc and service taxes. I had given my live location and initiated the payment via Amazon Pay UPI ( screenshot attached). My Transaction was successful and money was deducted from my account as you can find from my bank statement (Rs 305.00/-). While I checked my order status it showed no order had been placed from my number [protected].
                    Thinking it as a technical error, I repeated the same procedure and again my money was deducted.
                    No order placed yet. (Notification : your location not found.) I lost Rs305 + Rs305/-

                        My name is Mevin George. My native place is Ernakulam and now am living in Kuwait.
                        I am writing this mail to highlight a serious issue regarding a customer. I am receiving emails telling about my orders from Dominos. Actually I am not using the Dominos App. But I am receiving some order successful emails. Which means some other customer is using my email as their KYC with another mobile number.
                        THIS INCIDENT HAS TAKEN PLACE 3 TIMES.

                            I went to buy a pizza at Domino's I asked server (SHAIK FARZANA) for non veg pizza
                            She suggested pepper BBQ chicken pizza, she told that Pepsi is mandatory which are under pizza mania's, but I requested her to not include Pepsi and I also asked that the price was 119 but you are forcebly including Pepsi she started manipulating and she also changed my mobile number she included some other number([protected]) i started arguing her but she tried to manipulate me

                              I have always been a regular customer at dominos and what I loved about it was freedom of taking as much as Chilli flakes, oregano seasoning and tomato sauce you wanted as they used to keep it in containers for customers. Now they don't provide customers with that they also provide u with only one or two small Chilli flakes packets even after buying 2/3 large size pizzas. They also charge money for ketchup unlike earlier it used to be free. You can ask staffs for more Chilli flakes but they will either refuse or ignore your request and even in online orders after mentioning you want extra Chilli flakes they will deliver your order with zero Chilli flakes. Also the staff there is extremely rude and bad customer service.

                                My name is Bijeesh, before im working in Dominos(jubiliant food works) visited My Working Store (Hegade nagar Dominos pizza Banglore ), already Send Mail Through my Working Store Mail From the GDM Side only, it Send for Claim, But after 2month i Asked but they Didn't given me Any Responses, From Hr Side and GDM side, Iam Very disappointed, I Have All details Regarding This, Because GDM Told while im applying pf, you will get Credit PF amount Within 45Day, this Is about 90th day (3month), I didn't Get any Details and Response At Last i got reply From this Mail company didn't get Pf Claim, Employee, We are like Fools only, I will wait for more 1month, I have All proff about regarding this GDM and HR didn't respond

                                  On 23rd May 2022, At 8:45 I placed an order of Rs295, I paid through Google pay UPI. After money got deducted, the order halted in between. It first placed an order without any order number, because of which I was not able to track the order. Then on contacting the store, they said there is no electricity and nothing is working here so they can't trace my order. I kept calling them 10-15 times, they later told they have not received any order. Till yesterday I was able to see an order with pending status in Current track order section, but today even that is not there. I want my 295 Rs refund back ASAP. I have the transaction number.                                       Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (MSX mall, Greater Noida) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
                                      Kindly have a look into this.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I went to Domino's and was ordering pizza as I have a small kid, I left him walking in the Domino's shop, he was walking around and his shoes was making sound, the customer representative said who is that baby making irritated sound.please take her up. I think this is not the way to handle customer. The child was playing around unware of this would be irritating, we can't control child when they started to walk.
