Pathetic Service...I ordered a Pizza from Dominos and it came after 45 minutes when they say that it will be delivered in 30 minutes...when i refused to do the payment...Delivery boy called the Manager(Subramaniam)...and he said that you didn't gave 2 landmarks...you only provided one Landmark...You pay or you will not get the delivery...Pathetic Service... 1. I had been to the Dominos outlet at kharavel nagar bhubaneswar on 17 dec 2014 at 2145hrs. 2. I ordered for garlic breadsticks, pizza, etc as per my order no 165 at 2158hrs. 3. i got my order after 2230 and that too after repeated enquiries. 4. I carried the stuff home and when I opened it to eat at 2240hrs, it was astonishing too find the stuff rock cold and of the worst kind that i had ever experienced before. 5. I called up the duty manager of the outlet and explained it to him but in vain. 6. The entire stuff was simply inedible. This is the worst experience I have ever had from dominos. 7. finally I had to do without food that day. 8. I stay in jodhpur, rajasthan where there is no dominos outlet. but my excitement of eating your stuff simply fizzled out at bhubaneswar when i got such poor stuff. 9. With such state of affairs of your brand value i am sure you will loose out on your customers and reputation. Atleast I will be scared of blindly going in for your brand henceforth. 10. Therefore, I hereby put forth my concerns and request you to do something at the earliest to restore your brand value.

Hi Yesterday I have placed an order for medium pizza, and it was promised to deliver within 30 minutes but the delivery for that order was 30 minutes delayed. As per the dominos delivery policy the pizza should be deliver within 30 minutes of placed order time else this will be free of cost. Here I asked the delivery boy to make a call to the dominoes branch as the delivery is delayed and "it should be free" now. Delivery Boy: Sir...

SIR, I Dr shivam agrawal went dominos pizza panjim goa outlet on 13/12 2014 at panjim with a order no of 282 and placed an order of 4 cheesy wonder pizza. When they served the pizza we found that it was not cheesy wonder so we complained to employee that we ordered cheesy wonder pizza, but the employee there denied and said that order place was cheese burst, so we consider that it might be our mistake and we negleted the same. On having one pizza we found that cheese in chesse burst pizza was very less so we again complained about that to the same employee, and he informed us that as company had launched cheesy wonder pizza they had reduced the cheese of cheese burst to half which was shocking to us. On enquiry with other constumer there and also other employee, we found that they served as regular pizza instead of cheese burst. IT IS REALLY A FLASE GAME PLAYED BY DOMINOS PIZZA OUTLET by charging us for cheese burst they served regular pizza . it clear cut case of faurd by the dominos Kindly look into matter and take serious action. I have ordered by pizza online and the order was placed successfully. .. But then suddenly after 30 minutes from the branch where I'm going to receive my pizza they call and said delivery can't be done there and when I asked why??? They have a very foolish reason we do not deliver there while I have also received some orders earlier also to the same order. . What kind of service they are giving . Just doing the things as they wish they want... That's very much disappointing

Hi I am purchased a pizza in sarojini nagar market dominoz pizza centre. Today offer buy one get on free. After order they are given one piza and they say I am not said about free piza. They are not given free piza. ThanksThanks Akhil [protected]

this is complaint for dominos jamshedpur, bistupur outlet.we have been orderng pizzas from there.on the last three ocassions of order we ordered cheese burst but all three times it was ordinary quantity of cheese, there was nothing like cheese burst in it.once after complain they made it again but rest of the time we opened it at home and could not even return and had to eat the ordinary pizza.

After another 20 minutes I received the Pizza and noticed that it was soggy and not fresh at all. I immediately concluded that it was the same original pizza that Mukesh had delivered to me and the Dominos trainee had the cheek to heat it up and send it again through another delivery boy.I am very angry and called Dominos and explained the situation to a lady who picked up my call and told her I will make a complaint online immediately and asked them to take back the soggy pizza still lying in my posession, as I will not eat it.She requested me to hold the phone and came back telling me that this particular trainee will call me up but avoided to give his name to me and I also could not remember it.I called after another ten minutes asking her for the order number and now nobody is calling me from dominos or taking back the soggy pizza as the particular trainee is scared of revealing his name to me, since they know i am making a complaint online.i request you to please take up this matter urgently and get back to me, your pizza outlet totally spoiled my mood and it was VERY unprofessional on Dominos part to AGAIN send me the same soggy pizza after re-heating it and not cooking a fresh pizza.it reflects very badly on yr brand name and i also dont feel good making this complaint, but u must find out the name of the trainee and take action against him.I also want someone to get back to me regarding this matter and tell me what compensation in the form of coupons, et al can be provided to me? thanks Abhishek Garg [protected]; [protected]; [protected]@gmail.com ps - complaint reference number for online complaint is Guest Feedback Reference ID is:: 529280

I have ordered One medium Chicken D ominator and Corn and Spicy Checken Topping on last 17th December 2014 and my delivery time was 8:30pm but I got the delivery after 3 times calling to your store executives and also Shift Manager at 10:45pm i.e. after 2:15hours with worst quality bread. Therefore, we could eat the pizza also. This is the 3rd time I had to suffer like this. When I told this to your shift Manager surprising he was saying that we would stop delivery in your area.Was it the way of customer handling????? I willl never ever purchase any Pizza from your Dominos Bistupur Store, Jamshedpur. I am also attaching the Photo Proof for your reference. My Order number was 133.

Hi..This is sahana from bangalore and i live in G.M Palya, K.G colony road. Everytime i call dominos, they keep transferring me to diffrent locationsand finally every branch says they would deliver till G.M palya but not deliver to K.G colony... what the hell. ?? K.G colony is in G.M pallya. So you are telling me you can come till nandhini bakery bt u just cant get into the road opposite because its out of your limits?? its not even half a kilometer from there... This is really dissapointing that i have 3 dominos within 4 kilometer radius...indranagar, C.V raman nagar and domlur but everytime i called they refused to deliver... what is it?? is K.G colony like LOC border for you guys???its not even half kilometer from nandini bakery...All ur branches suck...!!

Dear Dominos, hi i am your very loyal customer since 2010, yesterday[protected] i visited to your Jaipur restaurant which is situated at vidyadhar nagar at 10:51PM. i orderd 3 pizzas (order no. 25 4, invoice no. DPI66562/14-15/62452) and they serverd me the worst pizza (pizza base quality was worst) ever in my life if we talk about Dominos specially. i complained about this, concern person said since morning no one has complained me about this and now you are complaining. they didn't listen to my concern, i asked for another pizza and concern person said now we can not provide any another pizza. At that point of time we were hungry but we return those pizzs and left hungry from your restaurant. it was not expecting from such a good brand like you. i am so sorry team but yesterday i got emotionally hurt from such a negative response. thanks & Regards satyam pandey [protected]

This is the second time that I have found there to be no cheese in my cheese burst. .already I have given up all hopes to find any toppings on my pizza but the one crust that I liked has also lost its quality. .I had just ordered the cheesy wonder pizza and found that there was very little cheese on dominos charges around 85rs extra for it and still no cheese. .I had ordered from the panchpakhadi thane ( w ) branch and order id is 121.

After my order get placed and payment done, I get a call that say pizza can not be delivered at following address because it doesn't fall in our area, and I am told order will be cancelled. When I asked them to transfer my order to other area I was told I had to pay again and I will get refund after 7 days for cancelled order. Why should I pay again 1st they don't mention which area I should pick. I have already recived order from same store before once they them self told that.

I had ordered for a home delivery and had paid online for the pizza. However the pizza arrived post the 30minutes scheduled arrival. I spoke to one of the staff at the store and she assured I would get a refund within 7-10working days and now it has been over 15days but no response. Also there was no mail sent regarding any confirmation that refund would be given. It was a telephonic conversation. Kindly let me know why is there a delay in the refund. Dear Concerned person, Dated on 05.12.14 at 6 : 45PM I stepped in with your koramangala branch, with your offer message sent from your end. I showed to your staff and he told me to wait ill check with my manager.I waited for 45Min, but he didn't come, after called for other staff and explained the same story from beginning, and he told me to wait for 5 min, Again I waited for 20min.Finaly I got an reply after 1hour1 hour and 5 min, sorry sir saying sorry sir we are not aware of that message we can't we do anything. From Airoli, Navi mumbai, on 13th i booked piza for my son ordered that non veg piza, sandwitch with coke cold drink but that delivery boy not given coke cold drink and he has collected all item money. I feel very bad because i booked order from my son from outstation to my child at home and delivery boy has cheated to my son. I reported to airoli piza manager mr. mangesh 2 times about same but he did not revert me in 24 hrs. I ordered a regular cheese and tomato pizza, a choco lava cake and chicken fries from Dominos online. The choco lave received was NOT in its original state and was spilled. Also, the chicken fries were seemingly stale as the taste suggested. The order's trace no. is dc[protected]. I made this order on 15th December, 2014 I demand immediate compensation or else I will have to take this matter to social media.
