This is to bring to your notice that we ordered for Pizza on September 25, 2014 and at our end it was showing error page; however, money was deducted from my account twice but the order was not placed successfully. When we dialed and checked on number[protected], Uma Colony, Bapod, Vadodara, Gujarat 390019 branch, they also said order was not placed.
We raised this issue with our bank and bank has checked that the transaction was successful at Merchant's end. I would appreciate if your team will look into this and resolve this. This is not the matter of Rs. 940, its about trusting your company.
I am a regular customer of dominos and after this incidence I would never like to order anything from Domino's. Below are the transaction details

The order was placed 3rd time when I used my Husband's credit card. You can definitely check at your end that only one order was delivered at A-153, Pancham Villa, Kamla Nagar, Vadodara, Gujrat - 390019.
If the transaction was successful, then where my 2 previous orders gone.
Is this some kind of cheating or fraud Domino's Domino's employees are involved in.
