Hi Team,

I went to Domino's and was ordering pizza as I have a small kid, I left him walking in the Domino's shop, he was walking around and his shoes was making sound, the customer representative said who is that baby making irritated sound.please take her up. I think this is not the way to handle customer. The child was playing around unware of this would be irritating, we can't control child when they started to walk.

    Whenever we ask for extra chilliflakes or oregano those people refused to give it.
    And are very rude while saying no
    We are paying for the pizza I don't think these guys are allowed to do so

      As we ordered from the app we received a online bill through which we did a payment by scanning and then the delivery guy and the manager refuse to recieve a payment and started being rude asking for another payment and later on they informed us within 4-5 buisness days our extra payment will b refunded. As it's been 5 days still the payment is not been refunded and we registered a complaint through customer service they had told us they'll call but still the call dint come .. you people cheat and play with the customers how rude of you asking double payment n saying will b refunded worst service ever and very rude behaviour.
      And moreover the payment was deducted 2 times from the same UPI transaction I'd and the same bank account.

        i have applied for my final PF claim in march but not received yet.
        always i received same message from PF help desk this is - (it has been take 30-45 days to process your PF).
        please help me sir/madam. i am very needy person i want my pf claim amount as soon as possible for my family.

          On 2nd of may 2022 i had ordered 2 pizza from dominos Rs 473 each...
          but order got cancelled but money is deducted from my account.

          I tried to contact dominos many time but it didn't work...

          I have shared the feedback also through dominos app but till today i didnt get my refund from dominos, They told me in 7 to 15 days u will get your refund but today its more than there working bussiness day.

                I have ordered pizza at 8.06pm on 15 may 2022 and rcvd my order at9.15 then i have asked for discount delivery boy contacted manager and he said discount is not applicable on ur order u have to pay full amount else u cancelled the same and i have returned my order.
                Very disappointed

                  Order placed at 9:52pm and delievered at 11:pm.. pizza was cold with some smell as well..

                  1. distance from my home to dominos location is walkin:14min, bike:5min.. but dominos took time of 1hr.Kindly check in attached screenshot
                  2. first i recieved call from dominos delivery boy around 10:20 he asked me about complete address detail, then i called him around 10:40 he said don't know about any order.. again around 10:56 he called me and asked address again.. Kindly check in attached screenshot.

                      I have attempted to order a pizza and garlic bread worth Rs 337 from the Domino's Pizza App on 13th May, 2022 and payment was done through Google Pay at 9:30p.m. However, the aforementioned amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Since the order was supposed to be my dinner and having exams at the next day, I repeated the same procedures and got the orders placed in the second try. The money deducted on my first trial however, needs to be refunded since the order was not through. Kindly resolve the issue and initiate the refund at the earliest.

                      I had emailed dominos at [email protected], providing the details of the situation-receipts, exact timing of the order placement, a valid phone no, etc and got an automated reply generating a ticket for my complaint; to which I responded and got a reply that they will contact me soon. I then got a call from the manager, reassuring me that the refund will come in 7 days and in case it didn't, he gave me his number to which I could reach out. The refund came 3 days after the incident. Happy with their dealings of the issue and will continue to use Dominos App with trust.

                        Order placed at 27 April and got rejected by Dominos still my refund has not come to me.

                        Also I checked with bank side there is not refund amount received yet.

                            I have ordered online through irctc for dominos pizza.
                            But the food was not delivered to me on the train and they don't give any prior information If it's not possible to deliver.
                            My co passengers have got their delivery from dominos but I didn't receive my order.
                            I had to call them up and ask that's when they tell it got missed . Now because of their mistake I'm suffering... I have to stay hungry whole night.
                            Very bad experience, service and zero customer support.
                            I would never go for dominos ever.

                              First order delayed and later cancelled and second order canceled without informing us. We were not able to eat anything for 2 hours 30 minutes, in hope that we will receive our order.This kind of service is not expected from a company like dominos.We r regular customer but we now we will look for some other options.Thanks for the pathetic service n commitments u have made with us .

                                Coupon code not working

                                I encashed my axis Bank rewards into Domino's voucher. Now when I am trying to encash, Domino's app not accept saying that it is invalid.

                                So today i order 1 onion pizza, 1 choco lava cake, 1 taco, 2 red tomato sauce. My amount got deducted by compony but after some seconds there was notification that your order got failed cause outlet was offline so i called customer care and asked them can they place my order on advance time with the amout which have been deducted, so they clearly said no. They were asking me to pay same amount again and telling me that this deducted amount will be refunded. I cant understand one thing, why are they asking me for another payment when there was just sec ago amount deduction. Honestly the worst and mood ruining moment for me. By the talk of customer care, i cant belive my money will be refunded in 7 days. Plzz help me in this one.

                                  I have Ordered the Pizza from the Domino's mobile App and I had paid the money through my card and after 1-1.5 Hr I got call from restaurant that order will be More delayed and then after some time it get cancelled without any prior information and after that there is still no communication . Had tried calling to Domino's and resturant but no one is communicating well and unable to get my money back .

                                    I ordered a pepper barbecue pizza and it was cold and dry. It didn't taste good. The quality was poor. It costs me ₹506 and it was not at all worth it.
