The above order was placed through the Dominos App and it was to be serviced by Dominoz Ground Floor Bldg No.2, Unit No. 44, E Wing, Veer Savarkar Road, Kailash Complex, Parksite, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400079.
I got a Call from No. +91 [protected] at 22:35 Hrs and was told that this order will not be serviced as it has come to a wrong outlet, whereas the delivery was to be done at Powai. The lady finally cancelled the Order and said that within 7 days, refund will be issued and the amount would be credited directly to the Bank.
Dominoz conveniently forgot about this refund. A period of 9 days have elapsed, and they have removed this Order details from the App. There is no complaint Number in the App to whom you can escalate. This is a systematic way to ignore the Complaints. The concerned authorities should insist on this MNC to have a proper redressal system and not to put its customers in unnecessary trouble for their mistakes.
Pls help me in getting my Refund at the earliest as there is no way, we can complain to them.
